Sorry to hear about your situation, the journey to that promise land isn’t always smooth at times, some people might be fortunate, 18 million naira no be joke o0, some britko don’t even have up to that but their life is soft.

Try to source for a loan either from Nigeria or here online using your credit score checker app, since you don’t have much to balance the school, then continue searching for that sponsorship and continue hustling while you pay back the loan bit by bit.

I assume He got a new job with NHS, and last I checked, NHS doesn’t accept character reference from new employees.

Please sort out your contract to the end before starting a new job, if you are caught starting a job with your new employer whilst having another contract with your previous employer, na COURT straight. No two way about it. Shalom
humblemoi:
You can inform your new employer that your current employer is stalling and may be unwilling to provide you with a reference, then ask for options. Usually they may accept a character reference from someone else, a colleague to attest that you work with the current employer or ask to provide a different reference from elsewhere.

Note that you should not start with the new employer until you have cleared the release clause with your current employer, even if it means pushing on the start with the new employer. You don't want to be caught in any legal battle.

You need to learn how google map works, familiarize yourself with it.
Someone else may not be able to deduce your journey based on the picture you posted BUT you…
The first one on the picture said you will walk 5 minutes to the bus stop then you enter bus 82, alight at the West midland metro, enter Metro again to your desired stop then walk 3 minutes to your destination..
Drey1:
Okay. Thanks a bunch. But from that picture I uploaded. Is that coach or train ma. And yes. To and fro from work to house . Need to know how much it will cost on a daily basis .

Hey, your friend Animashaun should not add any cover letter on his PSW application, do not ATTEMPT it, that’s digging your own grave… let him/her apply for PSW as normal, he/she will get it. No panic at all, speaking from experience (Not Personal)..

Na that 3rd exit got me failed too… grin
Viruses:
Lol

The issue was for a third exit, I entered through the right lane and moved to the left lane after the first exit instead of after the first and second exit.
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by AKALAMAGBO: 9:35am On Apr 11, 2023
When I failed mine last week, it pained me to bone marrow…

The instructor jejely said “ Let me drive you home, you don’t look alright”…. That roundabout don fail many intending innocent drivers… 😹😹
Viruses:
I failed driving test. Clearance and roundabout was the issue.

Now I know my instructor has not been doing a good job, youtube try pass am seff.

If there's someone in Leicester that can sit with me in my car please holla. I just need more practice in roundabouts.
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by AKALAMAGBO: 7:22pm On Apr 03, 2023
I swear… You got it, looking ahead is really the key…
Tier4Dependant:
Sorry bros. Always keep an eye on road markings esp when approaching those yeye roundabouts.

Rebook and smash it!!!
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by AKALAMAGBO: 7:21pm On Apr 03, 2023
Used my instructors, those people can report you if you drive your car there and fail. They will watch you drive your car away from the center then call the police, saying you failed but you still driving your car. If you are sure of passing or have someone with full license go with you, you can use your car bro…
rinzylee:
Nawa o....it is well. I am avoiding the route that a woman controls in my city here.

Was it instructors car or yours you used?

I have been trying to book an instructor, 4 months wait mehn, I dey reason to just carry my car go there, go do the test.

Tired of waiting!!!

Bro… she never smiled a bit and she was putting on shade throughout the whole journey..
Wednesbury in Wolverhampton
rinzylee:
Sorry o... go again... you go pass am.

Women no dey smile sha.

What area is this?
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by AKALAMAGBO: 6:49pm On Apr 03, 2023
I continued with the journey since I was taught by my instructor that you must continue the journey, the satnav will re-route you, cutting back to the other lane in a busy roundabout without due caution might cause a serious accident, so they advice you always continue with the journey. But to my dismay, examiners remark was different…. My instructor asked me to make a complaint through the email I received, but I just let go cos that won’t solve anything…

It’s really painful bro, I felt sad
Viruses:
So sorry about this, only one serious fault o 😕.
When you say "and going forward with the journey " do you mean that since you have found yourself in the middle (or first lane for example) you should have just taken the first or second exit rather than proceeding to the third?
TravelRe: Living In The Uk-life Of An Immigrant (part 2) by AKALAMAGBO: 3:20pm On Apr 03, 2023
Just failed practical driving test… I failed due to staying on the middle lane instead of last lane for a 3rd exit roundabout and going forward with the journey and the woman examiner doesn’t even smile a bit throughout the 45 minutes journey…

We go again, no wahala…

🙄🙄🙄

Yes, the information is clear and that’s what SemmyK is saying as well… Clear and concise. You have to show the evidence of support which is Kudi
Chijiuba:
Thanks for your response. But just a bit confused. My child isn't up to a year. He is 6 months old. Does that then mean I have to provide evidence of support (my statement-28 day rule) since he doesn't meet that condition of been in the UK for 1 year?

PS: sorry Skilled Worker Visa.
