That's the hometown of the former inspector general of Police. Akpugo has one of the best palm oil in the whole of Enugu. My grandmother goes to Akpugo for her oil but i've never been there despite all the stories i've been hearing about that place. Maybe my next time in Enugu, will be to tour the length and breadth, starting from Nkanu land.

I really don't see how the word "None" changes anything. The rule of Has/Have does not change irrespective of any word that's in the sentence.

it's actually wrong and it can be tricky. The plural in "posts" already negates the "has". When it's plural, you use "have" instead of "has" and when it's singular, you can use "has".
