BrutalJab:That's to tell you how stupid you sound if you say a region contributes nothing, yet your people are trooping in there for a better life. Don't pull out gibberish from your anus next time. You ain't dealing with kids here. |
Adiola:I'm only trying to make you see how gullible some of your people can be and always follow the herd mentality. Yesterday the Savior was Uwazurike, the new Savior is Kanu now. Another will come tomorrow and people will still follow him sheepishly, with some even to their graves . I'm not IWA that's lamenting that Uwazurike wasted the lives of your youth and don't give tiniest fvck about Uwazurike. As for me, I'll be most pleased if they can grant you your biafra even today. it's the least of my worry dear. |
BrutalJab:They contribute nothing yet the dream of an average youth from your region is to migrate to the same region that contributes only amala. As we speak now, the Ifesinachis, Young shall grows and the likes are loading up thousands of your youth to their dreamland aka eweduland. Can't you see how senseless your question is? |
jaychubi:You guys were once praising this Uwazurike guy like you're praising Nnamdi Kanu now. What says Kanu won't "betray" you tomorrow like Uwazurike did? It's sad to see a whole tribe of millions of people with many intellectuals and exposed people, having such herd mentality and hinging their hope of supposed freedom (I really don't get where the idea of slavery came from) on a mere fallible mortal man. Still haven't learnt their lessons from the Uwazurike experience as the IWA group said he led a lot of Igbo youth to their early grave, same path Kanu is toeing already. |
valentinebolade:Lol.. what course are you studying there? I can't come to Jabu to study. I've gone past that level. The only thing that can bring me there is to lecture. Learn to love the place so you can get the best out of the place and develop yourself by for the future by self-study. There are tons of YouTube videos, textbooks and online classes like MIT Open courseware, Coursera that could assist you especially if you're in the sciences or Engineering. |
Wizdray:I'll advise you not to consider FUTA at all with this your O'level cos they place much premium on As and Bs in O'level than any other school I know of. Going by the system FUTA used last year, your screening score would just amount to 44% which can't get you any reasonable course, as Computer Science last year was 65%. But I'm kinda confused about your kind of person. Are you saying if EKSU or AAUA offers you Computer Science and say Unilag/Unilorin offers you Zoology/Botany, you'll turn down Computer Science for Zoology/Botany? I saw somewhere you wrote that you've tried Unilorin three times to no avail. I was once like you though, obsessed with Unilag but thank God I didn't waste much time as I quickly considered a State University where I studied Computer Science. Today I don't regret that decision as I can stand toe to toe with anyone from the so-called federal university and beat many of such persons when I did my masters and running a PhD in one of those federal universities. Nothing really special to be honest. Outside this country, no one cares about your federal or State University. They see all Nigerian universities as same. I'm saying this because I've been opportune to at least study abroad too and know what I'm saying. So please be wise before it's too late. |
Wizdray:Your utme score is good but your O'level is your undoing and you must know that almost all federal uni in the SW give equal consideration to both utme score and O'level result. You cannot get Computer Science on merit in any of the federal uni in the SW save for perhaps the new one at Oye-Ekiti. You can also consider state unis like EKSU Ado-Ekiti or AAUA, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo state. Goodluck. |
chukwukapromise:The scenario you painted where only ssce result is needed is just for a normal school of nursing programme that runs for 3 years and after which the student is awarded a Registered Nurse (RN) certificate, but what I'm asking is for Nursing as a 5 year bachelors degree programme run under the faculty of medical/health/pharmaceutical sciences in Universities. |
chukwukapromise:Bro, trying to effect a change of institution and course for someone to Nursing in LASU but I found out that Nursing is not in the Jamb brochure for LASU for this year and even last year, but they do run Nursing programme there, that I can confirm. How can that change be effected successfully since it's not in the Jamb brochure, cos I'm surprised how the students currently studying the course there selected it. |
Fuckusernamesjor:Were/Are you a student of Jabu? Can you please elucidate on why it's a bad school? |
NwaAmaikpe:So you added tribal bigotry to your innate stupidity? Wow, that's double tragedy. |
bitcoinvin:In as much as we agree that the contraption called Nigeria favours the North only, you don't have to fabricate things to make you and your kinsmen feel good. How would you put up this blatant lie that South East accounts for 25.07% of Oil production in Nigeria while the South West accounts for a meagre 3.97%. Do you know that oil production in Ondo state alone in the South West is more than the entire oil production in the South East? That's a fact I can furnish you with proof instead of this lie you put up here. In actual fact, the South East accounts for less than 3% of Nigeria's oil production. |
Freak101:From Wizkid's worth you put up there, that's roughly 3.5bn naira, using the official rate. Are you now implying that Davido (30bn naira) is almost 10 times richer than Wizkid? Commonsense would say a definite NO. |
GODKID98:Don't say what you don't know. It has happened in Lagos and still happening. We've had someone from the Niger Delta as a chairman of an LG in Lagos. Currently there are three Igbo folks in the House of Representatives from Lagos constituencies- Amudo Odofin, Oshodi/Isolo and Ajeromi/Ifelodun. But I agree that cannot happen in other parts of the country. |
ekems2017:Have you lived in the UK before to come up with this false statistics. The percentage of blacks in the UK is even less than 5%. Infact there are more Asians or people of Asian heritage in the UK than blacks. Please research on stuffs before you make spurious claims in a public forum like this. |
technicallyrich:So you a woman can be this uncultured? You're a disgrace to all women out there. Bloody, demented tribalist. |

Funny meme u got there.. Well it's a faceless forum, so you're free to doubt me, but that doesn't invalidate my point. How are you by the way and your admission hustle? |
KillerFrost:Thanks for the information. You really think I'm following this thread for myself lol.. doing all this for a kid sister. I'm in the position of nurturing those who are already in the university. |
AjiChris:Was it in this same Ikoyi Jamb office you did it, and when did you complete it? Do you know if it's still ongoing? Thanks as I await your response. |
KillerFrost:While I don't know much about Delsu, however, if the screenshot of 2016 UTME admission screening advert in Delsu you attached to this post is the reason you opined that they don't accept second choice, then I might want to believe you are not totally correct. Last year, JAMB ensured that candidates have to make just a single choice of a public university (state/federal) as first choice during registration. This definitely made all state and federal universities first choice only, which is why Delsu would wanna restrict the advert to first choice only. I doubt if that's what they (Delsu) have been doing over the years. This year is a different story. Jamb gave candidates the liberty of choosing state unis and even the 12 new federal unis as second choice. That would influence the way Admission screening for this year would be advertised by schools. |
aminu790:I know you'll doubt Shekau, Osama Bin Laden and the likes are not Muslims too. The problem some of you have is denial. Instead of you to acknowledge that radicalism, fanaticism and extremism has become widespread in Islam of today, see it as a genuine problem and discuss ways these could be tackled, you'd rather cover up and make up excuses for such animals and blame the other religions. It's a pity. |
Jman06:How can you even make this kind of statement with a clear eye, that Uniben has more quality lecturers than UI. That's sacrilege you've just committed. How do you measure the quality of lecturers? Lemme start with that question and see whether you're worth discussing with further on the issue of academics or not. |
slim19:Last year, only first choice were admitted cos that's how Jamb structured it..A public university as first choice only, second choice a private uni or poly, but for this year, they relaxed that criterion allowing state unis and the 12 new federal unis for second choice. My gut feeling would say they'd allow for second choice this year, but one can't be so sure until the time for admission screening starts. |
IhateAfonjas:I'll advise that you don't reproduce cos if you're truly as stupid and daft in real life like you exhibit on this forum, then you'll be doing the human race a big disservice by passing on your genes. |
UncutSk:Some of you don't have sense. Out of five criminals, only one is Yoruba and you're writing ofe mmanu and Afonja all over the place. I guess you were blind to see the other two sets of Ijaws and Igbo guys written there. |
bsideboii:The funny thing is only one of these guys out of the five(5)- Abiodun Olaroye is Yoruba, the other two guys there from Ondo State are Ijaws, called Arogbo and the last two, Igbos( delta igbo and SE Igbo) but fools here have been shouting Afonjas all. over the place. |
Tajbol4splend:I thought they've stopped CBT centres from doing this change of institution/course. How then is yours still doing it? |
chukwukapromise:Please is the change of institution/course still possible at this Wares in Lawanson or is it true that Jamb has closed it? |
slim19:I'm not a student but a staff there. So I should know better. Check the list of departments in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences on the school website. |
chukwukapromise:Can't the payment for the change of course be done online using card, Instead of going to the bank? |
slim19:Who told you that? AAUA definitely offers Agric Economics. |
Mynd44:Don't mind the racist May. She was the one that dashed the hope of many Nigerians when she announced the discontinuity of post study visa back then in 2012 as Home secretary..most of my guys were hit hard with that.. They didn't see it coming. |
