Of course population is also instrumental but the main reason is due to the country's participation in peace keeping missions throughout Africa.

I don't go out of my way to listen to gospel music. Most songs i listen to is because of my sister who attends Christ Embassy and most of the gospel music you'll catch me hearing are from Musicians from that church especially, Eben, Frank Edwards, Joe Praize etc.

Not as much as Nnewi men. Do you know that a lot of the stereotypes that groups like Igbos are known for are actually the preservative of some specific groups but it somehow have rubbed off on others. For instance when people say Igbos are business minded, they're actually referring to NNnewi people and when they say the bride price of Igbo girls is expensive, they're referring to Owerri and it's environs. But we dey claim all sha including the negative stereotypes.

This election is for Ngige to lose. He's currently the leading candidate.

But Nsukka and Agbani are easily the next big towns after Enugu, and as such should enjoy an above-average government investment.

Nsukkka should be opened up cos it's at the other extreme end. But as for Agbani, it's in Nkanu and natural development will get there. It's even ahead of a lot of places in Enugu due to the fact that Nnamani sighted development there. I just think the rural parts of Enugu should be opened up through the building of roads and bridges.

Why's it that whenever something bad happens in Nigeria, it begins to trend. Did people just start traveling by boats in Nigeria. Why the sudden trend of Boats capsizing? An evil spirit must mean Nigeria.

Last time I was in Enugu, I inferred there must be a scramble to own properties in the city. All ends of Enugu had new estates springing up.
Towards Nkanu, there's the Centenary City and Goshen Estate.
Towards Emene, there's Bethel estate.
Towards Nike, there's Lakeview, Elim estate Iand Vivian estates
Towards 9th Mile, there're at least 2 estates
I admire the plan to decongest the city center.

In all, Chime has done well.
The next governor should focus on Nsukka and [b]Agban[/b]i, while advancing the facilities already in place in Enugu urban.

Are you from Agbani? I hope you're aware that Agbani enjoyed a lot under Chimaroke Nnamani.

I've always known this but it's good you brought this out so that people can get informed.

I thought this thread was created to show the streets of Awka. All i see are pictures of people's houses, hotels and projects even from outside Awka. I have only seen 3 photos of Awka on this thread.

asha 80: ignoring the rural areas and schools therein is the opportunity cost of making enugu city good.

Enugu doesn't have much money and this is why governors always choose an area where they want to focus on. During Chimaroke's tenure, it was about the schools and hospitals.

Are opposition parties even active in Ebonyi. It seems Ebonyi is one of the last states that PDP will lose in. They have a very strong grip of that state.

I think they should build a cargo airport instead.

I think this man raised a point about Awka in comparison to Enugu. For some reason, some Nigerians have this mind set that commercialization and development goes hand in hand. How in God's name is Awka that's supposed to be similar to Enugu in look and feel now becoming like Onitsha. Where then is someone going to rest in Anambra? Onitsha and Nnewi caters for commerce in the state. Let the state government allow Awka to remain tranquil and liveable.

I think so too. They're in a better position.

But why are most step mothers wicked to their step children. And these step mothers are like your everybody woman but they just hate the gut of their step children and will always favour their children over them.
