The real reason Azikiwe hate Awolowo and plainted the seed of hatred in the mind of his Igbo follower is what you people still manifest. Azikiwe was ruling the west and left the east to others Igbo stooges in a display of Igbo domineering nature and he achieve that to some extent if not for Awolowo brilliance and charisma. Go and ask, Igbo were dominating every parastatal in South West. A good example is university of Ibadan where Azikiwe influence made the entire university organogram dominated by Igbo. It was too obvious when professor Oladele Ajose was snubbed though he who was well position to become the vice Chancellor. An Igbo man was promoted instead and the frustrated professor left to became a vice Chancellor at the newly founded university of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University. It took Awo to rescure the south west from what would have been a slavery when he came back from Britain and defeated Azikiwe in the battle or SW leadership.

Azikiwe never hated Awolowo. And the same Awolowo was pursuing a Yoruba agenda while Zik was chasing a nationalist one. Even when the Igbos said let us fight the Hausas and form.our country, Awolowo only taught of his selfish ambition. Even Zik did not support Ojukwu. And you are ranting about igbo domination. The fulani that told you Igbos wanted to dominate where are they Now? Are they not ravaging your lands in an attempt to dip the Koran into the Atlantic ocean? The only thing I will said that igbo fail to know in Nigeria is tribalism, put Hausa or Yoruba in charge of anything only what you will see is there brothers but igbos failed to know this . 5. Teach them about discipleship. Teach them about spiritual maturity. Why should you build your hope on money, fame and power? They never last. They are transient and ephemeral. Put your trust in Jesus while there is time. You don't have control over time.
