port sudan is easy to attack as it is a sea/coast location, israel will be flying across red sea no man's land as international air space, then suddenly jet into sudanese airspace and if it is just one or two jets, no suspicion on a radar screen except for their speed. also, israeli air force sometimes attacks by flying below radar level hugging the sea/ground to avoid air radar detection.

however, nigerian military is technologically superior to sudan's military, so no country can play that trick on us with surprise attack, nigeria has very many long range coastal radars that scan and detect any low sea level, ground level, and air level enemy jets or warships that tries any game, it will be suicide for them.

technical ability to detect enemy forces while they are still far away is very vital in war, and all the african countries with modern jet fighters DO NOT have this world class detection capability that nigeria has with spy satellites in space, spy balloons at high altitudes, long range sea/coastal and air radars all combined together.
