Seun now has programmers working for him. Years ago in the programming section, he advertised for job slots or maybe they've now been sacked grin
Politics › Re: 12 Reasons Nigeria's Agric Revolution Is Real Under President Buhari. Sept 2020 by Ajibel(m): 6:34am On Sep 23, 2020
The agricultural revolution is commendable but the most important thing is that we should (12 months or less from now) begin to see a reduction in the prices of some food items in the market.

The cost of living is quite high at this moment

So it's pdp that has plans for it's citizens abi?

They don't want to vote out PDP that has been ruling them since 1999 but wants us to vote out APC in lagos

Why has LASG not tarred Ikorodu road, 'graded', have you been to Oshodi towards Enpee and press how bad those roads are? How many years has same people be in charge?
The ijede road in Ikorodu and some others were flagged off by Sanwo I think this year but were delayed by the Covid.

Remember the oshodi abule-egba road was once bad too, Ambode did that route which was completed by Sanwo. So gradually, all roads will be fixed.

You can't deny the palliative works going around courtesy of LSPWC. If they haven't gotten to your side, you can tweet at them.

You just hate Tinubu, that's all and you want to extend the hate to the innocent governor who's doing his best. But better the devil you know than the angel you don't know. I rest my case

After seeing a lot of people lament on NL and seeing that they (NL) ignore people who call for improvement, I saw that people need a platform beta than NL, then how do I do this? I created a Django project and started to write codes, if u see anything on the platform, I wrote it, even the unnoticeable things, it is a lot of work.
The forum is a platform where u would want join, the ability to create your own category, threads, to follow people and see all their posts on ur their activities feeds, u have better of getting jobs because u get notified if a job posted meets your job tags, ability to create polls, get a bar chart and get notified when the polls expires and ability to post blogs or mini articles, the best thing here is that on complains the site get updated in real-time.

The forum design is great to me and I spend a huge amount of time on it. The only thing missing is users, if u reading this, pls check it out, I am sure it is the best Nigerian forum u have seen, it is not just some WordPress forum site or Nairaland clone I have been seeing, that more of the reason why I wrote the code in the first place. the best part is that code can be adjusted when people wants or complains it ain't rigid like Nairaland, please the least you could is sign up and share d apps with ur networks on any SM networks on your profile.

Djangonaut, I'll go through your site and look at what if has to offer, but please work on the UI. You may want to look at Tailwindcss smiley

Which part of Lagos do ypu live, come to Abraham Adesanya-Lakwue axis, which master plan?
I live in Mainland.

Of course, not all parts of Lagos State will develop at the same pace. Haven't you seen that since the days of Ambode, development has began to manifest in the eastern part of Lagos.

Or who is promising you that in the first four years of being elected, all roads in Lagos will be tarred.

Don't be fooled and make the mistake of voting in PDP. You already have various channels that has been provided by the current government to reach out to them and air your grievances

Lol in your dear state.

So you are not interested in seeing Sanwoolu deliver on his campaign promises and build a greater lagos, you'd instead vote in people to come and experiment and put a wedge on the relative development Lagos has been witnessing since the days of BRF.

Yes. Development can't get to all places at the same time (and lagos keeps improving daily) but there are yardsticks and some indices you won't have missed to support my claims of development except you just want to be untruthful to yourself because you hate Tinubu or Lagos APC

they want access to Lagos treasury and plunder it like their shithole states
Unfortunately for them, that will be impossible as long as Apc lagos and her governors stick to the masterplan and bring about rapid development to its metropolis.

Those ones can only wish from afar that their state will be anything like Lagos.

Democracy is govt of the people not the godfathers
Very true. So didn't Sanwo-olu go to the polls and get elected by Lagosians or did the godfather or whoever point guns at the 700k+ people who turned out to vote for Apc huh

And wasn't the primary election that made Sanwo the flagbearer made possible via the votes of the people (members of Apc) huh

If you wanted, you'll have been free long ago. Have a nice day
I am free. I see the developmental strides of Sanwo-olu. We saw the best administration ever witnessed in this country under Fashola. We also saw how ambitious a governor can be during the times of Ambode.

And this has resulted into a relative development for the state. A state that is not free wont witness such development.

At the end of the day, you dont have any reasonable point to back your freedom anthem. If you cant convince me to agree with your freedom mantra, how best will you convince the millions of Lagosians who have made their breakthrough in the state courtesy of the progressive development championed by the Apc governors.

Have a nice day too sir, and think a bit about what I said smiley

Who'll mind them!
They're PDP sympathizer that want to cling to power(with any means) under the guise of fighting godfatherism
LOL That's why I like posing the question to them to let us know what they've got to offer besides there so called liberation for Lagos.

But they'll keep dodging the question and parotting the Lagos-must-be-free anthem without anything concrete to offer.

This hate on Lagos state is just something I can't understand. A state who for the past 15 years has been the yardstick of development for other states in Nigeria is what some people wish to see fall / collapse.

Then why not make me understand, by giving me instances so that my eyes will clear or is that not what you want?

If you're coming to sell the idea of freedom to me (who you claim is being enslaved), you should tell me how your idea of freedom can benefit me so I'll buy into it. Isn't that what you ought to do?

Free from development? Or what? Who is in shackles? How can you claim a city of 23million people can be in shackles?

I'm not buying this idea of Freedom because I know what Lagos looked like in 2003 compared to 2020.

The clock is ticking though slowly.
Patience is required
Lagos will one day be like Edo smiley
Lagos can never be an Edo

NGpatriot:
We are actually on the same page, Lagos is not Edo and Edo is not Lagos state.

Lagos is Africa's 5th largest economy, not Edo state

Lagos is Nigerians largest economy, not Edo state

Lagos is Nigeria's industrial capital, not Edo state

Lagos state is the entertainment capital of Nigeria and AFRICA, not Edo state

Lagos state is the corporate capital of Nigeria

Lagos state is home to the largest single refinery in the world, not Edo state

Lagos state is home to the largest fertilizer factory in the world, not Edo state

Lagos state is home to the largest gas plant in Africa, not Edo state

Lagos state is home to the Largest petrochemical plant in Africa, not Edo state

Lagos state's IGR is 33 times larger than Edo state's IGR.

The list goes on...

Again, we are on the same page, Lagos state is not Edo state and Edo state can never be Lagos state or even be like Lagos state.

Edo state can not produce credible, competent and productive leaders like Lagos state so I don't see Edo state getting anywhere close to Lagos state, not anytime soon.
