grabdbull:
Oga Topgun,
Always good to see your posts. If that scenario plays out, then your brother is going to fry. However, panick selling might not be a good idea as the scenario I painted i.e. a price reversal being imminent might also obtain and one could make some good margin. That said, the risks are quite high and could cause a lot of panic for the faint-hearted. This is my opinion.
What are your views on this stock?
which one be "oga topgun" again grabdbull. stop that rough play o grin.

on a price reversal being imminent i have to say the signs arent good going by today's trading. as i said the selling pressure was quite strong. it may well reverse later in the week but for now there's nothing to indicate that.

ur entry point i assume was on the high side abi and u bought for CICO didnt u?
if u answer yes to both questions u may have to wait for a little longer befor u can exit. this si strictly from the TA side of the coin, and if u are going to sydney with this one then its all good.

my thoughts only
InvestmentRe: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by aktopgun(m): 1:52pm On Mar 10, 2008
Conoil is experiencing the market psychology of a poor week last week and speculators are bailing out cuz the rise has reversed considerably. it had reached its top last monday and there is now some panic amongst the speculators. everyone wanting to sell whilst they still have some profit left. today was not good for it at all. A lot of selling pressure. started off on a bad note for the week.

scenario: profit takers finish their work and price stays at or around where they leave it when they are done. what then?
InvestmentRe: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by aktopgun(m): 1:07pm On Mar 10, 2008
Naijadr:
yup yup looks like it might even get down to N11, as its already in N12 range, so folks hold off and wait till thursday or so to buy!
on NIWICABLE,

seen today's results. suspicion confirmed.
InvestmentRe: Stock Market Tips For Nigerians by aktopgun(m): 12:58pm On Mar 10, 2008
Naijadr:
a couple were mentioned on thursday and friday like Big Treat, it's on the rise now and should make a great CICO if u can get it
You can search for windywendy's posts
Niwicable was also mentioned as one since one big investor just bought in, some we are thinking once its made public, sentiment will cause it to climb.Disclaimer: I got Niwicable fri and should have big treat by today!

Caveat Emptor! grin
this one may have a roughish week ahead me thinks. might come into position to buy later in the week

chei! chei! chei!

i would like to sound the alrm here for the CILeasing short termers o.

the candle stick na die! i would suggest u'all bail now while i can because it experienced some substantial selling pressure today. the profit takers are hovering.

just my thoughts though.

caveat empty
here's what i posted on CILeasing on friday. if i had a 100% profit i would sell all and buy at a lower price but thats me. i would also consider selling some and keeping a small holding left in there. these are the 2 possibilities I would consider.

enjoy the loot

Can anyone help clear something for me here? I used to think it was the NCR that mounts cash machines/ATMs, now that link about NSL installing cash machines? Is this the same type offered by NCR or a different type?
i got this for u:

NCR Corporation is a leading global technology company providing ATMs, retail systems and IT services. NCR Nigeria provides support for financial institutions and companies throughout Nigeria.

i guess there's now competition for the NCR in this area now.
