Your comment is very inappropriate. She is a kid, please!

She was finer as a toddler.
There's this look of suffering on her face now.

I'd pick Anna Banner's kid over this one any day.
If I were their dad, I'd probably disown this one. Now I see Wizkid's problem with Boluwatife.

Happy birthday Gabrielle.

EducationRe: Nearly First Class: What Class Of Degree Is This? by aikyg(m): 7:08am On Oct 19, 2019
It means the school did not give him the first class, even though his cumulative GPA was within the first class range. Most Nigerian schools give you first class based on what they term "Character and Learning". Maybe the university felt that from his character, he would not be able to represent the school properly as a first class material.

pocohantas:
Some time ago I was having a talk with some friends and the state of Nigeria's educational system came up- then talk of degrees.

One person among us said he graduated with NEARLY FIRST CLASS. I was wondering what class of degree is that. He isn't the first person I would see say such, as I just saw a post like that on NL.

Is it regret or pride? I don't get it,
You are either First class or a Second Class Upper. Deal with it... grin

Jobs/VacanciesRe: What Is The Difference Between Curriculum Vitae And Resume? by aikyg(m):
A résumé or resume is a document used and created by a person to present their background, skills, and accomplishments. A typical résumé contains a "summary" of relevant job experience and education.

In the UK and in other European countries, the curriculum vitae (CV) is the same as a normal résumé (i.e. a short summary version of one's education and experience).

In the United States the curriculum vitae (CV) is a longer and more detailed version of one's education and experience (résumé). The "detailed CV" is mostly required in academic circles.

Hope this makes it clearer for you.

I want to end it all and take a lifetime rest

I don't want to kill myself, yet, i want to die.

I don't want money or wordly things, i just want to be free from Scoliosis that has consumed my life into depression.

Is this the endhuh
No it's not the end for you. Scoliosis can easily be treated with non-invasive surgical techniques. A lot of hospitals around the world offer such treatments; especially in the united states. Do not give up. Here's what you can do:

1) Search the internet for hospitals that offer surgical treatment for Scoliosis. A good number of these hospitals are in America.
2) Contact them by sending them an email of calling them.
3) Have an X-Ray of your spine or the area affected by the Scoliosis.
4) Have a scanned copy of your medical report if you have any.
5) Send this information to the hospital whenever they ask for it.
6) Find out the cost of treatment.
7) Create a gofundme.com account and open a bank account with a Nigerian bank.
cool Publicise your fundraising through social media (Twitter, facebook, instagram and whatsapp).
9) When you get your money, travel for your treatment.
10) Remember to work with a medical doctor here to help prepare your medical record before you for your surgery.

Goodluck!

AutosRe: Why You Should Not Buy A Car In Cotonou by aikyg(m): 8:23am On May 27, 2019
The only truth in this post is number; "1. It is illegal. If vehicle is intercepted while crossing it can be seized permanently by the Govt." All the other reasons are totally untrue. I bought my car in cotonou. The white man that was selling the car showed me the car. Itest drove the car for about ten minutes inside the field where they sell the cars. When I was satisfied with the car and the mechanic confirmed that the car was okay, I made a deposit of ten thousand naira. With the deposit, the seller gave me a receipt and a commitment that the car will not be sold to anyone else, even if they offer more than what I had agreed to pay. I then went to the border and withdrew the rest of the money which was about one million plus. After my payment, I went home and my car was brought to my house in about a week.

I've had the car for six years and I have no regrets buying from Cotonou. The only thing that was missing in my car was the jack and the sellermade a note letting me know that there wa sno jack in the vehicle. Every other thing was intact. My friends who bought their from Nigeria regretted.

On number masking. I know number masking is legal in America. All you have to do is make sure that the number you are masking belongs to you. Maybe the number masking law in Nigeria is different. I hope they can find a common ground on this.

You are having a side effect from many years of porn and masturbation. You can still get back to normal. Stop masturbation and porn immediately. It may be very difficult at first, but with time you'll build up the will power to kick the bad habit. Some people recover after about fifty days of no porn and masturbation. Others take about a hundred days. Just try this and in a moth or two you organ will start responding when you are with your girl. Good luck!
RomanceRe: I Don’t Love Her by aikyg(m): 6:15am On Dec 28, 2017
You are lucky to find a woman who loves and respects you. Do not lose her. I repeat, do not lose her. Most men never get to find a woman who values them. Love is an expression and not a feeling. If she is good enough for sex, then she should be good enough for marriage.
jaykorbs:
Hi nairalanders, this is my story, don’t judge me, just advice me on a way out, there is this lady I asked out towards the end of 2016, I will be frank with you, my sole aim back then was to hook up with her and for us to enjoy sex together, basically, I was just after sex. I know nothing about the lady.

She was teaching in one primary school in my area at that point in time, I said a lot of shit back then just to get her to say yes, as I got to know her, I found out she had lost both parent at a tender age and so many other things, she has really passed through a lot, herself and her junior sister.

As time goes on, the relationship gained an exponential momentum and before I could realize what was going on, my family and friends dan sabi her, calling her my wife, let me add that she is 19 and I am 24 (just wrote my last undergraduate exam a
couple of months ago, while she is currently working at one food canteen).

Over the course of 2017, I have picked up a lot of manly lessons and have decided to set my life in order in the coming year, yes, I have dropped a lot of boyish attitude and selfish characters, I can confidently call myself a changed individual, although a lot of improvement still have to be made.

As I mentioned earlier, I have decided to set my life in order this coming year, with her being part of it, the truth is, I don’t love her, but to my understanding, she really loves me, I am currently still in this relationship because I am afraid of making her sad, I am in this relationship at the moment because of pity, she will be devasted when I break up with her, my friends are telling me not to go ahead with it, that I am about to make a big mistake if I call off the relationship, I just know I don’t love her, I very much like her, but the love to consider her for marriage ain’t there. She is beside me as I type this, I seriously need help on how to call of this relationship without breaking her spirit because she is a fighter.

Chidinma is the correct spelling

Beauty or good is spelt as "nma"
While an old woman or mother is spelt as "mma"

Chidinma means God is good.
There is nothing like "nma" in Igbo. On the other hand, "mma" means a lot of things depending on how it is pronounced.
Mma = Knife
Mma = Cutlass
Mma = Good
Mma = Beauty

Chidimma= God Is Good
Chi = God
Di = Is
Mma = Good

The call goes to a human agent. There is a routing algorithm built right into the system. It helps push the call to a human agent with the appropriate skills to attend to the caller.

This is not the first time. iOSignal deployed something far advanced for Swift Networks over a year ago. The one that iOsignal deployed is not even a callback but a realtime voice communication endpoint. This means you get connected and can talk to a representative instantly. This system can be integrated to work with any call centre solution or PBX system. You can even use a demo at freecall.iosignal.com.

Mike Torey: September 1994 22 August 1996
Sule Ahman: August 1996 August 1998

The military appointed non-indigenes as military governors in almost all the states. Also the so called projects could be federal govt projects in the states and the FG would have signed for the loans.

Oga, you are married already ooo. At this point, you either settle your domestic problem like a man or you start talking to your lawyer about the possibility of getting a divorce. However, that's probably not gonna be an easy journey. Asking a court to dissolve your marriage over a minor disagreement with your wife and her family could be almost impossible.

LiteratureRe: My Take On Chimamanda "Half Of A Yellow Sun" Does Anyone Feel The Same Way To? by aikyg(m):
oyalunasamuel:
I hate reading fiction novels because most times the writer toil with the emotions of the reader with suspense, tragedy and grey endings. So my friends got my a Book by Chimamanda, Half of a Yellow sun. Of course before now, i have read several books on the rise and fall of the Biafran State, my favourite was Chinua Achebe "There was a country". For some reasons however, i avoided Half Of A Yellow Sun. until i got it as a gift and I could not close the book until i finished reading it
The author was very cruel, i asked myself if she ever took it into consideration that its humans with emotions who read the book and not robots. Of course i totally understand the tragedy of war stories but this is different.
In the book I shed tears when Kainene brought the news that Ugwu had died. It was much easier for me to deal with it -after all its one of many war sad tragedy tales- until i read the part that he survived and i felt thankful. Other characters that died like Eberechi, Okeoma felt normal to me even if i felt sad what made me really upset was how the book ended without writing what exactly happened to Kainene. I felt she was mean and not fair, at least the novel was filled with so many tragedy, an happy ending would not have been a bad idea or even if Kainene had die everyone would know exactly how the story ended and mourn her death or something. The pictures were so vivid that certain characters remained constant to me and Kainene was just like Olanna, Odenigbo, Richard and Ugwu. I think proper sending has to be written at least to satisfy my curiosity of what ever may have happened to Kainene.
Am aware lots of people got missing during the war in correlation with the vivid picture Chimamanda painted but why Kainene?
Anyway, This is such an evocative and poetic novel. The language, the story, the characters, the setting—this is nearly a perfect novel. I was truly engaged and greatly informed.
The Biafra story was a tragedy. There was no happy endings for us Igbos in the Biafra story. The tragedy was real to us. My uncle, a student of university of London lost his life during the way. The Nigerian soldiers hunted my father for months after the war was over. They wanted to kill him even after the war. They arrested one of my father's friends and buried him alive and only changed their mind for some strange reason.
My mother was a nurse in the Biafran army. She was always at the war front treating soldiers some of whom were little kids of 12-15. Some were so scared of the artillery that they shot themselves as a way of being taken off the way zone. She told stories of how they cried while treating brave biafran soldiers who literally fighting with their bare hands.
I know the northerners will also have stories of their own losses during the war. We heard stories of how a whole battalion of the Nigerian army would walk into a biafran ambush and would all die from the impact of the Biafran Ogbunigwe.
The story of the Biafra war is a very sad one for us. I know a lot of people have lots and lots of stories like mine. Chimamanda told her own story in the book.

Obama destroyed the democratic party with his utopian ideas and was humiliated thoroughly by Trump while he was trying to install a successor. Please get your facts right!
CelebritiesRe: BBNAIJA: ”let’s Put The Kemen Issue To Rest”- Tboss Tells Fans by aikyg(m): 3:20am On Apr 18, 2017
It is sexual assault. Tboss was sleeping in her bed and kemen sneaked into her bed while she was sleeping and started touching her and was even inserting his fingers into her vagina. If that is not rape to you, I dont know what is.
Chiefpriest1:
I am sorry o. But till now, nobody has been able to tell me what Kemen did wrong. Somebody should lecture me please!

Kemen made a move on Tboss. Tboss gave him the body language that ' I don't want".

Kemen jejely left Tboss. So, what exactly is the problem?

Did he force himself on the lady after she resisted? No! That's a gentlemen right there!

These are things that happen everyday. But I understand everyone on social media in Nigeria is a saint, of course until their own is exposed.

So, if you hook up with a girl in your house, hers or in a hotel. You make a move. She says no. You leave her alone. You are labelled a rapist.

Maybe there's something I am not getting. In real life, do guys write long letters to girls if they want to have sex?

Or do girls announce on AIT that they want a guy right in their bed? These things are done with ' body language'
