@ op i have followed your IVF thread and have commented a few times on it. Was really hoping your bundle of joy would come soonest. Like db said take your time. Life will move on and all will be well in time. Take care ((hugs)) |
thank g-d they arrived safely |
Jessygrt: Pls I need ur advice. Had unprotected sex with my fiance on d 7 nd I saw my last period on d 10. Even though he used withdrawal method. What are d chances of me getting pregnantIf you saw your period then you are not prgnant |
MSTIA: @Agiboma, he is yet to recommend any drug, he requested to see my temp chart, before he could take a decision, which I will take to him by tomorrow. Hope you are doing fine with you LO.We are all doing well. Thank g-d, Baby dust to all |
MSTIA: Hello fruitful ladies, Sure everyone is doing great. went to pick up my result from the test on Progesterone level, and HCG (pregnancy hormone). So glad your dr. did this test for you Mystia has he placed you on pregesterone suppositories. I you start taking them like 7 days past OV and you can continue to take them until pregnancy is confirmed and also till the end of first trimester. For me i am on progesterone until i hit 37 weeks, for many reasona as it helps to prevent preterm birth in secound and third trimester. GL your bfp is on the way. |
^^^^ congrats on the birth of your son and what an ordeal and birth story, make sure you treat her well ooo daddy, this woman deserves it ooo. Also has she done a check for any infection due to the pad being left their for a prolonged period of time, just to make sure of no further problems. Enjoy your new gift from g-d. |
I think it should be a collaborative decision and the woman should not take it upon herself to make it on her own. A pregnancy and child that both couples want is precious and special in its own way. The hubby can become resentful of the pregnancy. On the flip side the wife may start to resent him also for not allowing her to have another baby. They both need to talk it over and come to a decison that is best for their family. A decision that both parties will be satisfied and happy with. |
Congrats on their triple blessing |
strita: He has done it for me! I delivered my beautiful baby girl on monday 11.25pm. Am so blessed my sisters coos only God know what might have happened. Went to work dat monday but I have been palpitations and headaches over the weekend so I decided to visit the hospital dat monday. On getting there around 3pm met my Dr on his way home but hubby pleaded with him to attend to me. My Bp was checked 153/104mmhg and my urine protein ws +++ since last week wch I wasn't even aware of. I was admitted straight for induction. My baby was 37wks+4days. Induced by 4.20pm, labour started by 9pm and I delivered by 11.pmYour hospital and DR where right on the ball i love this story. Thanks for sharing it with us. |

cougar what you trying to say |
@ Op go and talk to your husband and forget about family section of nairaland, most of the posters here dont have god intentions for your family. |
@ blank i think that is the best thing to do. Safe delivery, do come back and tel us the birth story we love to hear those. ![]() |
They are just acting childish because i called them immature in the family section see behaviour they have brought over to the health section. Anyways I dont know the medical name of the procedure, but i do know once you get this type of cut you cannot give birth naturally ever. Its in the shape of an upside down letter "T". If i where you blank i would go back to the original DR that did your section and ask him if its safe to give birth naturally. Also how old is your baby. Is her under 18 months, because irregardless of teh csection you should not give birth naturally if you have a child 18 months or younger @ home. Take care and safe delivery. |
@ blank i have been looking for the name of the csection but i cant seem to find it on the internet. All i know is that my womb was cut 2 times in teh shape of an upside down letter "T" and my doctor WARNED me seriously never to go into labour again as i run teh risk of rupture, and bleeding out. Listen if your prior DR. warned about this you need to follow up and also how old is your son. Is he over 18 months minimum cause you should not try a VBAC if you got a child below 18 months no matter what cut you had with your section its simply to dangerous. Can you contact your old DR? Even for future pregnancies you need to know this unformation. Good luck and safe delivery. |
hmmm i dont like the sounds of this @ all |
@ Op your post is very vauge not much info. provided perhapes if you elaborate then we can assist further. Or better yet talk to hubby, when you are both in a good mood talk to him one on one, heart to heart. |
Yesss oooo, definetly on the way ooo ![]() |
debrief08: Congrats Madam, May God prosper your business, May your Balance sheet always be +, journey mercies as you go to see your parents. Enjoy your well deserved Holiday.@db thanks very much its not really a holiday as per say im going back for medical treatment and other things really. Hubby will come in December to see us as i wont be able to fly then. ![]() |
Tgirl4real: And who asked you madam ?Walks in, looks around decided to take the high road and not comment further, leaves the room. |
debrief08: Agi Love, how have you been? I have really missed you. How is your son? Please give him a kiss for medb we are wonderful, been busy with my clinic i opened a few months ago, i must say the support and turn out has been great. Im getting ready to return to Canada for a bit, i really miss my folks and they equally want to see me and LO. How are you and the baby doing? |
Guitarlife: It give's me great delight to realise that the war to salvage the family section from the infamous grip of a few disgruntled souls who think it their divine mandate to unleash sorrow never ending on all Families albeit peaceful but with a few expected hiccups.Talking sense in the family section is pointless. You will soon see all the reasons why. You are writting and responding to children. Dont even look to the moderators to provide any useful insight either they are even worse than the regular posters. I spend my time these days on other forumns where you know the person writting the message has a degree of maturity. |
I dont mean to be rude but this post had me laughing, although the story is far from funny. Well i hope someone comes to help or the hubby decides to be a man and come back and look after his responsibilities. |
^^^^ what she said vbac is very common if the birth of the last child is at least 18 months, most dr prefer it to be 2 years to be safe. One thing you also have to keep in mind is the type of csection you had. With my csection i have 2 cuts in the shape of an upside down letter "t" so i have been told i can never deliver vaginally, but this cut is an exception and not usually done, if you had this cut your dr would have told you so you know how to preceed in future prgnancies. For me with this pregnancy i will have a planned csection @ 37 weeks . |
@ pink 22 where can i buy baby aspirin in this Nigeria its suppose to help keep the bp down |
