Doctors, Pharmacists and other Medical experts in the House, please help me out. I can't seem to understand how my body system is reacting to lack of sex anymore.

I've abstained from sex for exactly four years now. I decided against going into any relationship with any lady since my last encounter with my ex. And I don't patronize hook-up girls because I can't imagine having sex with someone I don't have any atom of feelings for. I Also do not believe in sleeping with random girls, reason I stayed away from sex until I'm ready for marriage. Another major reason is that I don't use condoms during sex, so I've got to be careful with whoever I'm getting down with.

Some nights, I would have wet dreams, get up to the bathroom to wash myself. I don't masturbate. Last night I had a wet dream again as i slept and laid on my stomach(Sleeping posture), in the middle of the night, I noticed my d**k was rubbing the mattress thoroughly and I noticed something discomforting, when I noticed what was about to occur, I tried to quickly jump off the bed, but unfortunately, while in the process of jumping off, I ejaculated profusely & uncontrollably. My semen was very thick as I checked my boxers. I got up and went straight to bath before going back to bed. I was so angry about it.

Today, I'm now feeling pains in my scrotum and it's a bit swollen too. After I finished bathing this afternoon and was trying to dry my body, I noticed semen coming out but looking like pre-cum.
I need some advice on what to do, and how to go about this please.

So I got a job in Saudi Arabia as a heavy duty equipment electrician 2years contract but renewable but am very scared to make the move cox of the fear of the unknown...

Firstly I work with a reputable company here in Nigeria in the maritime sector as a FTE and I get approximately 400k monthly and I am being offered a salary of 3500sr(1.3m) for the Saudi Arabia job. I will only visit my country once in a year, am not married and am 33, n pressure of marriage dey my neck.

Though accomodation and flight expenses will be catered for by the company but I don't know if it's really worth taking the move though I don't know the cost of living in saudi Arabia.... I don't know if you have a saudi Arabia experience.. please I need your inputs...

I am the 2nd born out of 2 children, my elder brother has been married for some time with no kids as a result I am super careful with issues relating to fertility.
I am in my late 30s and have been dating a 27 year old lady for 4 months now, the relationship moved so fast as she is a perfect match for me .
I have met her family and she has met mine, we are already planning marriage and have started counselling sessions in her church.

She complained of irregular periods so I told her to do a hormonal profile test and see a gynecologist, turns out she has got PCOS.

I have done my own fertility test and I am fine, I am at a cross road now, I cannot afford to struggle with child birth considering my age and also my only other sibling still also having issues with the wife also still trying to get pregnant after many years.

The only other option would have been to ask her to try for pregnancy before marriage but she is a virgin and wants to keep it that way till wedding, besides if I disvirgin her, how will I be able to walk away incase she doesn't get pregnant ?

I am at crossroads now, its not too late but walking away at this point will be very costly for me since we have already started plans towards the wedding and our families are already in touch.

My heart is heavy and I am confused, I need good advise as I cannot discuss this with anyone.

I traveled from Lagos to Port Harcourt to see my future in laws family. My girl wasn't around as she's still in Lagos schooling.

I went there with a family member and got them some items like shortcake biscuits and juice.

They offered us food and we ate. After the meeting and normal questioning, we were set to go when surprisingly, this people brought out two loaves of bread and gave us. I told them that the food we ate was enough, that we don't need the bread.

We haven't even gone far when my girl started texting me on WhatsApp angrily asking me why I rejected her mother's gift. That she gave it out of love, this and that.

I told her that bread is the wrongest gift the mother could give me. I am supposed to buy them bread and not the one way round. I intentionally refused to buy bread for them because I assumed bread is an everyday food that people buy and eat, so I decided to go with the package biscuits instead and here they are offering me bread.

If it were something produced locally by them like coconut or something, I can understand but bread?

Please, did I do anything wrong rejecting the bread?

I am from a family of three. I have two brothers. One older and the other younger than me so I'm the only girl in my family.

I grew up seeing my Mom mad.
By my teen age, I got admission into Nnamdi Azikiwe University alongside my elder brother who was to study Engineering. By the time I was in my finals, my brother was getting ready for IT. One day, his roommate sent for me, he said they couldn't sleep the night before because my brother was talking to himself. Before we knew what was happening, my brother was getting violent and so we took him home and he never got back to finish school.
I proceeded with my education and finished. Went for NYSC. While serving the nation, My Mom died. When I got home, she'd been buried.
But my brother was still mad.

I later got job, took my brother to a Psychiatric hospital and the doctor after examining him said he is Schizophrenic. He was asked to stay in the hospital.
I paid. He then stayed there for one month. When I came to visit him, he pleaded with me to take him home that he didn't like it there.

So I took him home. Every month, I buy drugs for him and he gets injected. He usually puts up a fight but with the help of my younger brother, neighbors and a certain nurse, he receives the injection, forcefully and against his will.
Often times, he pleads with me not to inject him, the very time I obliged him, he scattered things, didn't allow the neighborhood sleep, talked throughout some nights and wouldn't eat sometimes. He looked really sick then but with the injection, one will hardly know he's not normal.
I told him that I won't let him miss his injection ever again.

Now, on Monday, my younger brother woke up and was unusually quiet. He normally wakes up and begins to play music with his phone or he will turn to football channel and watch until I leave for work. But I didn't go to work on Monday and I noticed he was quiet, then I asked him why he's quiet. He didn't respond. After some hours, I asked my Dad if he feels he's okay, My Dad said that he wants to be quiet and that I should let him be.

Then, that night, around 4am, my brother began to talk. He was shouting and some of the things he said were not coherent. He talked out of point. I and my Dad, with my elder brother surrounded him and I couldn't help crying when my Dad was cautioning him to keep quiet and he refused.
Neighbours thought it was my elder brother's voice they'd heard that night but by the time they heard in the morning that it was my younger brother, they visited my Dad in the evening. By then, my brother was still talking and even burnt his clothes yesterday.
My Dad got a few guys to chain him because he was violent yesterday when I left the house.
I know the problem is spiritual. I have prayed, fasted for my elder brother and now this!
I'm so unhappy.

Can someone suggest a place I can take my two brothers to so they can be cured, please.
