Monnify Fraud aiding agents.. Beware of them.. They never reply when it comes to fraud matters |
- Hidden charges - High charges |
Small quarrel with Rivers State seizing Kidney Island, them sell off all their land assets. Other assets lined up to go Nigerian companies would soon operate alone in this sector, let us hope they all do well, create jobs and develop the economy before value of oil runs out globally |
Deban:FG - close the air space in Rivers State, shut down Omagwa and NAF base permanently Work to end Oil production just like Ogoni, move the Oil to Offshore Operations.. we all know the oil price would soon teach us all sense over a few years time.. Leaders refuse to be wise about leadership stigma.. detaining Pilots etc.. there is due process. if it is followed, the right thing can always be done and taken up properly.. behaving like a military leader is not best practice... In other news... Social Distancing has been suspended for religious gathering this weekend.. "Comedy State".. well. No Commander in Chief.. I miss Obasanjo.. World Class Leader.. |
...time to look at other countries to visit and other countries to buy things from.. |
A reason to not use POS, back to paying on cash especially where POS can be avoided |
Any one have an idea the right price for 2009 Toyota Highlander 2009 Honda CRV Both Nigerian used in good working condition |
Can you explain the pros and cons of screeding? The different types of - cement with top gum, other options, priming etc? |
Clear reason not to have an office in that region, just not worth it, in fact I bet the companies to start looking for countries to move their investment to. To continue to invest in this climate is just a foolish decision, at least till the Federal Govt and the region sort their problems..... Local companies would take over from the international firms.... Una never see pollution .....short cut Naija way by firms would be crazy FG owns 55% of all Joint ventures, who has really failed? Who are you then threatening? Venezuela is a model to look out if we want to see chaos..God dey |
abdulwastecx:Can u estimate how much surface area is saved with this slant roof over the pitched roof in Sqm? |
What does this dish been used look like ? And the LnB? |
Not true, IOC have their scenario planned, and exit is not impossible if not now, Ask Warri people, how Shell pulled out of there. To be honest, a region as unpredictable as this is a hazard, irrespective of the reserves or volumes produced There gets a level where the trouble is not worth it, even if millions if barrel are produced, always better for any firm to operate in a sane business climate where things work. IOC operate Joint Ventures where NNPC holds 55%, so who really had failed the region... The time would soon come when the oil would be worthless and the region would have labeled themselves conflict ridden... Then we would see the real pains..... |
... bomb the lines ....pollute the environment ....import a nuclear bomb and place on the pipeline, your message would be better passed |
Is sabotage the way to go? |
Make someone no sell mini nuclear bomb to NDA... It would do more than blow a pipeline.... The hardship from the leaks into the environment are far worse on the indigenes.... This tit for tat won't help anyone on the long run FG should carry their production to offshore and leave the land areas to the people |
See what our past leaders have caused us and how low our country has become, where "Dodgy Dave" Prime Minster of the country which houses the "Money laundering Capital of the world" has now assigned himself the responsibility to identify and label corrupt nations. Well, the "fantastically hypocritical society" who stash loot in Panama, hide and prevent return of stolen loot, and join the Church and homosexuality in one".. what was I really expecting from the PM?.... after all their hypocrisy is part of the reason for the mess in Libya, Iraq etc.. "fantastic liars" |
sirvic01:maybe because their prices are not cheap? I wish someone had a table that showed all the shippers and their rates including terms and conditions |
Anyone heard of a house design for a 5 bedroom duplex that can be easily converted to two units of 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom? Possibly by addition of a wall etc |
If I was the investor, Lagos would also be the wise choice, too much uncertainty in the other options of location ....a dry dock would also serve vessels that ship goods into the ports....my thots |
People.. Vote who you prefer... Words in this thread are personal opinions... We are meant to disagree... That is why we have personal opinions !! |
jmaine:I used Spectranet in Lagos a few days ago.. and it was very good . far better than my etisalat. Naira for GB Spectranet is the best Smile is worth a try with the feedback from users, but their bundle prices are not attractive at all ! |
Anyone on Smile network ? How is there speed? They are about launching in Port Harcourt and would be a good option to consider for frequent traveler between Lagos and Port Harcourt Their bundles are not competitive compared to Swift and Spectranet though !!! |
Any one know the cost for 2013 Honda Accord key cutting and programming? |

As asked, 2) How do we prevent the growth of agae on the stones? This question is a current big problem of a lot of jobs seen. eyoniggar: We never planned for her to have the baby there, she was going to spend 3 or 4 weeks as usual strictly for shopping. But we decided in the 2nd week that she could just stay over and have the baby there. Now as for the bills, we called the hospital where she was gonna give birth and we made inquries regarding what the bills were like, and we were told that its gonna cost us $8,000, but since shes a foreign patient, she's eligible to 52% off of the total amount, with the bill being calculated to $4,000 plus, I knew I could afford it. Not until after birth, I saw what was an estimated clinic bills: 6k, and hospital bill $16kplus. This although was due to the fact that she had to be attended to specially due to some minor complications during labor. ayinba1: Whatever you set out to do, write and save all correspondence. If you tell the hospital to return the money to medicaid, write a letter, send it with registered mail. Save receipts or any payments that you make. The only story the embassy likes to hear is self pay with evidence, any other story draws plenty questions and a possible denial. One wrong thing people do is use medical aid meant for resident Americans, a friend paid the price for this and was denied renewal. Moral of story - full self pay if you want to deliver in USA Gives you best chance of renewal, but doesn't even guarantee renewal (depending if you lied about other issues at application stage) |
brabus: The choice of casement or sliding windows is a matter of taste and function. In situations of need to open windows (PHCN failure etc), sliding windows only open half (one side) and that limits air flow |
brabus: ^^^ My Big Bros!!!Good analysis !!!! In the spirit of this, could you kindly help compare and contrast - Sliding Windows vs Casement Window. Merits and Demerits. Regards |
brabus: Government Land in the hands of land speculators. Most of the owners are civil servants who cannot afford the construction cost within that area.Yeah, you are quite right, they are awaiting the price to go up before selling. This is the reason government schemes never reach the masses.Hope the LASG would reform the allocation process for their schemes, and possibly start to modify/invoke the CofO clause which prescribes you must develop within 2years of allocation. Pianful as it may sound, it benefits the generality of people more than the few at Alausa. I don't see why Lekki phase 2 shouldn't have been fully occupied by now. |
