ThinkSmarter: I can't believe my eyes. What type of country are we living. A country where corruption z celebrated and due processes always obstructed. During Saraki's trial, SANs besieged court, During convicted Judges trial, lawyers protested and here z this one. I also read that SANs re shying away from judges trial, and if we can't hv a sanitized judiciary, hw can we get good judgment delivery from incessantly corrupt, biased, partial, and easily compromised Judges. Our society would hv been better if these CSOs would stand up for the common man that re awaiting trial, lavishing in various prisons across the country. #ShameOnWhoeverThatzObstructingJusticeAndDueProcess. My brother, it seems like this country is finished. Where do we run to for help? |

tola09: *WORD FOR THOUGHT, HELP CIRCULATE IT*You got into many relationships that never worked, and no one is mocking you in public. Yougot into a marriage that crashed, yet your friends are not on facebook celebrating your pain, and you haven't killed yourself yet. Your many attempts at businesses have failed and you lost money, yet you are still alive. You have taken many risks that never paid off, yet you are still moving on with hope. Now you advised your friend not to do MMM, but he went for it anyways. MMM is frozen for 30days, at least so we heard, and you find joy in taking to facebook to mock your friend JUST TO BE PROVED RIGHT. Same way you pray for the failure of the government you didn't vote for JUST TO BE PROVED RIGHT.I have taken time to read the MMM freezing report, it is a shame that you have decided to take that report out of context, add salt and pepper, just to cause panic and unnecessary tension. Many people have fainted because they read your false version of MMM story. Will you also celebrate on facebook if they commit suicide tomorrow on account of your mockery?Even if they were careless in taking risk with MMM, must you add to their sorrow?Don't you have any conscience sire? Are you not a hypocrite? If that young man came to you for help, even to borrow money before MMM, would you have given him? How many of you have helped poor people the way MMM has in the last year(i speak based on the testimonies in the mouth of Nigerians). In October i met a young man in Port Harcourt who moved from someone's house as a squatter to a one-bedroom apartment and i still remember the joy with which He glorified God for MMM. How many people have glorified God for your help and support, STINGY YOU!There is a high level of moral bankruptcy in this nation. People are more willingto celebrate the pains of fellow Nigerians than anything else. It is the same reason they go to accident scenes, and their first impulse is not to help but snap and post gorry pictures on facebook to extract AMEN from people. If you know you have never done things that failed in your life, then continue mocking your MMM friends.......And for the record, MMM has not crashed, it's still alive well. Everything you've written here is trash, repulsive and absolute rubbish! Gosh! Why pretend you're not speaking from a victim's point of view??! Imagine saying MMM helped people! How? Just because they used some as guinea pigs in a mock experiment and others as real specimen does not spell 'help' to me! Imagine being 'helped' to commit suicide! |

phoneport: You are very correct my brother. Greed has always, and will always be the major problem of Nigerians. The government and the people are so greedy that any good scheme will be crashed by their GREED. For starters, no pyramid scheme has ever come with good intentions. Though greed is a factor, it isn't the main actor at play here. The owner/organisers of mmm knew when they were going to bail out and December couldn't have been a better time! They knew in early, middle and late November/December, a lot of people would invest big to reap big just before Christmas so is the best time to strike! I'm not a participant but I believe for the first half month of providing help, participants' accounts get frozen while they search for a "pair" or so it sounds and I guess this short while of control of such monies is when they are able to make away with the monies. It's got little to do with greed, more of a mind game. |

izzy4shizzy: I was of the opinion that such lavishness from pastors goes against what christianity stands for, I believed that the money could be of greater use but then after thinking a lot I realised that probably the percentage of what dey give out to the less priviledge might be more than the percentage most of us that critisize them give, for example A pastor earns 10 million annually and gives out 4 million out to charity, where as someone that earns 500k annualy might give out less than 100k,
But still, I think pastors should emulate Christ more, the only tin I remember he rode in the bible was a mule not a bently but what do I know
But looking closely at the picture, I fail to see what points out the car to be a pastors own, all I see is a man with a shiny head wearing a gold cross chain I hope you've taken your drugs this morning? Lolz! A pastor earns 10 million and gives out 4 million, from where did he make his 10 million? Who gave him the money, government establishment, na him salary nii? If a pastor collects 10 million from people, he should give out 20 million knowing fully well that what is coming next is 40million if the words of the Holly book are to be taken seriously. The work of a pastor is actually to collect monies from the rich, the middle, and the average class and handover to the poor to balance the economy (that there may be food in my house) as ordained by God but most pastors especially the Nigerian ones, collect these monies and drink them up. Everything begins and ends with their selfishness and gluttony. Need I say the house of God has become the house of man?! |

PMBNG: What a brave aide, he died that his principal might be saved.
Rest in Perfect peace dear. After checking that report I knew it to be false and nothing more. Udom was the special guest of honour at the church. He arrived for the occasion 30 minutes before the accident. This means he was properly seated for the events of the day well in a comfortable position if not at the center. "pushing him out of the way so he fell outside" suggests udom was standing close to the door for a fast descending heavy metal bar or bars that killed 20+ people! In another platform, this same report was given and someone asked how, the reporter came back with a story that he was still investigating. People taking/giving undue credit. Udom must have been sitting with Mr weeks, who pushed that one out?! |

dainformant: it all over the news, the governor was there but he arrived late BEFORE the collapse... check ur facts How can you say he arrived late before the collapse? We are talking about the building collapse and not the church service so udom actually arrived early for the collapse! I saw a previous post where someone reported that udom arrived late and 30 mins later the building collapsed, and I wondered how? Arriving late for church isn't the issue here but did he arrive late for the collapse or not cos some say he only came after the collapse and that he wasn't at the premises before the accident? |

Whizpeter: The music rollover/gapless playback is on the same level...
Bro you don't get me do you? Like I boot up my phone and without unlocking or doing anything, I just plug in my earpiece and GBAM, PlayerPro starts jamming my last play list from where it stopped, so I don't need to open PlayerPro or unlock my phone before I can start listening to music...
And NO, there's no setting for it on PlayerPro, it's just a basic function... The moment you activate headset play/pause, the feature is activated too! And it's really important to me.... One less stress...!
Yeah... Your stellio, my PlayerPro.... Nothing can separate us...!
I've been to poweramp, ttpod, blackplayer, mxplayer, boom player, some other less popular music apps and now stellio, nothing is taking me away from PlayerPro... Hokay oooh, no wahala sah! For me, stellio rocks! I know there's a setting on stellio that activates play on headset plug-in, that I know too well! BTW, did you check out the equalization, effects 1 and 2 of the player? Just asking. Enjoy your player pro, boy, every game has a master! Be the master of your own game. Peace! |
Phones › Re: What App Do You Use To Play Music? by AlanSugar(m): 8:35pm On Dec 04, 2016 |
Whizpeter: Bro... First things first, app ain't free, it has a PRO version... Why does it have to change my lockscreen background whenever a music is playing? Who send am?
PlayerPro with its DSP pack does a better job than this stellio...
The only pro I could pick up from the app is its material design...
With PlayerPro, even if I remove my phone's battery and put it back... If I boot the phone, the PlayerPro would continue automatically from where it stopped once I plug in a earpiece or headset...
I disabled my PlayerPro and tried it with stellio but nothing came up, my phone stared back at me...!
I stand with PlayerPro abeg...
Thanks for listening..! Thanks for writing in but I think you are too quick to judge stellio on a one day, or rather, less than a one day trial. I said the features you get free on stellio are paid for on player pro. Thanks for liking the material design of stellio but I still believe you need more time to check it out, I used days! Lol. I will try the disability feature myself and see what happens but even if it doesn't work like player pro, I don't know what useful apps on android reopens last page on startup except UC browser and that's on settings. Perhaps there's a setting for that but that's really not important. How do you rate stellios's music rollover compared with player pro? Bet you didn't check that? Anyways, your player pro, my stellio.... does me plenty of good. Thanks for reading. Modified: I just rebooted my device and on startup, went unto stellio, hit the play button and it played from last stopped! Hope you didn't close the app when you rebooted your phone? |
Phones › Re: What App Do You Use To Play Music? by AlanSugar(m): 7:09pm On Dec 04, 2016 |
Whizpeter: PlayerPro have got gapless playback too... I'd try out stellio too... Kk. Pls don't forget to send in your testimony. All the features I couldn't get for free on player pro, I got with stellio, and more. You can create countless number of user presets, player pro offers only 3 I think. Stellio is linked with Spotify, you can also arrange how you want your display on playback mode, ui changes with album covers... Mehn, stellio is too much to be free! |
Phones › Re: What App Do You Use To Play Music? by AlanSugar(m): 1:04pm On Dec 04, 2016 |

Right now, my phone with PlayerPro sounds better than my laptop whenever I connect either of them with my home theatre...!
I would try those two you listed sha... Hahaha, ever heard of stellio? It's by far better than player pro, gapless and its all free? The best things in life are FREE! |

SouthWestBlood: The errors are there and late to fix. It'll see the party crumbling. Look at what Tinubu commented about Atiku lately. APC will rule till thy kingdom come. Buhari may be out come 2019 but that will not affect apc being the ruling party. Tinubu you claim has other interests outside the party still remains with the party, why, cus he know what time it is. If Tinubu attempts to leave apc, that will automatically end his political career. Another flaw Tinubu is showcasing is to canvas for atiku whom Nigerians hate more than pdp itself. The next president of Nigeria and the one after that will still be of apc extract. Nigerians know better than to vote pdp back into power, mark my words. The Edo and Ondo elections should be a pointer. |

SycophanticGoat: Well, it's quite clear that people need Internet but since when did this become more important than human lives? If they didn't protest (rather many people supported the massacres) then, it simply means that we Nigerians don't value human lives, especially when the lives don't come from their tribe.
The so-called activists that brought this demon to power in the guise of fighting corruption were all there when corrupt practices were perpetrated by this government but they never protested (since they claimed corruption fight was their priority in selecting a government); they never protested the practices of the kitchen cabinet of this administration neither did they protest the recruitment scams perpetrated by this government.
Data shouldn't stand above more important things that has to do with lives. I never quoted you re your human lives complaint, the stories you peddle in that angle may not necessarily portray the actual events as reported. If you check again on my mention, I specifically noted on data which is the subject matter. You may wish to direct your complaints to the human rights section, no offence. |
