Lol. So much bile. The OP doesn't deserve bashing. Years ago, I lost confidence in the Nigerian educational system during Youth Service. Right there in our orientation camp, I met corps members who could not express themselves in BASIC English grammar. Our official language! Okay, maybe they didn't have much confidence in their verbal command of the language. Let us pardon that. However, when we were given forms to fill I was appalled by the sheer inability of some members to complete their forms properly. Some couldn't even understand what they were reading. Sadly, many of these graduates were posted to secondary schools to TEACH! The Government must raise the standard of education in this country. Also, too many people are allowed and even encouraged cheat their way through school. This is why we have so many underperforming candidates at job interviews. It is abysmal. |
Even with the warning, GEJ watched his team of looters consume public funds with impunity. No measure was taken to plug leakages yet he was campaigning for another term. Not surprised that The Economist called him an ineffectual buffoon. He gave room for that insult. |
I am not pleased by the state of the economy. Yes, I know we inherited a crumbling corrupt structure from GEJ fraught with theft (especially after he lost) but things should not have gotten this low. Baba, what is happening? Why support Emefiele in his theoretical approach to our unique situation? |
I sincerely hope this story is not true. No man can try this with my sister or even cousin. I will intervene and pull her out of this manipulation of a marriage. Madam, where there is life, there is hope. Leave his house. It will be rough at first but you will recover eventually. |
Nnemuka:Lol. That's hitting below the belt. Anyway, maybe he knows ladies so well that he dreads a lifetime with one of them. Fear women. They are dangerous. |
Toks, you have come again. I don't think a man in love should marry or date a lady who doesn't have strong affection for him. I have been in such relationships before and I know how it crushes the soul to love a woman who doesn't think you are the best thing that happened to her. She would take advantage of you and frustrate you until you breakup. Love should be mutual. Ladies can be vicious when they know you love them deeply. |
The Coordinating minister of the economy cannot wash her hands off such monumental embezzlement. She is central to it. Such huge amounts of money cannot escape her notice and approval. Madam, kindly refute the weighty allegations and keep your vituperations to yourself. You studied (and work) in the civilized western world. Act the part. |
Women should understand the kind of man they are married to and take necessary safety measures. Don't wait for the dangerous man (whom you chose to love) to kill you before leaving the marriage. The first slap while you're dating should be enough information for a woman. Don't wait till push becomes shove. This woman seems to love a violent man who has no qualms collecting stipends from his wife. Divorce was not even mentioned in this case. I have seen cases where the battered wife would even tell the police that she no longer wants to press charges. That's why the police is often reluctant to wade into domestic conflict. I won't be surprised if she returns home with him and drops charges. Good responsible men would ask you out but you would refuse because his is "boring". You'd rather fall for the corky guys who disrespect you. Violent and selfish husbands remain so because there are women who take such bullshit. |
Just look at the sheer number of people defending theft. No regard for intellectual property. Many Nigerians are thieves just like their politicians. Some bloggers will just lift other people's stories verbatim and make money off it. No credits to the writer whatsoever. Stealing songs may look trivial to you until one of your well known colleagues steals your idea (at work) and makes a fortune from it, while parading himself as the innovator. |
Funny enough, the slippery bank will never tell you in clear terms to sell your body. The customers themselves often initiate such ideas. Well, if you agree to pawn your jewels for any new customer, it is entirely your decision. There are other ladies who refused. You agreed. |
Lol. Some goats won't be happy about this union. "Fraudulent" defeated enemies of progress. ![]() |
Even if he doesn't want a new wife, tradition will force at least 3 wives on him. Kabiyesi dey chop life. |
Please don't give any excuse for cheating. That "men are polygamous by nature" shiit is just bullshiit cos women are like that too. All human wants are insatiable. If you cheat, you must take responsibility; Man or woman. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of catalysts though. Many foolishh women "punish" their husbands by refusing to have sex or even cuddle. Then, they cry foul when oga (who has been looking for opportunity) has an affair. Gobe don sele. ![]() All the same, women should not accept the baseless peculiar excuse that men cannot be satisfied by one woman. Such greed is not peculiar to us. After all, we are all witnesses to the FACT that ladies cannot be satisfied by one man's pocket. They have no problem collecting gifts or favours from more than one guy. Humans want more and more. Some have recognized and curtailed their desires, others have not. There is no excuse for cheating other than human desire meeting opportunity. If your man cheats, it is because he wanted to cos he focused on the sweetness and suppressed his conscience. Let him take responsibility for his actions. |
This destroyed my friendship in SS3. I still don't know why he wrote my name that day. I was moody and not ready to talk to anyone in class. When the captain (my friend) submitted the list I was surprised when I heard my name. O boy, that day I vex for the teacher. I refused to be flogged. I was very mad that day and the man was surprised. Our friendship began to die from that day. I began to really notice his disposition towards me. Eventually, we lost contact. Power exposes. |
Congrats in advance bro. |
The military is there to disarm the thugs used by Wike during the elections. I still maintain that Wike's boys did not need to kill as many people as they did during the elections. His party was going to win regardless. He just wanted to oppress the opposition by creating many widows for them. As God would have it, that oppressed party has risen to greater power. Wike, scream all you want, your thugs will not be allowed to kill any more people. Just learn to play politics without violence, if you can. |
Nigerians will see blue and recognize that it is blue but call it orange and stubbornly stick to their conceit. Same way Alams was celebrated by his people upon his release. We are no different from our lawless policemen who tell and uphold lies at every opportunity. I now believe that Nigerians are not ready to make this country great. We seem to love the bad reputation we have. |
Saraki has acted foolishly this time. Blackmail will only lead to his downfall. They claim the documents are different yet they cannot tell us the difference. How come the House of Reps has no problem with said budget? The same kindergarten technique he used to clinch the senate presidency is at work. When will Saraki learn? I think the CCT has given this Saraki too much free time. |
Lol. So you are so important now that the DSS would arrest you? Story story. |
I would probably forgive her and let her come back for the sake of my child. But I know many women would rather leave the marriage than deal with the guilt. |
Respect to all good mothers like mine. Women should also learn to be human. Some mothers are animals. The way they curse and maltreat their children could make you wanna slap them. I have learnt not to quickly judge any marital problem in the woman's favour. When you meet a foul mouthed Jezebel of a woman, you'll understand why some calm men become wife beaters. It is unwise to hail women just because of their gender. |
Actually, BSOD is often a result of faulty hardware or drivers, not your standard user applications. |
proffemi:You solved it bro. Simple and credible answer. |
MTN has enjoyed the benefits of corruption. They thought they could continue to bribe their way through. Other Telecom companies obeyed NCC but MTN called their bluff. They even had the guts to sue. The proverbial case of the thief who arrested the owner because he spared the thief No company (indigenous or not) should disregard constituted authority in this manner. |
Toosure70:You understand what really happened between the election and handover. A lot of stumbling blocks were placed in the path of the new administration. Anyway, I'm still confident in my President Buhari and his team. This year will be great. |
Oz4realsss:Lol. Please inform Pastor Bakare. |
Oz4realsss:Kindly go and tell him. |
poshestmina:Lol. So those boys carrying cutlass and sticks would face soldiers? ![]() |
Lol. Superstory. No video, no picture. |
So, nobody wants APGA to win. |
Oz4realsss:No sacred cow. All accomplices should give account. |
