Congratulations viking enjoy your little princess and GL with the breast feeding |
LadyGuinivere: Nne d MC na before d surgery. Haven't tried IVF yet cos I'm saving up to do IVF with PGD at ART. Dass a cool 2m. In n meantym I plan to do a combination of clomid and Gonal-F after bringin down d prolactin. My doctor had better get with d program. I have evtn now xcept d trigger(pregnl)I dont think you should spend money on IVF. Your problem IS NOT getting pregnant, your issue is once you get pregnant you have miscarriages and that is where you should spend the money. You need to speak to a DR and see why you are having this miscarriage is it because of hormone imbalance perhapes your pregesterone levels are low. If you do IVF you may certainly get pregnant but will you be able to keep the pregnancy without finding out the reasons why you miscarry? You need to ask yourself this question. Also what weeks are you having this miscarriage is it befor 13 weeks or after this is also important because it can let you know what the problem is and give valuable insight. My sister IVF is not the best way to go for you. |
Chuksab: my marriage is 4 yrs, i have done all the test and they are okay, expect my hormonal profile which is not balanced.Prolactin levels should not be high if you are ttc, when you are lactating these levels are usually elevated and that is one reason why your period stops during breastfeeding. There are medications that can bring the levels down. Also fsh and lh levels differ depending on the cycle day the test was taken, so bear that in mind. |
@dominique OMG my jaw dropped when i read this about turning the babies i even recommend it on this thread, but i will not anymore my g-d that is aweful torture to endure. As for me im @ 35 weeks ooo another 3 weeks till my csection that i am proudly getting as i have no choice in the matter. I know csection is somewhat taboo in the culture but my goodness for the fact that you can conceive and have a life grow and flourish within you I think thats good enough. I got my bag packed, gonna do some waxing and i should be all set, my sis is taking time off work to help me out once LO arrives. |
No it does not |
@ op i appreciate you wanting to spead awearness but the truth of the matter is that many kids are misdiagnoised. So careful with your work dont be too quick to judge such diagnosis have such profound effects on families. |
GL CC hope you sell out fast fast |
NO |
Gwekzy: N dis made front page? Nairaland don spoil finishthats what im saying |

Vikin: There will always be fighting going on here, lots of weirdos in here...some like putting up their frustrations in here, that's the only place they can do it! Offline, you go fear face na!WSS |
safe06: I visited orphanges frequently a few years ago as i was confident that i was fed up with the TTC and just wanted a child, so i decided to adopt. I enjoyed the visits so much often bought the kids candy and some money for the staff, it made me feel better. Just as i was about to start the paperwork i fell pregnant with my son, he's now 2 1/2 and expecting my second and last next month. I still will not give up on adoption I think its wonderful and perhapes in a few years I may go through and adopt a child. |
@ op where are you located? I grew up dressing up for valenitines day and giving out cards to my class and teacher, also dressed up for st. patricks day, did easter egg hunts etc. So too me its normal. |
@OP wow this is a really difficult life situation. But their is no wrong or right answer here as both parents heart is being torn to pieces. They both need to come together and make a collaborative decision. One that will not adversly affect their marriage once the child is gone. They need to sit down and discuss it as parents. If the husband refuse and the child dies in the hospice the wife may blame him for depriving her time with her child. On the flip side the husband may blame the wife for keeping the child in the home and he having to see his child suffer. They both need too come together and figure out what is best for their family. May g-d comfort them in their time of need. |
If that was only possible the personalities are to vast we got everything on here from the metally insane to educated individuals we do offer constructive advice. I post on a lot of forums and I must say NL has the lowest level of so called adults demonstrating a level of maturity. Even when good advice is given some fool comes in to start something. |
happy bday |
@Rich, how are you doing hun? |
ifyalways: There is NO such thing as a perfect marriage but there are horrible marriages,on and off line,IMO.WSS |
congrats Uyo |
thank g-d |
@25 the only "clogged up mind" is your's.
You haven't seen anything yet. Keep cheering them feminist on. The next step these heartless monterous vipers will take is bring a man live to your bedroom right in your presence. So much for feminine liberation...
the above is not even worthy of a response. You can join the OP's senseless pity party, its because they chased you off the other thread you decided to come on this one to start something? |
Ilekokonit: At least if we are wrong, ALL your brothers and/or male cousins can't all be wrong in wanting the same things in a "prospective" wifeWell OP looks to me like you want someone you can control and play around like a ball, someone that harkens to your every beckon call. Well you should marry a Nigerian lady and keep her in Nigeria ooo, dont let her come to the developed world so she learns about women rights and empowerment Im afraid that will foil your plans for the puppet aka wife you want to keep in your home. You ever heard the saying, When in Rome you do like the Romans. |
@OP you have shared a lot of your life experience especially with this man on NL, so if you feel that he is not genuine and you simply dont want to walk that road again with him then keep walking solo, you madeit this long and this far without him. GL |
