I'm an ERICA fan and despite the fact that i think Laycon has some level of manipulative traits, i can't seem to dislike him. He's as real as they come and comes across as respectful and kind. It's just sad that the issue between him and Erica went south. All these would have been avoided if Erica was not trying to be friends with someone that wants more than friendship.

And you supported all her actions, but condemning Erica for insulting only Laycon last night? How?

You don't need to work yourself up. People don't keep the same energy all the time. They only support people irrespective of what they do. That's why you will say a Tacha fan calling out Erica. It's normal in this part of the world.

Not true though. Mercy won BBNAIJA an she's real to a fault. There's really no template for winning Big brother Naija. Erica would have won BBNAIJA easy if Laycon was not in the picture.

Yes she can. Past housemates Khloe, Cee-C, Ike, Tacha, Mercy all got strikes and warnings for verbal attack. And that Laycon neither provoked nor replied her even made her case worse. I feel so bad for her. Alcohol is not an excuse. The only thing that will make biggie overlook this is if he considers her strikes and still wants her in the game.

Ceec, Ike and Tacha never got strikes for verbal attack. They either got strikes for touching or intending to attack. Verbal exchange is not against the rules but BBNAIJA organizers can determine what they think is too much, hence a strike. Nothing Erica said this night deserves a strike.

The keyword here is SEVERAL. She even acknowledged that maybe she tried to kiss him in the party when she was drunk based on what he said. But he told Ebuka that she tried to kiss him SEVERAL times. That's her mode of contention and anger.

I can understand Laycon has the most fans in this year's BBNAIJA but the stupidity of most of his fans is something else. I think she may be right about Laycon being manipulative.

Since they had an agreement previously, it should be respected. He can't just overturn it because he is the head of the house. There's a reason couples discuss potential issues in advance and agree on them before they blow into problems.

Apparently, they are both from different tribes/countries and an English name is the middle ground. And she is not an ordinary baby making machine who doesn't have a say in how the children are named.

Let's stop using "head of houseship" to bully and oppress. Not cool.

While i think people should respect agreements, i also think Agreements can be changed as long as you go through the right channel. If something doesn't seem favourable to one party, it's okay for that person to seek redress.

I've noticed the for a long time now that many Rivers state indigenes bear westernized surnames like Blankson,Douglas,Perricosta,Souza,Graham,Peterson,McColumbus,etc.


I have seen indigenes of Rivers who bear the above listed surnames alongside other ones too numerous to mention.Was there any kind of foreign culture influx in Rivers State that influenced these surnames??or have they just been bearing these kind of surnames right from inception?

Those name are common specifically with Ijaw people of Rivers and Bayelsa state.

Those names came with colonialism. Some ethnic groups tend to romanticize the colonialist more than others.

Of all things to disagree about. What exactly is wrong in your opinion of children having an Igbo name as their first name considering that there father is Igbo. if you wanted an Italian name instead, that would have been a different discussion.

I have said it countless times that all my children will have Igbo names both as first and middle names an any woman that doesn't like it and as much as i respect her opinion, that marriage will not happen.

He started showcasing his talent right from the second day in the house to the extent that biggie had to play his song and the HMs vibes to it. He also showcased his intelligence. His PR team is one of the best in BBN history. All these came early enough to get him fans and build his fan base. He was hyped from the first week and has lived up to the hype by winning tasks back to back to back. He's also a great team player.
Now tell me why such person won't have a huge fan base. He didn't come to the house with a pity card or poor strategy. He did his homework well and it's working for him. His fanbase grows like grass daily. The spike this week is massive..

I'm an Erica fan and will remain one till the show ends. But the truth has to be said. Unfortunately, Erica will not win Big brother Naija except Laycon gets disqualified or voluntarily exits the show. His fan page is too strong for any one to compete with and it's evident.
