A painful 25 yrs later, we are still hoping Lets face it.. God gave us the power to choose b/w right and wrong
As far as people elect wrong guys either because he/she bribed them, tribalism or just plain stupidity, Nigeria is not rising but falling

Why is this question so hard to answer? You've been questioning everyone here who's speaking up against Xenophobia acting like you're on ground over there, monitoring all Nigerians over the different parts of SA to know the exact figure killed. Seems you enjoy what's going on. If you don't even know the day the looting started, why should anything take whatever you're saying seriously. You're claiming it started on Monday when the President of the Nigerian Union in SA, Olubajo said Sunday. Do you know more than him? |

Not that am proud of it but this simply means the lower level of my faith which am working on What is obtainable is don't shake hands with the opposite sex before even committing adultery or fornication
Clearly stated in glorious Qur'an don't get close to zina(adultery and fornication) before practicing it I can't stop shaking opposite sex doesn't mean I should cover the truth. You just said the Quran instructed that one shouldn't get close to adultery and fornication before practicing it. It didn't explicitly say you shouldn't shake a female, right? All other major religions including Christianity preach that. So in your mind, you thinking shaking a woman publicly as a form of greeting has made you close to sleeping with her? I seriously don't understand such mindset. |

But the worst of it all is that you won't see what you paid for - terrible laboratory with no equipment, fake x-ray result that is used used repeatedly for all the students even after paying the medical dues. Acceptance fee alone is 100k not to talk of the school fees, to check post utme result is 3k... Please if you can enjoy standard education in Covenant University with that amount, I think it's worth it. You mean people really pay as much 600k for the first year for a sub-standard school like Abia State University? Unbelievable.. |

Why are jobs so scarce, then, in a country of about 35-40 times that number?
Consider that some have emigrated, some are retired and some are dead, and you will realise how undeveloped this country is.
It's scary! The NYSC is a useless body that can't do a simple thing as keeping accurate records. This figure is obviously false. This Entrepreneurship program during NYSC was introduced less than 10 years ago and they are saying the number of people that participated in that is about 25% of the total number of people that have participated in the NYSC scheme since inception, that is 46 years old. Give it to a man who has replicated dominance across continents. History will never forget that fact. You have no point. Messi, a player who has won multiple Champions League and destroyed the likes of Arsenal, Man Utd and Bayern Munich has failed to work outside Spain? Who is the man that has replicated dominance across continents? Surely not Ronaldo cos he has done next to nothing in the World Cups he has participated in. He won the European Championship and UEFA Nations League with Portugal, all within Europe. So where's the dominance across continents please? Stop talking nonsense. Messi has played the final of the World Cup with Argentina in 2014 where they were unlucky to lose to Germany because idiots like Higuain refuse to step up. The National team trophies you guys attribute to Ronaldo, he was no where to be found in the finals, other players stepped up- Eder in 2016 vs France in the European Championship and then Bernardo Silva and Guedes in the UEFA Nations League final 's Netherlands this year. |

Cowbell Mathematics competition, such fond memories. I remember my time when I went for the Senior Competition in SS2. Then it was just written Exams at each state level. I finished 3rd in Lagos State then, losing out to the 1st Prize by just 3 marks. I couldn't proceed to the National level cos they changed the rule that year, that only the winner at each State level will proceed to the National unlike before when it was 1st to 3rd. I cried my ass off but was compensated by 10k prize money, lots of branded Cowbell notebooks, pens and a long stack of powdered milk. |

This is the University that receives the highest funding from the FG just because it's in the North but with no commensurate output. Novartis: NYSC Discriminates Benin Trained Graduates & Refuses To Issue Their Certificates
After one year of rigorous service, my sister a 2018 batch B, Stream 2 Corp member was not issued her certificate because she schooled in Benin Republic.
This is so sad
Why the discrimination ?
And please what is the solution to help her get her certificate. She has been crying since yesterday.
NYSC is claiming that they got information that students from Benin Republic universities did not pass through the four walls of universities and all bought their degrees. I doubt this is true, but then, how can they (NYSC) judge thousands of students who schooled in Benin Republic because of the misdeeds of a few bad eggs.
I know nothing about the buying and selling of degree certificates in Benin Republic, but what I am very sure about is that my sister went to school and have studied seriously from year 1 to her final year, with me remitting her school fees, not even to her but directly to the bank account of her institution.
Why is NYSC now causing her pains by withholding her certificate and that of thousand other foreign students after waisting one year of National service. This is not fair! Please give us advice and help us create awareness.
Mods Front Page please People have been asking for the name of the University your sister graduated from, so they could help with an info or two that might help but I can see you're purposely ignoring that. That in itself is suspect. |
