POP works in progress: wall screeding

Wash your face with soap and water as often as possible. Also avoid nuts, butter, oil and oily foods as much as possible..

Use lotions specially made for oily skins.

It will go away with time.

Lintels/ columns reinforcements & formwork on going.


Lintels are supports over openings not necessarily around the perimeter of the building as some do unless the openings are more around the perimeter.

The choice of chain lintel is a personal one not structural, we didn't use chain lintel in this project cos it wasn't necessary..

The estate has her own dedicated transformer and each tenant will have his/her own pre paid meter.

Are they going to have individual generator?
How do you want to connect the building to national grid? individual or combined

It's done gradually. Reduce your breast feeding time to nights only while you feed the child with other foods during the day. Do this for a while. When this has become normal for the child, then move to stop the night feeding too.

To stop the night and overnight feeding which is the hardest cos you might not like getting up to make food for the child. You can use help, by not allowing the child to sleep with you during this period. When he/she wakes up to eat during the night give cereal , pap or whatever the child likes. You must be consistent with this until it becomes normal for like one week the child will stop breast feeding.

This can only happen to dead beat fathers or absentee fathers who substitute presence for presents.

If the father shows affection and care towards the children there's no way the wife can turn their hearts against him.

We constructed retaining wall around the perimeter of the warehouse, had to raised the floor above the road level. The structure has offices, stores ,cloakrooms,elevated water tanks and more.

The electical and mechanical works are still going on. And then the fittings , finishes and automation..... ..

The length is 36m and width is 26m.
Area is 938sqm.

I think it's just courtesy to offer your guest drinks, snacks or food cos you believe they must be thirsy and hungry from the journey.
It's also courtesy to reject politely so you don't appear hungry and desperate.
Most of us were taught to say no to such offers so we dont give the impression that we came there for food .

I'm older now and I still don't eat everywhere I visit and this is what I'd teach my kids too.

But in all, it depends on where you are and with whom you are with.

The cost of Building a warehouse is dependent on the location, design, construction material ( steel & concrete ) and the type of finishes.

For the attached we budgeted 100m.

My brother once told my mum that he had finished all the jollof rice in the cooler meanwhile he didn't. My mother was angry cos she wanted to eat the rice..but she let it go. I was in the kitchen listening to his lies. I opened the cooler saw the remaining jollof rice and ate it.. When he went later to eat the rice there was nothing left in the cooler. He couldn't cry because he had already told my mum he's eaten it. Neither could he beat me cos I will tell her the truth.

This looks bad and it seems there has been an attempt to repair the slab.

Is this on the ground or suspended floor?
Do show the section through the building.

How wide / deep is the crack and where exactly is it. Are the other structural elements showing any sign of weakness or failure. Also confirm if there is any spalling of the concrete..

I will recommend rebound hammer test on the slab as well other structural elements at strategic places first to determine the strength of the concrete since they have been expose for awhile.

If the concrete is strong enough then we can proffer a solution to remedy the situation.... Otherwise..
