Still doesn't justify the brutal murder of those soldiers, none fierce face to face gun battle and you butchered 22 soldiers like that and you expect peace? Don't lie to yourself bro. No matter what the circumstances might have been, as long as those soldiers didn't open fire face to face with you, there wasn't a point to massacre them like that. If You were a soldier, would you congratulate the villagers? I'm not in support of soldiers going to kill innocent villagers but we already it would be inevitable.

I'm not even holding forth for the villagers (even though they are fraternal folks). That village is a hack water on the banks of the Forcados. I'm still not clear what the Lt. Col was doing that deep in the creeks. He could have spoken to the Chairman of Ughelli South and have the youth Chairman of Okuama appear at Otu-ughievwen. Something doesn't feel right with a Lt. Col falling so easily inside the creeks.

Lt Colonel wey no respect hin rank go collect. Why the f*ck is a Lt Colonel entering the creeks. Lt COL from far north o. He should have summoned the Chairman of Okuama following known channels and he would have appeared at 181 Battalion Barracks in Effurun. Army on "peace keeping mission" where war no dey? Have you done your research on what female circumcision actually entails and not rely on the stories painted on the media?

All the people in this thread supporting the community all need a Mental checkup

You have no knowledge of the history of the fight going on there. People dressed in military fatigues have been terrorising the Urhobo communities on the river Forcados. And they definitely haven't been NA personnel. The Okuoma community did not attack these soldiers knowing they were real soldiers. They manner of the attack clearly suggest they believe they were Ijaw militia impersonating NA. My village is also on the bank of the Forcados with my grandfather's compound less than 200m from the river. Ijaw no dey let riverine Urhobo rest since Tompolo get FG backing. This attack was supposed to be an ambush of Ijaw militia. It's sad that it was real NA and not the impersonating militia

have u ever heard of a place in northern nigeria where 16 soldiers killed in a day?

What "peace keeping" operations are soldiers carrying out inside Nigeria? Do you know how the Okuama people have been terrorised by the Ijaw using Tompolo boys dressed in military fatigues? The Okuama boys attacked and dismembered the soldiers believing they were the regular Tompolo boys who wear military fatigues to come terrorise them

Believe this statement at your own peril.

That part of their statement is the most useless piece of write up. Person don dey "verify" NIN without their knowledge and they say there was "no data breach"? If that wasn't a data breach then I want to know their definition of a breach.

Bn a tech worker does not overrule one from still in fraudulent. We have many politicians with give resources in fraudulent. You heard of Binance? You know what happened. Having a good job does not stop a fraudulent person from doing that.

So that excuse holds no water rather or makes u more of a culprit. Tech workers are the ones hacking into other ppl's apps to modify it without the consent of the owner.

Lol! You waffle too much. You talk about buying your Microsoft licenses for cheap. Provide links to them so I can buy and you are waffling. I use Linux with LibreOffice. Exclusively open source solutions. So unlike you, I don't to steal software by buying "cheap" licenses. I build mine

You're trying so hard to defend your crime.

For all you mentioned, I don't download pirated music or movies. I can only download from genuine sites that can offer the product on free when I may be able to access the paid ones.

For the Microsoft suite, you can still get the free software from their site.
Seems your life is channeled towards illegal stuffs.

Lol! I'm a tech worker and can put together whatever I want from open source offerings. Absolutely have no need to use Microsoft products. Can you tell me where Microsoft gives free licenses for their products? And how you got it from them?

There's no good reason to defend committing crime.

The legal app is there and you choose to patronize the illegal one. Your are just s criminal just like the people that cloned the app.

Have you ever downloaded a pirated movie? Music? software? Windows for your laptop is it licensed? How about the Microsoft Office suite on it? Licensed? You paid for it? If no, are you aware its a crime?

You people would be drawing up stupid comparisons. You're comparing an official automotive brand that is operating based on official partnership with an unofficial and illegal app?

You are very stupid and have no one to tell you. The person I quoted said:

" As well they should.

It's criminal to piggyback on another person's swear and ingenuity.

Whoever thinks they can build a better WhatsApp should do it and make bank rather than modifying another person's app.
"

Isn't Brabus "piggybacking" on the Mercedes sweat and ingenuity? Is that criminal?

Doesn't Brabus think they can build a better Mercedes? Aren't they doing it an making bank while modifying a Mercedes Benz? Or does having a formal agreement take away the fact that a Brabus is a modified Benz? You dunderhead

I get your point. Before you installed WhatsApp, you must have agreed to the Terms & Conditions Therein. Thus, if you observe anything that contravenes that, you can sue them if are in a supportive jurisdiction.

Keywords being "if you observe". No wahala. Let's see how the dance with the unofficial apps go

Atimes you mistakenly send some chats that are not meant for them, you immediately delete when you realise the error. Unfortunately, GB users will still see it. Same applies to statuses

Okay, I get that. My "grouse" with your original comment was when you said they "...crossed the line of respecting other people's privacy"

WhatsApp, Google and Facebook regularly trample on those lines. So wanted to "tackle" you if you were happy to have big corporations trample on your privacy but we're taking offence on a small nobody doing the same.

For their ability to see deleted messages and statuses, there was a time when we couldn't even delete or edit WhatsApp messages. So I just take it like those users are still in those periods
