PoliticsRe: What If There Is No Oil In Nigeria ? by aljharem(m): 6:46pm On May 27, 2012
Beaf: If there was no oil, Nigeria would be united, developed, peaceful and prosperous. There would have been no MEND or boko haram.

There would have been no war.

The capital of the country would still be Lagos.

Corruption would be minimal, because there would be no huge pot of Abuja money to steal or "spread."

We wouldn't have 36 unproductive states, rather we would have had 6 regions and the LG would be the driver of development in a truly federal structure.

All citizens would be well respected and represented.

No armed robbery or uni cults.
We would be able to leave our houses open and leave our cars running while shopping. All these with total security.

etc etc etc Nigeria would have been heaven on Earth. cool
^^^^^^^^

beaf you are very swallow, do you think if there is no oil, armed robbers etc would stop shocked shocked shocked shocked grin grin grin grin Na wa o!

1. the capital was going to be moved anyway whether oil or not because of security reason which a political goon like you should know

2. Corruption would still be there only leeching on non-oil revenues like Cocoa, Palm oil, timber etc

3. Crime rate in Nigeria has NOTHING TO DO WITH OIL.

Beaf: You are an awyf luv'n parasitic phuck.
LOL my state producing this crude oil you are killing yourself over.

In fact not to boast my state has the two major types of oil and gas in the world and also the part of the highest deposit of heavy oil in the world after Canada and Venezuela among the states in Nigeria.

So my brother I am NOT A PARASITE but chose not to be tribalsitic.

Vanity upon vanity, all is vanity. I would not take my oil to heaven when I die would I ?
PoliticsRe: What If There Is No Oil In Nigeria ? by aljharem(m): 6:34pm On May 27, 2012
Nigeria oil would not finish anytime soon. Yes Niger-delta oil would finish by 2020 or so but not Nigeria.

There are different types of Oils and different quality.

Yes if Nigeria oil finishes, parasitism also finishes and insults from Likes of Beaf would end.

@ OP

If Nigeria had no oil, the thieves would be stealing from cocoa farms and co. It is still a resource and can be stolen from.

Paul John: @OP Have you of recent been to Osun and the people there said as you've claimed, Or you're just assuming?

Because, it's of recent I went to Osun and I didn't ear any complain about him not working.

I asked one of my family member who lives there how the gov. is doing, the reply was that "the guy is really working but have this extremist thing in him".

I'll love the OP to please give link to his post.
My brother Osun citizens are complaining but they are not talking. Aregbesola has not done anything he said in his campaign and I am sure you are aware of that.

By now there should be a train network being built from Osun to Lagos by now.

It seems like other ACN governors are sleeping apart from Oshomiole and Fashola

be deceiving yourselves, Just cause others don't make noise does not mean they do not even achieve higher.

With all the Yoruba Igbo achievement, what have you two groups invented ? How have these two groups improve the lifes of their people not to talk of Nigeria ?

All these achievements are attributed to Nigeria not yoruba or igbo.

Pat Utomi is commiting a crime right now by telling us he was a victim while hiding the perpetrator.

Dude shut it, what evidence do you need to know if someone duped you ?

If the senator was not a scammer, PAT UTOMI WOULD NOT HAVE MENTIONED SO. Or do you think the senator pat was talking about does not know himself ?
1.) I do not have time for your fake claiming today.

2.) If you going to quote me then quote me correctly. I said SW have no impact on the outcome of the election just like every region in Nigeria. For the past 2 years, una have been on a quest of no corruption, etc crusade and still for those past 2 years, no impact is done to the corruption in Nigeria rather yet it is increasing as the day goes by therefore I do not forsee a change in Nigerian election in 2015 but it is good to let dreamers dream. Based on the past, every Nigerian presidents, governor, etc PUT HIMSELF or rater yet PDP, ACN, etc put him in there through rigging and this is a well documented fact. If an Igbo wanted the presidency, he probably do the same depending on what political party he's involved in so all this fake chest-beating with no head or tail can be irritating when others are trying to view a potential educational threads.
Ok sir cool

edicolove: So if he names someone and his proof is not enough to nail him and he gets sued for libel, you will feel ok, abi?

Some of you lot are sooooooo stup1d, it is alarming! How does just naming people aid in the fight against corruption? Anyone can name anyone. And by the way, if he names someone you support, the same you will come here and call it witch hunt or fighting perceived enemies!

The biggest problem with fighting corruption in Nigeria is that most of those shouting about corruption are as corrupt as those they accuse. The only reason they are shouting is that its not their person that's in power. He that must come to equity must come with clean hands!
Sir you talk like someone that lack sense. No form of brain at all

So him not mentioning his name, how has it helped the matter ?

Everything is not politics, this is purely a criminal case not ACN, PDP rubbish you and your fellow goons do here on Nairaland.

CultureRe: Do Edo (Bini) People See Themselves As Yorubas? by aljharem(m): 2:31pm On May 27, 2012
akigbemaru: Yorubas great ancestors had been urbanized 2000 BC.
1) Many of your troglodyte Igbo people back then lived on hills and caves. We did show them the taste of urbanity.
2) They didn't have clothes; we did sow "Aso Oke" for them to wear while they roamed around.
3) They couldn't speak just like monkey in the jungle, we did write language for them to speak. Now, Igbo people say Yoruba copied them.
Let me tell you from the history, the whole language you speak before modernity was so similar to that of our monkeys in Idanre hills, that cried "Amu Amu Amu" from our Idanre Hills. That is why after we helped you formulate your language you still make use of that "amu". grin grin grin grin
Reply back and let me show the link on the internet. Cool Cool Cool That's where you get Amunike, Amucaechi, Amuchukwu, Amueze, Amuani, Amuocha, Amuachi and other Amu amu type of shits. They even name captital of their state after their first language Abia, Amuoya.

No wonder, just because you would have to pass through Ekiti first if you are coming to SW, they killed and ate all our Idanre monkeys. Before Igbo, our Idanre monkeys are 1,000,000 super-strong, now if you go to Idanre, you will be surprised to find zero monkey. undecided undecided undecided undecided
^^^^^^^^^^^^

I don't see reason for your outburst undecided

Anyhow e go be, 2015 it seems like SW, SS would vote for an Igbo candidate and so would Middle belt and the north.

2015 is sure for Igbo taking only if the candidate is not PDP. Although again it upto Ezeife and co to steer well and play their politics right.

the only hindrance is if GEJ does constant electricity then GEJ would not all be a marta but also gain the love of everyone in the country thus Igbos would wait till 2019.

careytommy: If GEJ decides not to contest, it has to be Sullivan then!
Exactly my point

You see how people say IF GEJ decide this, etc SMH

I though we are in a democratic rule.

If GEJ does not perform, can't we vote for who we Nigerians think would do a better job ?
PoliticsRe: Igbos Unite For 2015 Presidency by aljharem(op): 12:51am On May 27, 2012
bayooooooo: 2027 is more feasible. The contending forces for 2015 are that of GEJ and others.
IMO, I think if at all GEJ should honour his agreement with Ohaneze moreover it is about time they have there presidential turn but the man WOULD HAVE TO HAVE MERITS TO HIS NAME.

You see if GEJ say he is contesting again, Ohaneze and co have no choice here, it is called catch 22

They have no choice but to vote for him again because they know if they don't they would lose both ways.

Now the question is would Ohaneze bring out likes of Pat Utomi, Roachas etc which ALL Nigerians would love because of their merits.
