Pakistan's air force drills nigerian air force F-7 pilots in world class live combat skills

Pakistani air force has fulfilled its promise to transfer (without hiding any knowledge and experience) all its air to air and air to ground jet fighter combat skills it gained from its air dogfight and air raid wars with India, to the pilots of the nigerian air force, thus making nigeria to possess world class nation to nation air combat skills.

The Pakistan Air Force is assisting the Nigerian Air Force with maintenance and training for its F-7 fighter jets and in building the Nigerian Air Force’s capacity.

Last week the Chief of Air Staff of the Pakistan Air Force, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, paid an official five-day visit to the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) as part of efforts to strengthen bilateral defence relations.

Air Chief Marshal Butt said he would help the Nigerian Air Force reach its full potential and promised that “the Pakistani Air Force and the Defence Industries of Pakistan will not hold anything back from the Nigerian people and the Nigerian Air Force. When we cooperate more, we will develop to reach higher heights,” Pan-African news agency (Pana) quotes him as saying.

Pana reports that Pakistani Air Force personnel are present in Nigeria working to maintain Nigerian aircraft. Two Pakistani pilots are providing technical assistance for the Air Force’s Chinese-built F-7NI and FT-7NI jets. Pakistan also operates the type and has trained Nigerian pilots.

The Pakistanis were brought in following several F-7 crashes and the loss of maintenance schedules, which resulted in the grounding of the fleet in October 2012. After assistance from the Pakistan Air Force, the jets were cleared to fly again, Pana reports.

thus, nigerian air force now possesses about the same pilots combat skills as pakistan, a respected world military power

andrewza: Ok. Because the 2 terms controdict each other.

No. It can match the range but the seeker and manvrobliety are not on the same level.

Show proof nigerian J7s have flown against these 2 nastion.
nigerian air force pilots started F-7 jets training in china under chinese air force pilots to learn air to air and air to ground combat drills and tactics. if you dont know the course contents of combat pilots training program, it is because you are a navy cook/chef.

what are those nigerian pilots in flying suits doing together with pakistani pilots with that F-7 jet behind them ?

you think its a homo/gay club meeting ? fool grin

Proofe enough?

The umkhonto have been test against drones in SA and finland.
Proves nothing you claimed.

Proves me right.

Proves you wrong.

show us , i said you should show us proof/source where south africa test fired any single one of its 17 Exocet missiles from a valour frigate.

also show us where DENEL test fired its over-rated Umkhonto anti-aircraft missile to stop your south african navy Exocet anti-ship missile to prove the false claim that it can work against sea skimming water hugging missiles. show us proof.

maybe your 33% soweto brain never tells you that testing a missile against a sky flying drone in the air is NOT the same as testing it against a sea water surface hugging anti-ship missile.

your little brain too does not tell you and @saengine that those umkhonto missile tests were done by DENEL as a company marketing its product, NOT south african navy test firing the umkhonto it has purchased and fire from a valour frigate.

it was DENEL that traveled to finland to test umkhonto missile against a drone for marketing purposes, NOT south african navy sailing warship to finland to test fire umkhonto missile.....you really to be spanked until your bum is sore grin

is there no better thinking brain in south africa than the ones we see here on nairaland ?

andrewza: What is a BVR SRAAM?

The PL-9c is a export version of the PL-8 witch is a chinness liscended mafactoerd python III sraam. It uses the same seeker head(a seeker head SA has by the way) so don't try to make the PL-9 somthing it is not.

When last did nigeria put the fighters against forghin fighters. SA has put the gripens vs other gripens and torndoes along with zim F7s.
i mean BVR AAM...beyond visual range air to air missiles.

PL-9C missile is as powerful as IRIS-T missile. PL-9C is the missile on JF-17 Thunder and the JF-17 is equal to a Gripen.

Nigerian air force pilots in real life war drills have tested our F-7 jets in dogfight combat air to air against Pakistan's air force and mighty China's air force a world super power, and we know how use all our jets and missiles perfectly.

nigerian military is just not in the same noise making newspaper self-advertisement and internet publicity marketing that south african military has decided to busy itself with for many years.

south africa has turned respected military things to become like ordinary police affairs.

saengine: It must be really sad when you talk about weapons you have but can only post pics of OTHER countries firing them, not your own. Infact it's not sad....its actually quite funny. I wonder why Nigerian admirals are so scared of going out to sea and firing weapons in exercises. Maybe because they don't know how to use them.....haha. I wonder if the Nigerian Air Force has ever fired a missile in a live simulation? Some pics would be nice. Im starting to think they buy them from China or wherever and only plan on taking them out of the package on the day of the fight. Hehe
show me proof that south african navy has test fired even only one of its 17 Exocet missiles since about 7 years ago your navy purchased the missiles.

try show me how DENEL tested its Umkhonto missiles as defense against one south african Exocet missile. show us the proof. we are waiting grin

the photo below is nigerian navy test firing one of our missiles. date of test is not disclosed by nigerian navy. photo is from nigerian navy official website.

click the weblink below, put your mouse/cursor on the "operations and support" menu but no clicks, and this photo below will appear.

proves we test fire missiles without making public noise about it. missiles are expensive to waste.

one single otomat missile of NNS Aradu costs half a million dollars.

one single PL-9C missile of F-7 jet costs $1 million !!!!!

a missile and a bullet are not the same price in the market. use your head before you write comments.

andrewza: By a lot of african countries from sa, algeria, morroco, ethyopyia, extra extra.

It is a 1970s desghine not what I would call top of the line.
those african countries that have 4.0 generation jets like Gripen jets and SU-30 jets but NO single beyond visual range air to air missiles have to be very careful in dogfight with 3.5 generation jets armed with PL-9C 4.0 generation jet air to air missiles like nigerian F-7 jets.

when both pilots are within visual range of each other, both are in danger of being shot down....and nigerian pilots have mastered and perfected the use of all our jets. we train regularly and dont keep any jet in 'cold freezer warehouse' long term storage due to lack of cash....like some countries do with their expensive jets grin

F-7 Jet of nigeria's very deadly PL-9C missile...costs $1 million for each missile

Been a while.I've been unsuspended from visiting this thread.
you are welcome anytime here.

you missed the Congo DRC renewed combat action when Tanzanian army was commanding south african army and protecting the soweto soldiers from M23 rebels under the united nations MONUSCO force in Congo DRC. the UN force attacked the M23 rebels and we had a nice time here reading and posting comments on how the battle was going on in congo, helicopter and artillery combat by the air force of Ukaranine, army of Tanzania and South Africa joint operatios. it was fun seeing how UN was kicking the rebels in Congo.

you missed some action. go to page 806 and see NNS Aradu & F-7 jets Vs South African Navy Valour frigate in a new naval blockade simulation.

you also missed the post on the nigerian navy aircraft carrier project you talked about, i found out it was true, details not known yet but a friend of mine in the navy says there is slow but steady 'insider only' talk with china for an extended version of Type 071 LPD or smaller verion of Type 075 LHA to carry about 8 helicopters and function as a mini-aircraft carrier in nigerian navy, project may take another 3 to 5 years to implement.

"In the first, scheduled to last two years, Abuja will procure two light frigates and two 85-metre offshore patrol vessels (OPVs).

The second phase will span between two and five years, during which 10 OPVs, 20 helicopters, 1 hydrographic ship and two mine-countermeasure vessels (MVMVs) would be purchased.

The last phase would see Nigeria acquire three conventional submarines, two corvettes, two landing platforms dock (LPDs) and 20 long-range maritime patrol helicopters.

"In the future, Nigeria wants to secure the Gulf of Guinea with its Navy in order to facilitate oil trade," adds the ADIT."

comments from senior air force officers/chiefs of air staff from Pakistan, South Africa, and Brazil all say nigerian air force aircraft are in excellent technical condition and the pilots very skillful.

reason why i warned south african navy never to attempt any blockade of nigerian waters....NAF will sink all your warships in 45 minutes, we have mastered our aircraft and know how to use them perfectly in combat with some surprise tactics that the enemy is not expecting.

Summary:

* Umkhonto Surface to Air Block 2 used by SA and Finland 15km range
* Block 2 can also be used in a light anti-ship role destroying the commuication and sensor setup
*Extended range Block 2/3 (20km ) can now be fired by ground forces
* Denel is developing an even longer range Umkhonto
* Most importantly....proudly South African smiley

andrewza: http://www.janes.com/article/28033/land-based-umkhonto-fired-for-the-first-time

Denel Dynamics, the guided weapons division of South Africa's Denel, carried out the first live-fire tests of the land-based version of its Umkhonto naval surface-to-air missile (SAM) between 1 and 3 October.

The tests also saw an Umkhonto-IR destroy a target at 20 km for the first time, a feat achieved after recent modifications to the Block 2 variant, and the first use of Reutech Radar Systems' new RSR-320 dual-band, 3D radar to provide mid-course guidance for the missiles.

Observers from nine countries joined South African defence and military officials at Denel's Overberg Test Range for the shoot. All three war-shot missiles scored kills on Low-Cost Aerial Target Systems (LOCATS), two at 15 km range and one at 20 km.

Denel is working on developing extended-range (beyond 20 km) and radar-guided, all-weather versions of the Umkhonto.

So the umkhonto has a 20km range. With only a minor modifcastion.
sorry dude, the longer range 20km Umkhonto missile is even worse than the 15km range version i simulated war against. the 20km is NOT yet on the valour frigate and it has rader homing instead of infra red homing....its radar will be jammed by ATR-42 Surveyor aircraft of nigeria.

also, its ceiling/max altitude is only 2km higher than the current version, so all nigeria will do is to fly F-7 jets at 15km and fire missiles at then pull up to air again at 13km safe from the 12km limited ceiling of your over-rated new 'improved' Umkhonto missile.

desperate to escape from nigerian air and sea power ? your naval blockade is a suicide mission for south african navy.

Navy shows the flag on West Coast patrol

by Dean Wingrin, October 9, 9:43 am

The South African Navy frigate SAS Spioenkop departed Simon's Town Wednesday morning on a patrol along the west coast of Africa, destined for Dakar in Senegal.

During her six-week voyage, the South African warship will be visiting Walvis Bay (Namibia), Luanda (Angola), Tema (Ghana) and Lagos (Nigeria) prior to arriving in Dakar where she will support the South African contingent participating at the Sea Power for Africa Symposium.
will your admiral allow us to test fire only 4 out of our NNS Aradu 40 Otomat missiles against your visiting south african Valour warship ? just to put my naval blockade simulation into real life practice...or your navy prefers we shell them with coastal artillery and F-7 jets rockets ?

choose which of these ways your soweto sailors will prefer to go to heaven...or hades grin grin

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust: 2:46am On Oct 10, 2013
Henry120: The last may not have been heard concerning the survival or otherwise of the leader of the outlawed Islamic sect, Boko Haram, Abubkar Shekau, as a security analysis
conducted by the Department of the State Security (DSS),yesterday revealed that the recent video appearance of the sect’s leader was unreal.

The security analysis of the video sighted by THISDAY,
noted that the amateur replica cloned everything wrongly
but was not categorical on the death of the terrorist as it
waited on time to determine.

This, however, came same day the Minister of Special
Duties, Alhaji Kabiru Turaki, said it was not part of his duty or mandate as minister and chairman of the Presidential Committee on Dialogue and Peaceful Resolution of the Conflicts in Northern Nigeria to locate Shekau’s whereabout.

But the expert analysis of the video of the sect’s leader in
previous appearances showed that Shekau usually starts with the recitation of a full verse of the Quran, which sometimes could last up to five minutes, a sequence the stand-in Shekau did not observe.

According to a senior official of the agency, who spoke on
conditions of anonymity, the amateur cloned replica of
Shekau was wrong on several grounds including the fact
that his former appearances in videos was patterned after
a certain modus operandi.

It was also observed in the analysis, that unlike on
previous occasions when Shekau spoke, he was never
interrupted by any background praising quite unlike what
happened in the latest video.

The video, which was sent in for analysis by experts
showed that the movement of “Shekau’s lips” did not
synchronise with the words as pronounced, apparently
betraying a recorded message inefficiently manipulated to sustain a non-existent continuum in leadership, now in
disarray.

The experts had stated that the cloned attempt to mimick
Shekau voice during the opening stanza soon gave in, as
the impostor reverted to his real voice, while the intonation was different as Shekau was not known to drawl while talking.

Other inconsistencies discovered by the experts were that:
“This ‘Shekau’ even said a dead woman -Margaret
Thatcher, and Oladipo Diya, rejoiced over his (Shekau's)
death.

A DSS source who spoke to THISDAY said, "How does these add up to strengthen his case? One is dead and the other had left government long before the advent of Boko
Haram. The video was just to create unnecessary panic in the public.

“The fact is that Abubakar Shekau, was truly shot, critically injured and evacuated by his lieutenants to a conventional hospital outside Nigeria. It is only time that will tell if he survived but we know now that the video is as fake as it gets.”

www.thisdaylive.com/articles/boko-haram-shekau-s-am-alive-video-is-fake-says-security-analysis/161110/
my senior bros, me i don tell una before before, make nobody rush conclude say na shekau true true, dem boko haram fit just dey 419 the whole world with that dem doubtful new video.

my own suspicion arose from the fact that boko haram is desperate to rebuild the falling morale of its followers when they knew their leader was either dead or mortally and fatally wounded by the mighty nigerian army.

the normal reaction of a belligerent force is to fake the re-emergence of a fallen leader to sustain morale of its fighters, these are simple war strategies....propaganda in a way...and south africa is very good at it grin

i doubted the validity of that video as being the real shekau because america was silent on it, because proof was lacking.

if it was the real shekau, america has a bounty on his head for capture and would have reacted immediately by renewing calls for his capture.

all the south africans who were shouting, laughing and claiming that shekau of boko haram is ressurected and alive, have been put to shame....as usual, you south africans have carelessly proved yourselves to be a bunch of 33% brain fools who cannot use their 'one third capacity' brains to think deep, judge and analyse a clouded situataion.

intelligence and brain power must be a very rare 'mineral resource' to find in south africa

i salute you nigerian army, you were mighty enough to get a close range shot and baptize the boko haram number one leader with bullets inside his own stronghold.

who has the best army infantry in africa ? nigeria !

Henry120: We've already invited them for a joint exercise in the early months of 2014. So this visit would most likely be a port visit only.
in my opinion, nigeria should wait for the two new Type 056 warships to arrive before engaging in major naval fleet joint exercise with foreign naval forces.

NNS Aradu and NNS Thunder have been tested enough over the years.

lets test the stealth capabilities, electronic warfare and anti-submarine warfare capabilities of our two new chinese/nigerian built stealth warships against european warships. the nigerian/chinese warships are built to fight against american warships.

anti-piracy drills should be restricted to naval forces from countries in the gulf of guinea.

all my personal opinion anyway. the naval high command knows better than i do.

The aid was 1,2 Billion US dollars a year and with such a massive personnel, Egypt would find it difficult to pay its salary and maintain its military combat capabilities and hardware.

In less than 3 years Egypt would announced military rationalising process...meaning cutting both military personnel and equipment, reducing training of its soldiers, pilots and navy combat activities. iT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT FOR EGYPT TO MAINTAIN ITS CURRENT MILITARY STATUS WITH SUCH A MASSIVE FINANCIAL GAB.

andrewza: The missiel boat was not in the harbor when it fired.
try to be a honest human being once in a while.

the fact that you are a white-man does not mean you should tell white-lies almost every day.

the Egyptian warship was safe inside harbour when it fires anti-ship missile and sank Israeli navy warship on the sea. the source is war history and it clearly says what i said, nobody can re-write war history, fact is fact, you cannot change yesterday.

"Eilat was sunk on 21 October 1967 off Port Said in the Sinai by two Styx missiles launched by Egyptian missile boats.

An Egyptian Komar-class missile boat positioned within the harbour at Port Said fired two missiles at the Israeli frigate. The Eilat's radar did not reveal any suspicious activity or movements because the missile boat was still inside the port when the missiles were fired.

Despite evasive action being ordered by the captain when the missiles were detected, the first missile hit the ship just above the waterline at 17:32 hours. Two minutes later, the second missile struck causing additional casualties. While the Eilat began to list heavily, the crew tended to the wounded and engaged in rescue and repair operations while waiting for additional ships of the Israeli Navy to come to her rescue. But around an hour later, another Egyptian Komar class missile boat from Port Said harbour fired two more Styx missiles at the Eilat. The third missile hit the Eilat amidships, causing more damage and further fires, while the fourth went astray and crashed in the water nearby. The Eilat sank about two minutes later. Out of a crew of 199, 47 were killed and another 41 were wounded"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Zealous_(R39)

everything i wrote in my war simulation is technically correct. nigerian navy NNS ARADU will fire Otomat missiles from inside navl base/ harbour and sink south african valour frigate from a long range distance. FACT . PROVED .

rka1: Boko Haram: 186 killed, 15 arrested as Military raids insurgents’ camp in Yobe

By Maina Maina on October 3, 2013

soldiersUnconfirmed reports in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital revealed that over 186 Boko haram insurgents connected with the bloody massacre of about 70 students at College of Agriculture, Gujba, Yobe state have been killed in recent attacks by men of the 7 Division Nigerian Army.

The military, who have been in search of the suspected members of the Boko Haram sect launched aerial bombardment on new camps sighted via satellite .

Residents of Damaturu told DailyPost that the men of the Joint task Force had claimed on Thursday that they killed scores of the insurgents who perpetrated the act of killing innocent travelers as well as the attack on the College of Agriculture in Gujba town.

It was learnt that the military raided the camps of the insurgents near Mazari village and arrested about 15 suspects.

According to reports, the offensive military raid of the terrorists hideouts was intensified last Sunday when some gunmen suspected to be members of dreaded Boko Haram sect attacked the college’s dormitory and opened fire on the students in their sleep before they fled without being arrested.

The Spokesman of the JTF in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, Captain Eli Lazarus however, told Journalists on Thursday that with the assistance of air strikes and ground troops, the hideouts of the terrorists believed to be the ones who carried separate attacks in the College, Yadi Buni and roadside attacks were identified.

He said following exchange of gunfire with the troops and the terrorists at their camps in Mazari village, scores of the terrorists were killed, while 15 of them were arrested in different locations in Gujba, Yadi Buni towns in an attempt to flee from the offensive military raid.

“Our troops on ground in collaboration with air strike bombardment were able to identify a terrorist’s camp in Mazari village, the camp is suspected to be the one harbouring the Boko Haram sects who launched a deadly attack on Gujba College of Agriculture last Sunday where they killed and injured many students.

“Consequently, when we raided the said camp, our men were able to kill many of the terrorists, destroyed the camp and arrest 15 of them who are now helping the military with vital information on how to locate some of their camps in the bushes”, Eli said.

He, therefore, assured the general public that the security agencies were doing everything possible in protecting lives and property in the state.

He, however, urged all and sundry to cooperate with the military by giving information to the JTF on the hideouts of terrorists or any suspicious movement in their localities, so as to nip terrorism in the bud.

an Amir (leader) of the sect.
Also killed were unspecified members of the group at
Izza village in Bama town just as five Hilux vehicles
mounted with anti-air craft guns and one 18-seater bus
with foodstuff belonging to the terrorists were
destroyed.
A statement by the military spokesman in Maiduguri,
Captain Aliyu Danja, yesterday, said the operation
involved air strikes and ground attacks.
Danja also said that the pre-emptive attack followed
intelligence reports about plans by the insurgents to
attack Bama and other towns in the state.
The statement read: “Our troops launched separate
attacks on Boko Haram enclaves in different parts of
BornoState, where we killed 30 of them in Ajigi and Kafa
villages of Damboa Local Government Area.
“Those killed were suspected to be the group of
terrorists that fled Damboa town, following an encounter
with the security forces last Sunday.
“Also, a pre-emptive attack on Boko Haram
concentration at Izza town in BornoState, Sunday
afternoon, led to the killing of an unspecified number of
the sect’s members.

those south African mofos won't see this one now.

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
snydergp: I can only laugh at this foolish so called simulation of a amateur who has never even had any training in military an has never even been in any armed engagements in his short live and who himself has never even seen a his own NNS Aruda.

-Your simulation states that the CIWS can not shoot vertically upwards your first and in itself is bullsh*t

-You assume that theres only 16 Umkhonto sells while the ship can carry upto 32 Umkhonto missiles per ship if the need arise, while also failing to tell us that even 16 sells can be reloaded.

-Your simulation failed to tell us that the same Umkhonto SAM has 360 degrees allround attacking and defensive capabilities.

-Your simulation also assumes that all SAN dont have any radar systems and EW systems, and other counter measures for both literal and deep sea engagements.

-The amateur simulation also assumes that SAN cannot deploy Bateleurs and Seekers 300's equipped with Mokopa missiles to attack your NNS Aruda and other coastal radars/artillery systems

-You also assume that SAAF cannot deploy Gripens and station them around ally states 400 to 700km outside your waters, for tactical air support and air superiority(please dont come and tell me about your Roland because it is practically useless against a Gripen unless you have a upgraded S-300 or S-400 SAM's).

-You also made a another amateur flawed statement when you said you would fire the Relic Otomats, where in your simulation sam ships would be 50km inshore and you forget a larg missile like the Otomats especially that old Relic is can easily be jammed in its first faze of launch.

@Aguagust if you wanna make a simulation you should also include the systems and fighting capabilities of the forces you up against not just state how good your systems will be as if your opponents will have no tactics and measures to counter yours.

This simulation dont even require a full response because its poorly structured.
all those points you are raising today have been tactically neutralized with sources to back up the facts over the past 3 months.

sorry bros...you came too late....we have established the truth long before you brought in your false information.

anyway, thanks for writing something even though it is a foolish comment grin

andrewza: And they going to get there how, swim all the way from nigeria? And there are means to stop divers but that is reshearch for you to do.
how did your own divers reach lagos in your dreams ?

you think i dont know how to stop divers from reaching warships ? i did not start studying military warfare just yesterday bros grin

underwater nets at special locations, and many other anti-frogmen traps/barriers/sound-wave-bubble-visual detectors...

reason why i said south african divers cannot enter a nigerian navy base in a war situation, it will be suicide for your divers.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by agaugust:
saengine: Fool. Reading is fundamental. I said escape from the submarine. SA Navy divers and special forces are trained to exit a submarine while it's still under water using aqualungs. Explosives are placed on the bottom of the ship while under water, so no walking is needed.....making this whole comment of yours a waste of space. Doing this at night would make them harder to find.

All harbours that berth large ships are dug out to make the water deep enough not to run aground. So the point remains....if you have the stupid idea of "hiding" Aradu behind trawlers and rubbish from torpedoes, your Aradu is trapped. Making it a sitting duck.
FOOL grin

how does south african underwater divers from under the sea differentiate the below water bottom of NNS Aradu from other civilian ships and warships in the strange nigerian harbour that they dont know ?

how do they dive and move around under water in a strange nigerian coastal water the dont know ?

see weed alone (water hyacinth in the lagoon) will trap and k.ill them grin

from what distance will submarine drop them into deep sea, and they carry only one oxygen cylinder to breath under water and swim under water for a long distance and for a long time trying to figure our which unidentified ship bottom underwater belong to NNS Aradu ?

their oxygen will finish under water and they will die there grin

if it is that easy for human beings to dive under water and destroy a navy, the british would have sunk all argentina's warships in falkaland war right inside their harbour when they with drew their ships from superior british submarines and frigates.

....and NNS Aradu has a brand new powerful american underwater sonar...the sea divers oxygen cylinders and explosives will be dtected from a distance and nigerian navy has underwater divers too who will go find out whats approaching naval base from underwater.

nigerian navy too is prepared for war with a submarine threat in that naval blockade....

...what makes you believe nigerian navy divers are not patrolling the harbour underwater 24 hours a day searching for any enemy intruder ?

nigerian navy has underwater warfare and anti-submarine warfare training in pakistan.

only a fool will carry 45 minutes oxygen as a diver and launch from a submarine to swim for a long voyage into an unknown sea territory heading for an unknown naval base to find the bottom of an unknown warship in a naval base that is under heavy guard, heavy activity, high and red alert in a state of war.

only a foolish navy will not be patrolling underwater during an enemy submarine naval blockade, nigerian navy is NOT a fool like you are mr @saengine grin

worst for your foolish idea is that nigeria has many different naval bases along the coast in lagos state, ondo state, bayelsa state, rivers state, akwa ibom state, and cross river state, how do your underwater divers know which one of these many bases NNS ARADU is hiding in the harbour ? is south africa consulting a herbalist oracle or church prophet to find out that secret military information ? fools of soweto grin

@Andrewza, as i said, i will only reply your foolish post for formality sake and to stop you from mis-informing my fellow nigerians with your lies.

@Agaugust in bold font

@Andrewza in normal font

You can 5000 ottomats. It is launch platforms.

nigeria has 40 Otomat missiles and the launch platform is NNS ARADU and this warship is alive and well...giving you nightmares grin

Can you proof those mb 339 are still in serves.

i hate repeating posts, i did it before, but here it is again..

Nigeria to Spend $84M Upgrading its MB-339A Jets

Finmeccanica subsidiary Alenia Aermacchi has signed a contract with Nigeria's Ministry of Defence for the maintenance and enhancement of 12 MB-339A aircraft based

http://www.xairforces.net/newsd.asp?newsid=238&newst=2#.UlNsJVDOkiW

You talking bull anout your ATR42s. You have no drones they can launch.

the nigerian ATR-42 Surveyor gives you high blood pressure every time i mention the aircraft...now have epilepsy because it can carry and launch nigerian made Amebo drones or Imported Isaeli Aerostar drones

http://beegeagle./2012/12/12/us70-million-shaanxi-zdk-03-karakoram-eagle-aewc-plane-photo-credit-and-report-paf-falcons/

Have you ever tried to hit a target from 7km away. Just because it says 7km does not mean you fire from 7km away.

in an open ocean, it is very easy to hit a target 7km away. you were the one boasting before that south african valour frigate 76mm gun can hit an enemy warship 15km away.

warships since world war II have been hitting and sinking ships 15km away. fool grin

The f7 is a interceptor. All those secondary roles are that. Secondary.

Gripen jet too has secondary roles and it works. F-7 jet has secondary role of air to ground attack....or what are its bombs and rockets meant for ? christmas fireworks ? fool .

You menstion a lot of radars with nothing to do with the simmulastion. How does radar ment for air control help you out. Not to menstion the valour is stealthie and events that took place in china and exersize with far more compotened nastions than nigeria makes me not worry about
your radar.

german Blohm Voss comany, manufacturers of valour frigate have admitted that the ship is visible to radar at half its real size.

nigerian ATR-42 Surveyor aircrafts have rel-time long range TV cameras for sea search and monitoring, stealth warships like valour frigate will be seen full size, clean and clear. the nigerian aircraft also has special panoramic ocean view bubble windows plus the TV cameras. the nigerian air force ATR-42 Surveyor is a great nightmare to you...it ruined your naval blockade and ruined south african navy totally grin

You bragging about sytems that all fighters since a llong time have. Even a mig 21

i am bragging about F-7 jet of 2008 technology, nigerian custom built NI version, the older Mig 21 does not have HUD or PL-9C missiles, i just proved to you that the nigerian airforce you understimated will sink your expensive navy with our cheap F-7 jets. FACT !!!

Yes those bomb and rockets will force your jets low and close. Making them perfect targets.

if your brain is dead, i cannot help you. read my simulation again, no nigerian jet dropped any bomb. rockets are only used by nigerian jets after Valour frigate finishes all its Umkhonto anti-aircraft missiles and the ships become defenceless against jet fighters attacking it from behind and 5km to 7km away. PL-9C missiles have 22km range and fired from 13km against Umkhonto missile that cannot defend above 10km. fool, you are a big time fool grin

That are not on stastion 24/7. Satlites are not the all seeing god eye you make them out to be.

i used more than just satellites, i also used flying spy balloons, plus radars, plus TV cameras from aircrafts flying as operation command and control centers

I actualy wonder about this. What is it's range, speed and is it operstional.

Drones that are mostly not operstional but only in the test phase.

i did not use any drones...you fool grin

All of witch are meangless since we don't need to close in to 30km. By the way I spoke to gunner freind. The 76mm ottolelar has a 20km range but there are 40km rounds comming out soon. Just saying.

that 76mm gun Otomelara is useless to save Valour frigate from an air attack coming from jets behind the ship. i studied the Valour frigate very well, i found its weakpoints and i attacked from those areas. i ruined your expensive south african warships grin

Yes that size means it blends in, all so makes EW/ECM easyer to hide/safe the ship. Has for IR the valour exhast gase are water cooled and pumped bellow the water line and pre wetting removes the removes the rest of the ir signiter from the hull and super structer.

Yes but the vallour has far more in eltronics to help it out. Dur to being bigger

the F-7 jets are looking at the valour frigate and firing guided missiles with boresight/eyesight/electro-optical computer guided targeting of a ship the pilot is clearly looking at...all the pilot does is to guide the missile to the warship by sight...it takes only 15 seconds and the missiles impact on the valour frigates and sink your navy forever...you cannot hide a huge warship that is bigger than 10 houses and sitting down in open sea waters as a sitting duck for enemy jet fighters to roast for dinner

So we reload ashore or use DKGB. No frigat can reload there missiels of that size at sea. All so there are 16 extra cells that could lead it to a total 32 umkhotos.

i knew you will try to tell us this lie, so i asked you c=before i posted my simulation...how many Umkhonto missiles does a valour frigate carry per voyage/operation...you replied me and said 16 missiles and you even boasted that all sources of facts confirm 16 missiles.

please dont tell story about a fake 32 missiles now after i sank your warships...i also have checked sources....only 16 missiles carried. FACT !

http://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/South-Africa-Ordering-Umkhonto-Mk2-Air-Defense-Missiles-06869/

And you going to fly vertcaly down from the top dive bomb styl with umkhotos closing in on you. And the gun has a 85+ elvastion that is prety good better than block 0 and 1 phalnks and the same has the block 18. So your point is?

The 76mm has a 85 degree elvastion and a 360 degree travis at 60 degree a second speed and a 120rpm rate of fire.

And that out ranges all your air to sea wepaons.

Again out ranges every thing you have that can threaten the valour.

fool, Umkhonto anti-aircraft missiles CANNOT fly above 10km vertically, that is its altitude/ceiling limit. nigerian F-7 jets flew from 13km to 12km in attack dive and climb up immediately without entering the umkhonto missiles 10km maximum altitude/ceiling range. fool grin

read the 10km ceiling limit at the bottom specifications data-list on the weblink below.

http://www.defenceweb.co.za/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6540:fact-file-denel-dynamics-umkhonto-short-range-infra-red-guided-point-air-defence-missile-system-&catid=79:fact-files&Itemid=159

Your epe missiels are littel test rockets and unguided. And your satlits can not perform the guidancy in any case.

Why would we close in that close to the coast? And you have never explained how you will run the logistics for all those guns.

Because they will chewd up and spat out.

Nigeria does not have air lanched exocets.

Yes because the anti supmarine that is why

How you going trake them 24 hours. Just because you want them to be.

i did not use any of those other weapons at all, i used only NNS ARADU and F-7 jets, Alpha jet, MBB 339 jets, etc ur

only a fool like you south africans cannot use 20 coastal radars, 2 satellites, several spy balloons, 4 ART-42 Surveyors, to track warships that are bigger than 10 houses each. soweto fool grin

Thus giving our subs free rain to deploy recces to conduct sabotage has you have blocked your self in.

you think you are fighting Togo or Congo republic ? nigeria has about 10 different navy bases in 6 different stales along the coast, how do you know which harbour NNS ARADU is hiding ? fool

Really. From 50 km away we can still stop enough ships to effectvly starve nigeria concidring those bulk carrers have to sail beyond that rang sooner or later and we can trake them with radar and interdect with rhibs(since you know your fleet is hiding)

you can run to 50km or even 400km away from nigerian coast, F-7 jet has range of 850km and MBB 339 jets have range of 1,750km. they will reach your valour warships and sink them, FACT !!

No the valour easly stops the missiels with var better defences sytems and returns fire to sink you littel boat.

And all your fighters are shot down the end you loose again because you are fool.

You going to fire AAMs at the valour? Ok you crazy. They not going to hit the valours ECM suit and ir masking sytems make it prety hard target. Not to menstion how you going to guid them for the termnail phase? With a air searth radar?

All of witch put you in range of death.

Even if a umkhonto does exploded it is containted to the cell.

You missiels all missied because you launched air to air missiels at a ground target from a fight with out the proper rader sytem to even trake a valour. I don't even think data link to perfom a attack from that range. Then they all shot down when the close in to closer to use rockets.

No nigeria looses it's air force in there own waters.

Onc again you show you are a utter fool with zero knowelge of what you speak. Best stop embarsing your self

at 13km to 12km, all nigerian jets fly boutside range of all south african valour frigate air defences. umkhonto limit is 10km vertical. DENEL CIWS gun is 4km limit upwards. 76mm Otomelara gun CANNOT fire backwards to protect the warship where nigerian jets are attacking from...the back of the ship...its weak point.

7km rockets are only used after the Valour frigate 16 anti-aircraft Umkhonto missiles have finished due to their use in defence against F-7 jet 22km range missiles.

ATR-42 Surveyor electronic warfare systems neutralize the valour frigates electronic warfate suite, the ATR-42 serves as command and control fro the F-7 jets.

the F-7 jets PL-9C missiles are not radar guided, they are infra-red guided and optically controlled by pilots sight/targeting systems.

at PL-9C missiles speed of 3,500km/hr it takes only 15 seconds for it to reach the valour frigate from 13km altitude, and the F-7 jet pulls up again...a simple air to ground attack tactic since world wars I and II that air force pilots have been using to sink weaken great navy warships like Graf Spee and Bismark battleships successfully.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fairey_Swordfish

same way an F-7 jet will fire downwards on an enemy aircraft below it in the air, e.g. intercepting an enemy helicopter, same way it is above the valour frigate and will fire down on it...air to air missile does not prevent a missile from firing down on a target below it when the pilot has dived at 45 degrees angle on the target and is looking at the target with his two wide open koro koro eye...use your head if you have one...fool

i notice on this forum that you dont really know about battlefield tactics especially when it involves heavy weapons of air , land, sea combination.

you know more about rifles and their bullets...thats because you are below sergeant rank in your south african navy.

a major combined armed forces military operation is too advanced for your low level military training.

sorry i cannot save you from your own thinking problem grin

south african navy is sunk to sea bottom by nigerian air force . FACT !!

the common air to sea combat tactics used since world war I in 1918

Air and Sea Combat Simulation : Nigeria Vs South Africa

due to the ban i got as @Agaugust making this post a few hours ago, i have decided to rewrite a much shorter and less detailed version of the war simulation to avaoid another ban, then post as Augustine Again.

i will appreciate if readers can be honest about the facts in this posts and that the south africans avoid telling lies and making false technical claims just to win an argument on internet....and lose a war in reality

i will start by saying that we have settled some issues with posts i made in the past 3 months with sources to prove the facts stated in arguments with south africans :

FACTS :

nigerian navy has 40 otomat anti-ship missiles with range 80km-180km

nigerian air force has about 12 each newly upgraded Alpha Jets, MBB 339 Jets, L-39 Jets, and F-7 jets making a total of about 50 currently upgraded and active jet fighters/light ground attack aircraft.

nigerian air force and NIS have four ATR-42 Surveyor maritime aircrafts with radar range 330km and very modern and powerful anti-jamming/electronic warfare capabilities

nigerian ATR-42 Surveyor aircraft has longe range sea search/monitoring real-time TV cameras

nigerian ATR-42 Surveyor aircraft and also infra red night search capability and optical view panoramic bubble windows

nigerian four ATR-42 Surveyor aircraft can all together track 400 targets at a single time and cover the entire nigerian EEZ waters at one single time.

nigerian ATR-42 Surveyor aircraft carries and launches drones - UAVs

nigeria has TRACON nationwide air radar coverage of about 500km

nigerian navy has about 20 coastal radar stations covering the entire nigerian coast

nigerian coastal radars have range up over 500km including the new ones that extend down the gulf of guinea.

the nigerian jets fighters too have their own anti-jamming/electronic warfare suites and chaff/flare dispenser counter measures, especially the 12 MBB 339 which just had an $84 million major upgrade in Italy about last year.

nigerian F-7 jets have PL-9C air to air missiles with 22km range, Atoll missiles with 15km range and 90mm air to ground rockets with 7km range

nigerian F-7 jets have reconnaisance/spy capabilities and secondary recce/search and ground attack role.

nigerian F-7 jets have radar range between 15km to 37km including air to surface radar capability for air to ground attack

nigerian F-7 jets have HUD and computerized visual range electro-optical sight targeting plus guided missile lock

nigerian alpha jets have bombs and rockets for air to ground attack.

nigeria has spy satellites

nigeria has spy balloons

nigeria has drones - UAV

nigeria has 660 artillery guns including 50 mobile palmaria 30km range artillery

south african navy Valour frigates stealth capability according to Blohm + Voss, the designers, claim has the radar signature of a vessel one-half her size, and still has infra-red emmisions making it visible to radar as a 60m size warship instead of the actual size of 120m.

on a radar screen the south african valour frigate will be seen and detected as the same size of NNS Anyam of nigeria a missile armed fast attack warship.

south african navy valour frigate warships are stealth but still very visible to radar for detection and can be tracked and detected by infra-red emmissions too.

south african valour frigate has only 16 umkhonto anti-aircraft missiles and can NOT be reloaded at sea by itself

there is only one CIWS, a DENEL 35mm medium gun with only 4km short range, on the valour frigate and with limited elevation and CANNOT shoot vertically upwards.

the 76mm heavy/main gun of the valour frigate CANNOT shoot down a supersonic missile and cannot fire straight up vertically or backwards due to limited elevation and traverse.

valour frigate's umkhonto anti-aircraft missile has a maximum horizontal or parabolic range of 15km.

valour frigate's umkhonto anti-aircraft missiles CANNOT harm any aircraft flying at 11km above sea level becasuse the maximum altitude the umkhonto missile can climb vertically up is only 10km.

ASSUMPTIONS :

nigeria will not use home made Epe rockets/missiles said to have a range of 120km and linked to satellite guidance

south africa's 3 valour frigates survived miraculously (although the ships would have already been sunk to sea bottom in reality by heavy shelling) from the thousands of coastal artillery shells fired by nigerian army in a surprise attack.

nigeria and south africa will not import any new weapons, equipment or ordnance

nigeria will not use the 2014 delivery two new stealth warships on order from china

nigeria will not use the super puma and puma helicopters that are equipped to launch nigerian navy's 40 exocet MM38 anti-ship missiles

nigeria not use any of 12 Fennec anti-submarine helicopters on order from france

there will be NO 3rd party foreign military intervention force from any other country.

COMBAT ENGAGEMENT :

3 south african navy valour frigate warships enter nigerian EEZ waters to effect a naval blockade of nigerian seas.

the enemy ships are sighted and tracked 24 hours by nigerian satellites long before they arrive.

they are also accompanied by 2 Type 209 submarines.

all nigerian warships are withdrawn to safe harbour and behind decoy of fishing vessels, thus beyond reach of enemy submarines in shalow waters and harbour.

the 3 south african ships daily patrol the entire nigerian waters in this invasion, from continental shelf to exclusive economic zone limits.

all nigerian radars from coast and aircraft, as well as space satellites and spy air balloons monitor all 3 south african warships 24 hours daily and communicate location to all military units engaged.

fear of hundreds of nigerian army artillery bombardment from the coast with range 15km to 30km shelling, which would have sunk all the valour frigates, makes them to run away from nigerian coast to 50km off the shores

the above withdrawal already weakens the naval blockade and gives more room to nigerian flat bottom crude oil barges to sail freely along the shallow coastline to export oil as well as the nigerian west african gas pipeline continues oil exports easily to the whole world.

NNS Aradu from safe harbour fires 4 deadly Otomat sea skimming/near water surface hugging anti-ship missiles and sinks a valour frigate to the sea bottom in some minutes.

the other 2 south african valour frigates wherever they are located, are both simultaneously engaged by a squadron of mixed F-7 jets, Alpha jets, L-39 jets, and MBB 339 jets with ATR-42 Surveyors long range away about 30km giving all needed electronic, radar, and TV camera support of the operations and serving as command and control.

at about 13km above sea level, near stall speed, 45 degree dive attack on stern/aft/rear/backside of the valour frigate where the ship is most weak and cannot be defended by its main 76mm gun, F-7 jets fire with boresight computer/optical targeting, 18 SRAAM guided missiles in perfectly timed sequence/intervals and the valour defends with only 16 umkhonto missiles to stop 16 of the F-7 jets 18 missiles.

valour frigate has used up all its 16 umkhonto missiles to stop F-7 jet missiles that have SATURATED the air above the warship and the warship has no anti-aircraft missile defence any more. it becomes an easy target for 7km range air to ground rockets.

this simulation uses the special air to ground attack combat tactic called SATURATION ATTACK which many military analysts/experts including those in south africa have complained as the major weakness of the expensive and over-rated valour frigates of south african navy

"The South African Denel Umkhonto-IR is a short-range (12km) anti-aircraft missile, which is still in its development stage, having been "tested only to a limited extent", while "several navies and air forces already have supersonic anti-ship missiles. How the Umkhonto will deal with these is not known." The frigates can have their capacity doubled to 32 Umkhontos, but will probably carry only eight missiles and so "can easily be swamped by saturation attack *7".

http://www.armsdeal-vpo.co.za/articles10/weak_ships.html

(the F-7 jets can also use 90mm multiple rockets for the above attack, and Alpha jets can use 70mm rockets)

if the valour does not defend, the F-7 guided missiles will impact on the ship in about 15 seconds after being fired and could land on an umkhonto launch cell to trigger self destruction explosions on the ships, or they could just on their own punch holes in the ship more and more to sink it.

the F-7 jets pull up at about 12km above sea level and remain safe from umkhonto anti-aircraft missiles after a reduction in altitude by about 1km during the firing and targeting of the guided missiles.

2 F-7 jet missiles have damaged the valour frigate and the F-7 jets launch 90mm rocket attacks from same rear/stern position of the valour frigates. Alpha jets, L-39 jets, MBB 339 jets join in the multiple rocket attacks using both 45 degree and 90 degree dive on the valour frigates and set the ships on fire and punch holes to start sinking.

the south african navy valour frigates all sink to the sea bottom in nigerian territorial waters.

the 2 submarines have no support anymore to continue the naval blockade on nigeria, also they must return home to defend against a possible nigerian navy counter attack by a spy satellite supported fleet including NNS Aradu with Otomat missiles, NNS Thunder with armed augusta attack helicopter, NNS Anyam with exocet missiles which can sink the entire remaining south african navy if care is not taken....south africa has no satellite to detect the coming and arrival of nigerian navy warships in its EEZ zone of a massive U-shaped almost 3,000 km long poorly defended coastline.

CONCLUSION :

nigeria wins the naval blockade war. south african naval power reduced by 70% with sinking of 3 out of its 4 valour frigate warships.

no country in all Africa can penetrate nigerian coastal or seaward defenses. no African country can land and survive on nigerian territory.

nigeria has one of the top 10 strongest coastal seaward military defenses in the world.

Signed

Agaugust
