Use the search button to search ‘inspector Moshood’ and you’ll get his number. I think it costs anything from 5k-7k. Depending on bargaining power.

For POF, your hubby has to write a letter to say you’re allowed to use the money

I submitted September 3 and got nominated mid October. I can’t recall what the stages were but everybody’s timeline differs for each stage cos different officers have different patterns of working. I stayed in one stage for most of those weeks then was just quickly moved through the other stages in the last few days b4 nomination.

I don’t understand the question about merging the files, ain’t you supposed to merge related files. As long as you merged all work history files and submitted as work history and all POF files were merged and submitted as POF (and not merging work history files with PoF ). It should make things simpler, not more complicated. Join OINP nomination groups on WhatsApp and Telegram if you haven’t already, so that you can follow other people’s timelines.

You’ll actually have to get a new reference letter from the company you’re leaving to reflect the date you left cos I assume the one you used for OINP would say you’re working there till date which will be considered misrepresentation if you use the same letter for IRCC after you’ve resigned. IMO, it’s only the date that needs to change.

I don’t see why you have to submit a different reference letter for your PR application, by the time you get ITA, you’ll only have been working at the new company 2 months max so… what’s the point. Except I’m not getting your question right

I waited to get my application processed for so long but now that I've received PPR i've suddenly become lazy to even go take a passport picture ahead of passport submission. All those patiently waiting be rest assured your application will be processed. The IRCC officials are working at a fast pace especially at the RROC centre.

This journey has been a very funny one. Last week I had to write IELTS again because I wrote IELTS in 2019 and it just expired. I never even thought I would have to write IELTS again based on expiration of result. Anyway, the journey continues.
I received my result yesterday and with this my score + TCF canada exam has increased from 500 to 506. It's just very annoying that people with higher scores don't get chosen for Ontario PNP but I shall remain hopeful

I submitted few days before my profile expired tho, so I’m not sure if they’ll reissue NOI if one hasn’t submitted. Try and submit before the date of expiry but if you can’t, still email them after you create your new profile.

When it expires, create a new profile then send an email to oinp explaining that the old profile has expired. They’ll reply asking for details of the new profile then they’ll transfer your nomination/notification to the new profile. They usually respond quickly, it’s no big deal.

You can stay about 6 months with AF just to get a good foundation, then switch to private tutoring until you're ready for the exams.

The reference letter is already one of the most important requirements, there's nothing you can do to avoid sending one. Your application would be rejected as incomplete if you try. Go to page 1 and read up more on the process b4 you start. I doubt anyone cares about your NYSC certificate.

Thats not what it means.

Oinp is looking for 1 year in the past 5 years, which means even if your work experience was 2015-2018; You can still get an invite for the 1year that falls inside the past 5 years. Nothing stops you from claiming the older years cos you need that one for your express entry profile.

This means I won't me mentioning them when filling pre ITA but will fill them into personal history post ITA.

My question is, will it be termed misinterpretation?

People have done this in the past and gotten PR. But these people didn't do it just to target pnp ITA.

Now that so many people are doing it to target pnp who knows whether the VOs would start to see it as misrepresentation. Until some of the people that did this for pnp start getting PPR, I don't think anyone can answer this question for sure.

For now, I still see it as a risk, and imo if you're going to do it make sure you have a reasonable explanation handy (with proof)+ in case of ADR or PFL. E.g employer refused to give you reference letter, experience was unpaid or part time, etc. Just in case.

You're expecting ITA in the next pnp draw?

Which means your pof and reference letters are already ready.
You can book medicals cos you might not be able to get a close date after ITA. You can't do biometrics until IRCC sends you a letter so that's out of the question. Get the dates of birth of all your siblings and spouse siblings if applicable. This one wasted my time more than i thought it would. Make sure your passports are in order. The other activities are pretty straight forward and won't take more than a day.

You can use any of your NOCS as your primary noc as long as you have up to one year experience in the last 10 years. Some provinces require your experience to be more recent, so make that last 5 years to target the provinces.

I don't think any province selects by secondary noc (not sure though) but whatever noc you think will get you an NOI is what you should use as primary noc.

Got married on the 29th of January 2022 and notified ircc on the morning of the 3rd of Feb 2022. I then got Ready for Visa mail on the evening of the 3rd of Feb.

They're currently overwhelmed by the number of webforms they're getting so I think you should wait atleast 3 weeks for a response to your first webform. I've noticed that that's how long it takes for them to respond these days. No need sending more. Also have you tried calling on the phone?

There's always that over zealous security man in all these estates gates sprouting up everywhere. When the visitors refused to open their booth, he could have just jejely returned to his post and called his superior but he had to tell them to go back to where they're coming from, among other things I'm sure. When its not your father's compound.
