aminho: MAIDUGURI IS BACKThis is mob justice and should be checked. Just because some youths claim someone is BH, the army will just take their word for it and lock them up? How do we know the civilian JTF are not secretly working for BH and just rounding enemies to their cause ![]() ?aminho: MAIDUGURI IS BACKThe army, air force, navy special forces, DSS, ATS, DMI, etc should do what they are collecting N3billion a day for and eradicate BH. Use the civilians to gather intelligence rather than outsourcing your combat responsibilities to civilians. @OP, I'm glad your now able to return home and I pray that this insurgency is ended permanently!! |
Kx: moment with monthBb autocorrect messing you up bro ![]() Kudos to Mo, hopefully it'll become a platform for quality Nigerian entertainment. @Afam4eva, the cheapest and easiest form of programme is the round table discussion show, so if they're lazy, that's what'll be on offer. But hopefully they'll be creative and come up with some good stuff |
Afolabs101: I said "major" claim to fame, not only! I certainly do concede that she's had a long and successful career, but her numerous plastic surgery jobs are what the media focused on, hence my memory of her and subsequent comment. |
I said "major" claim to fame, not only! I certainly do concede that she's had a long and successful career, but her numerous plastic surgery jobs are what the media focused on, hence my memory of her and subsequent comment. I just felt that if that's your role model, going by your use of her name, maybe you shouldn't be so quick to judge others ![]() |
SMH.
You're shaking your head, but you chose a moniker after a woman whose major claim to fame is a couple of fake boobs that look like a pair of watermelons glued to a plank of wood ![]() @post: I've seen this in Lagos before, I always feel for them and end up coughing up some scratch ![]()

baconline: Could be just a bad button,or electrical malfunction on d part of d remote assuming do fault is not from the car, post pix of panel of d remoteThanks boss!! I'm sure the fault is from the car, cause the panels that cover the three buttons for unlock, lock and trunk release are all missing, so that you can see the green electrical panel beneath. Is it something that can be easily fixed and do you have a number or email I can reach you on? |
If this is true then kudos to the Nigerian Military!! But if I am to congratulate GEJ, it will only be when the backers of BH are identified, arrested and prosecuted. If the military do their job and the backers are left to continue as top politicians and businessmen they can start the whole thing again next year |
SlyIg: This woman is good at negative criticism. The other time, she was at war with Kim Kardashan for being paid too much to grace an occasion in Nigeria. Kim is someone she is not even fit to untie her shoe. How do you or anyone else know the truth?? This is Nigeria, someone tells you they need $100k for a kidney transplant and that's it, people just start depositing money in an account. How do we know when he's received the $100k, what if he receives $1million, will he return the excess?? We should have a breakdown of the costs along with daily updates as to how much has been received, otherwise its open to 419 |
Lugano: Ask to respond to Mr Amaechi’s statement that he polled 19 to defeat him at the NGF elections, Mr Jang said, “Well, that is his problem but I know that I am the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum.”2015: Asked to respond to _____'s statement that he polled 24 states to defeat him at the General Election, Mr. Johnathan said, "well, that is his problem but I know that I am the President-Elect" |
Go for a long walk down the beach at midnight. Erm yeah? Take a stroll down bar beach at midnight Let your girl fall asleep with her head in your lap.(It looks real cute) Feels real good too Remember your dreams and tell her about them. That's cool, but just don't go telling her about those "naughty" dreams, unless of course she's a freak Hang out with his/her friends. (more brownie points) Just don't shag them Make sacrifices for each other. Go see your local babalawo for help with this one
|
My name's Afolabs, I'm new to this section. What's the purpose of this thread? Now that I've introduced myself, will I be hounded by hot babes who want to hook up with me ![]() |
Yo Baconline: I have an '07 LR3 and the unlock on the remote has stopped working, I can use the remote to lock but not unlock. Do I have to order a new key from Land Rover or can I reprogramme my existing one? |

Afam4eva: How much does it cost?DUDE!! Please leave this section and go back to politics section where you're more at home ![]() PC games don't come near to video games |
Afam4eva: I thought they said he owned Oriental hotel. How can one person own two different hotels in the same city.WEMPCO Group own oriental, Tinubu just helped them with the permits etc. @Post: you build the tallest hotel on Africa on such a small plot ![]() ![]() ??They should have built something that high on a larger and more appropriate piece of land |
Billyonaire: PDP needs to purge all insubordinated governors out of the party into EFCC waterloo and drain them to the recycle bin called APC. Last I checked, rubbish politicians from PDP always end up in APC, ask Hell-Rufai and the rest. Most of the PDP Governors have some level of independence and are therefore "insubordinate" like you mentioned. So when PDP goes ahead to suspend them for: 1- Not reinstating a LGA Chairman that was removed by the State Assembly, a matter that is still in court. 2- For not responding to the party chairman in the correct manner, a point that can clearly be argued as the Chairman was responded to. It means that most other Governors will be suspended, as well as all other party members who have a view or opinion that's not in agreement with the Chairman and President. PDP will then be a party with power at the centre only. With regards to the EFCC, the last two presidents have done a good job at completely weakening it. EFCC is no longer a threat. An example being Orji Kalu and the other former Governors whose corruption trials started six years ago, who are still free to contest for any political office they aspire to. |
nice247: She be police?Supernumerary (Spy) Police License plates are to be used for security vehicles of banks, oil companies and other companies approved by the State Command for the use of Spy Police. This being Naija, it is abused by people who buy them and put them on their personal cars. @TOPIC So what if she's standing in front of a '06 RR Sport and a 300C ? |
Okija juju: No pictures?!LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!! |
flairlady: What is a 2011 thread doing on the front page? The poster must have gotten answers since now. That was just before the verification of documents, the OP's probably in the Senate by now ![]() |
The Federal Government have a budget of close to N1trillion for security, for 2 years running! The NPF, DSS, NA, NN, NAF, DMI, NIA and NSA are all tools at the Federal Government's disposal. They are well funded mostly because of the poor security situation in the North. The Presidency does not need the funds of the states under SOE to find security. The House (even the BH sympathisers) wouldn't dream of objecting to any supplementary budgets for security from the Pres. So he has an endless supply of funds to fight this war on terror without resorting to state and LG funds. There are ways to trace BH's sources of funding, stop them and arrest the backers, who would include some big name politicians. Movement of money always involves a trail and in cases of terrorism offshore jurisdictions will release information of those behind shell corporations. |
GEJ is showing his hand way too early!!!! He should do this a week before the primaries, not now when Amechi has time to go to court and reverse it, and whoever's behind him has time to find a suitable replacement ![]() And even if he manages to get rid of Amechi, he still has 3 more SS governors, a couple of SE govs, Ikedioha etc, any of whom may secretly be harbouring VP ambitions. Plus all the Northern PDP govs, Senators, Mark, Tambuwal, Babangida Aliyu, Sule Lamido etc who you know are all harbouring Presidential ambitions. Is GEJ/the Presidency going to do the same to all the abovementioned as he's done to Amechi ![]() |
Pukkah: My hunch tells me that the forces behind APC go beyond Tinubu/Buhari.IBB, OBJ, Abdulsalami etc basically the old "Establishment" can no longer be the stars, they're now the Producers. Others are involved cause Amechi is a smart politician and there's no way he's gonna challenge a sitting President without some heavy backing. These backers may not be known to the public but they're the reason why Amechi seems so confident. All of GEJ, the Presidency, Akpabio etc's energy is concentrated on Amechi who at best is hoping for the VP slot. So while they're busy with Amechi, the Presidential candidates and all of their backers remain under the radar and free to conspire. They can't even deal with Amechi! They grounded his plane, he can charter a plane. They tried to strong arm him out of the NGF Chairmanship and he won the election. They suspend him from PDP for a matter that's already in Court, he'll find a Judge to give a Stay of Execution on the suspension, pending the determination of the original suit. A suit (along with the Stay on the suspension) that could last into the primaries in a year's time. Now, GEJ and co are going to go through this with every potential VP or Presidential candidate between now and next year ![]() |
AFOLABI - "A child with honour is born", or more literally, "we use wealth to born" ![]() |
I pray they are all returned safely and unharmed. The man was warned by his friends not to go and do wedding in the East because of the security situation but he insisted. As for his own security detail, driving around Lagos he wouldn't have more than a police orderly, and maybe one for the wife. But traveling to the East, he would have met with one of the local commanders and organized some mobile policemen for the journey. However, as we're seeing more and more of lately, the security forces may not be up to the task. So it is only God that will save us |
Acidosis: Y'all should keep quiet! They said they would consider not treating Policemen, not a general strike. Read, comprehend and then post |
@Point B Your proof that Buhari is a murderer who went into a frenzy and butchered lots of unarmed Igbo soldiers is the word of ONE PERSON ![]() Do you have any other proof of the atrocities committed by Buhari, other than the account of ONE PERSON. It is possible that this account is coming from someone who may have or have had beef with Buhari and decided to make up a story about his involvement. I don't support Buhari and frankly don't think he would make a good President and therefore would not vote for him. The reality anyway is that after three failed attempts, it is extremely unlikely that the guy will even be given the chance to run again, if he does my guess is he will probably lose. So instead of singling him out under the pretext that he has a good chance of winning the next election (we know he doesn't), why not try to bring those who have committed atrocities to book? |
At 35, I'm on 60% which isn't bad I don't think. BTW, what's HNI Club? |
PointB: According to Nowa Omoruwa's account:Why are you still discussing this?? This is ONE person's account?? So we can now condemn a man and call him a murderer because "Nowa Omoruwa" has made an accusation?? And anyway, apart from Buhari, IBB, Abdulsalam, Obasanjo, Odili, Omisore, Mbadinuju and many others people we call our elected leaders and elder statesmen have allegations of murder against them, even our current President. Look at what recently happened in Baga. My point is this, it's either: 1- Let's discuss whether Buhari is suitable or not based on proven track record. or 2- Let's discuss if we can prove Buhari and others have committed crimes against humanity and see if you can's start a campaign for justice |
Southerners, especially Igbo's need to leave the North. The only place you find Sabo Gari (an area of the town reserved for non-Hausa Muslims) is in the North. Can u imagine that in Lagos or PH or Onitcha? The core North have shown disdain for their brother Nigerians, maybe it's time for a SNC, let the people's representatives decide the way forward |
OdionOdion: I wish this kind of things happened when 85% of of the oil block were taken up by the northerners through the conspiracies of Prof Jubril Aminu,Alhaji Ralwani Lukman and others.I pityDon't pity her, she and Aminu and Lukman and Etete etc all did it but I think this is by far the highest. Remember that she is the most powerful oil minister this country has ever seen. If your from the Niger Delta, see if you can find out which Northerners got concessionary blocks in a shady or illegal manner and storm the National Assembly. But you really shouldn't limit to Northerners, corruption has no tribe |
