And the clause says : " if the act by which the death is caused is done with the intention of causing death" .....which is technically pushing the offense under the umbrella of 1st degree murder....

Battering a woman or man to death due to disagreements in marriage isn't a legal or morally acceptable resort. You call that culpable homicide.

While it's unfortunate what happened to the woman.... judgement shouldn't be passed based on emotions but according to law.....culpable homicide or aggravated manslaughter attracts10 to 25years depending on the judges discretion......... Someone will definitely appeal the judgement
