Under Buharis, the opposition enjoyed enough latitude. We saw them flip a few states off APC. The 2019 presidential contest was a nail biter because Bihari ensured a level playing field. He was principled and believed in multiparty democracy. Now, the so called sole defender of democracy, who singlehandedly fought Abacha is now towing Abachas footprint.

Oga, at least buhari was desperate and coerced several governors to join APC. Do you have any evidence of Tinubu instigating crisis, do you see any APC member there? Tinubu has no cult following neither does your emergency boss Atiku. Only obi and kwankwaso have and they are not enough....Whichever way you turn, Atiku cannot win. You forgot how he forced inec to postpone election, how he brought dollars to Lagos. Even buhari showed desperation towards reelection by forcing election to be postponed, made PDP deputy chair to defect, velied threats at SE governors via Malami. No politician no matter how strong takes chances. Gej took chances and by the time he personally got involved, it was late. Tinubu is not fearful, these are normal political moves... You cannot win Tinubu unless those political giants join APC. Buhari unprecedented votes in the north 2015 was because majority of the chieftains across party lines joined APC or worked against Gej. Atiku cannot replicate this, it is over

Tinubu and APC had just 8.6 million votes in 2023. Of those 8.6M 5.9 came from the north. That same north has turned its back on Tinubu, what that should tell any reasonable and realistic person is that APC votes have taken a dip (how big the dip, we don’t know yet). Coupled with the terrible period Tinubu and the state of the affairs of the country and the citizens, his total 8.6 million votes have taken serious dips everywhere even in the Southwest (which he thinks is his stronghold), the SE and SS still remain against him as they would have been justified as to why the never supported him. The NC is in no where better than he met it.

If you truly are a Tinubu supporter, you should tell him hard cold facts about how slim his chances are going into the elections next year, not all these lies you all keep telling him because you feel that’s what he wants to hear.

There’s no realistic pathway to Tinubu’s reelection next year. That maybe the reason the plan is to not allow some political parties contest. That itself is a big mistake that can put this country on the brink should they restrict ADC from contesting or this could bring in another underdog win if the people decide to vote any other party on the ballot but APC.

What APC is doing now is more of a damage to itself as to political calculations.
