Expert17: Let's start with Henderson or Romero next season and decide the category they belong to...
DDG main issue is lack of CONFIDENCE. I don’t know what his problem is, but he has a problem. The only person i can easily recall that inexplicably declined so greatly at what was meant to be his peak was Fernando Torres. |

Expert17: Playing for a top team (Man Utd) or a team that just got promoted (Sheffield).... Which is easier ? It is different. There are some people who thrive well under pressure, bright lights, and scrutiny. Others thrive only when there is no scrutiny and pressure. We won’t know which group Henderson falls into however until we give him an opportunity. |

MRTA7: The more I see the replay the worse it looks for Maguire and DDG. That shot was hit hard but it was straight at DDG and Maguire was just what we expected. Very slow turning.
I do like Henderson but lets remember that playing for united is very different to playing for Sheffield. Nothing is granted in life but we won’t know whether or not Henderson is the guy if we don’t give him a chance. With regards to the goal only biased minds would try to exonerate either Maguire or DDG. |

Of course did..... In an Interview with MUTV. He's simply backing up his Player. You can back your player without making a ridiculous comparison. Ole is my guy but that was a senseless statement. So because Keane, Fred, McTominay (and our other midfielders) can’t save a shot it should also beat DDG? LOL |

Oasis007: Solskjær: "Roy [Keane] was a fantastic midfielder, is a good friend of mine. I'm not sure he would've stopped it [Steven Bergwijn's goal vs Manchester United] either." Did he truly say that? Real mumu talk. Why would a midfielder be expected to save a shot? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by afrodoc(m): 7:50am On Jun 20, 2020 |
The goal was mainly Maguire’s fault for clearing the way for Bergwijn like that BUT DDG has to take some share of the blame to.
It was from 15-16 yards and straight at him. With better goalkeeping he should have punched that clear.
At this rate i think it would be prudent to recall Henderson for next season and potentially offload DDG.
The lack of full fitness on both sides was obvious so it is difficult to draw conclusions from this game, apart from those problems which have become a trend. |

Ibime: Maybe so, but the cop that killed Rayshard will easily beat any charge higher than manslaughter.
Your honour, he was engaged in a taser fight with my colleague. At the moment he stunned my colleague, I feared he would then grab his gun out of the holster and put my colleagues life.in danger. My fear was heightened by him pulling my taser off its holster just seconds earlier. Manslaughter is not bad. Let him enter jail for some years. Previously people like this were getting promoted, now they are getting fired on the spot and charged to court. It is a start. |

Ibime: Police Chief resignation is purely political. What does Police Chief have to do with the action of that officer? I'm sure you've watched The Wire. Police Chief serves at the pleasure of the Mayor. Once Mayor Carcetti decide you have to be the sacrificial lamb for some civil unrest as Police Chief, you quickly fall on your sword while the Mayor offer you some £ms and full pension to balm your wounds for washing the situation for him.
It could even be as simple as the fact that Police Chief is white and next in line is black. What the Mayor needs right now is a black Police Chief that can go in front of cameras everyday and calm the civil unrest with compassionate/understanding words. A black Police Chief who the streets can relate to is exactly what the City needs right now, not because the current Chief did something wrong in the death of Rayshard Brooks or the subsequent investigation. Yeah it might have been political but it doesn’t take away from the excessive force used in this case. If white cops can be so nonchalant in applying violence in a majority black city then their white boss should go. The officers escalated the situation, which is what they often do if it involves a black man. They escalate it so they can have an opportunity to draw and fire their weapons. It is obviously their modus operandi. With a white guy they often defuse the situation and apply common sense. They apply common sense because of the value they place on a white life. Not surprising coming from a country which constitutionally valued a black man as 3/5 of a person. Have you seen Jay Pharaoh’s video? Apparently they knelt on his neck earlier this year as well. For nothing more than walking down the street and “looking” like a man they were after I.e being black. When you see a pattern of behavior developing you stop believing in mistakes, a few rotten apples, and other excuses. There is a systemic and systematic attack on blacks in that country, and this is just the latest example of it. P.S I didn’t mean she did anything wrong, only that her resignation (and the immediate dismissal of the cop) was a tacit admission that the cops were in the wrong. |
