naughty and very mischevious, his little sister is due any day now wondering how he is gonna adjust to the changes and him not being the center of attention anymore

well i am still waiting ooo i have my csection scheduled for early next week, so wont be too much longer by his grace.

What is my offence?if am going to have another miscarriage,that is the third one in 1year,pple and friends and even the whole world will laugh at me!My sister,naim I turn born again over night o,I gave my baby a name sharply,I started praying now and then,begging God to keep this one viable and give it heartbeat and life,infact it took me a whole courage to go see my gynae and complain to him that I no longer have preg symptoms,I can now cook without having odour issues,no more nausea,saliva,tiredness and sour boobs!his reply was God forbid",I am tired of doing evacuation on you,it will not happen this time around.He immediately sent me off for a scan!I got there with my hubby,come see me dey form good girl,I was virtually allowing people dat came after me to go in and have their scan,I was so nervous dat I did not want to go in.There and there I started feeling uneasy and na there vomitting start again.I went in,lay on the scanning bed,the normal,pull down a little and dear,the sonographer smiled and said something like"your pregnancy is doing fine"you are now 9weeks 3days gone and here is d heartbeat of your baby.he also went ahead to say,tell your husband u promised me a baby come oct 14th cos dats ur EDD,hmmmm,I no fit cry,I no fit laugh,I asked him to show me the pregnancy again and the heart beat n he pointed with his fingers on the screen,n I actually saw it shaking,and he said something like its 133 bpm I think beat per minute!I came down from the bed,said a little prayer and told God,I am most greatful this year!My sister,uptil this moment as I type,I don't have any pregnancy symptoms o,I'm about 10weeks gone now,no headache don worry me,I on all sort of drugs I call them life support ,duphaston,cyclogest,baby aspirin,vitamin C,folic acid and d rest and I was told to be on them till 15weeks!My story is long shey,but this is d edited version sef!in summary to all these long grammar,I just want to say...Have faith and trust in God,talk to him,tell him to have mercy on u,speak to your pregnancy,and note that all pregnancies are not the same,above all gather liver,go for a scan and u will see dat everything is fine!I'm with u in prayers too.

thank you for sharing this story, I also took cyclogest till i was 30 weeks it helps the baby to grow and mature well and avoid any bad things happening . Since i been taking it with my pregnancies i never had a loss again.
@Audrey marygold is correct some women dont have much cymptoms and they come and go so dont worry, for me i had no symtoms except being very tierd all the time, please tyr not to worry to much.

Well i would say go see a doctor and have a scan done if possible have them take a look at your cervix and possibly measure it, if they can.

30 weeks 6 days today, praise God! I really can't believe God's grace,,,,,,just like yesterday, i was counting 2 weeks and now am already going on 31,,praise God.

My LO is a girl and head-up,,,do i have to worry about that as all this talk about turning and not turning is trying to get at me and me i no get time for fear fear levels at all,,,,,,

Well until recently i was for turning but since dominique shared her expereince, i cannot support it any further it seems to be too dangerous and life threatening. I would say dont try it baby might still turn on their own thats possible, but prepare for a csection if need be. Im having my section in 2 weeks and their is nothing wrong in delivering your children this way, better safe than sorry.

Your sister is in a bad situation. SHe does not have any income and pretty much no where to go. No support for domestic violence in Nigeria even makes the matter more difficult. Your sister needs help mostly financial to get her out of this situation. Can your brothers overseas help to get her a small place for her and the kids? Once she leaves does she have education or any skills that she will be able to gain employment with? I think your sister should leave and not stay but she should set herself up so once she leaves teh lure or appeal of going back to her abuser because of finances does not pull her back into the abusive enviornemnet. You seem to be cairing enough to have written this post try to help her the best you can so she can leave the situation asap. GL

dominique: ^^^ hmm. I'm hearing that for the first time o. I didn't eat much liver during my pregnancies cos I don't care much for it. Ugwu with evaporated milk is very good for increasing blood count tho can be quite fattening.

zenoj: To increase ur blood level,u can juice clean ugwu leaves n drink a tall glass per day with food.Also,eat more of liver n efo riro(shoko vegs).Those work like magic. Go has blessed us with abundance of these things.

if pregnant avoid liver its not safe to eat during pregnancy, it can harm the baby

tell your freind to forget about the vengence and move on with the guy that wants to marry her and leave the married man alone.

well according to her scan she is overdue but its ok to be up to 2 weeks over due. So she can go to the DR and see what the course of action is too get baby out.

well since you are in the USA then you should go see a specialist an endocriniologist cause they will want to do other test they'll test your prolactin levels and depending on the numbers they may do other test to rule out any other complications. I had high prolactin levels prior to having my first child and had to see one of those dr and they ran so many test on me to make sure all was well and it was. I am not sure if your regular gp can percribe those medications to you but the names are either Bromegan or parodel.

Its been a long time indeed, Im back in my homeland Canada, preparing for the birth of my LO in the next 3 weeks, will return to Nigeria in a few more months. Last time you where in PH, i hope you still there when we get back i can invite your family to the party will have for the kids!!!

@P The only issue with this prolonged lactation is that you may find it difficult to get pregnant again. If you are trying to get pregnant their are medications you can take to stop the lactation i beleive in Nigeria its called Bromegan. I stopped lactating almost 1 year after i stopped breastfeeding once the milk dried up i got pregnant the very next month.

There are also cheaper options such as iui and with the help of fertility medications its effective. Another option ovulation meds with trigger hcg shots. Dont feel sad you have options that can work. GL

I am also patiently waiting myself oooo, and to be honest i have teh patience after my son was born so early my sister ill wait oooo. going on 36 weeks this week by his Grace. I was talking to my Dr. and we where saying how different pregnancies can be, look at me for example with my son i developed pre eclamsia (severe), gestational diabetes and incompetent cervix all @ 19 weeks, with this pregnancy my sugars where a bit high but came down, no preeclamsia and my TAC cerclage is holding strong. I tell you g-d is wonderful. When LO arrives i will share my full testimony.
