If you are post AOR, via webform. I prefer to use the 2nd one in the screenshot from page 1
Hi, please I'm trying to raise the webform but I was asked if my application is being processed outside of Canada. I have no clue where my application is, does this mean I have to find out first.

Also they're asking for UCI to be 8-11 characters long but the one i copied from my profile is 15 characters long and not accepted

Good day everyone.
Please am having an issue. I was trying to create my profile but had network issues and was told later that my session was invalid...Trying to sign in and get back to the page where I was already creating a profile haven't been possible...Don't know how to go about it because once I sign-in it tells me to click on continue which now takes me back to the home page.....who can help me out please.
Can I recreate another account? Will it affect my application?
If you've already created an account, there's no need to create another one. That's how the site behaves. Different things I try when it starts: Clear cache on your browser. Close the tab and start all over. Abandon it and come back in a few hours. Browse with a different network.

Hello people, please for Ontario nomination, I know their requirements is minimum of B.sc, can RN and RM fly for a nurse that got nomination yesterday.

Please I need help on this
Use google + the canadavisa website to look for an answer to this or you send an email to Ontario (they respond), because there's a chance that no one here knows.

Instead of waiting for ADR, why not raise a webform instead.
Yeah I will do that today, was just asking about how to raise a webform but that's been answered.

Just got the golden mail
However my passport would expire in July, so I am trying to get a new passport, however I just Registered for my nin
From the mail, they said I have to submit in 30 days…
What does that mean? I have to submit to the next vsf in i month?? Or get my passport from the vsf in 1 month? I’m so confused..
Getting this nin is not as easy as I assumed.. I’m so scared it would delay my passport
You can't go the normal route if you really have less than 30 days. Try to get contacts of people that still fast track passport applications. I had to go to Abj to get my kids NIN and passports for OINP, spent a lot but everything was quick.

It's actually in one of the post ITA checklists on page 1

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents.html

But it's not on the IRCC portal explicitly as a doc to be submitted. From what I know all PNP peeps need to provide the IMM0008E also called Schedule 4 as well as the nomination certificate. I think ADR is normal if it wasn't submitted with eAPR, I may be wrong though.
Lotusgoddess:
Merge your certificate with schedule 4 form and submit in the additional document place holder.
Thank you guys, please how do I submit additional documents now. When I go to my profile, I can only view the already submitted documents, no space to upload new ones.

I wasn't asked for it during my Ontario PNP application and I got nomination. They'll only request for it when you submit your federal application. If you're adding a designated individual in your application, make sure you attach it to your application before submitting. All the best
I've been reading old threads and seeing people getting ADR for strange forms I'm not even sure I submitted. I don't remember submitting my certificate of nomination and I saw someone get ADR for it. Did you submit that

If Ontario accepts a reference letter and does not indicate a NOC mismatch, does it mean IRCC will also accept it?

Or is it possible IRCC gives a different verdict?

I'm still a bit uncertain about my work reference letter and if it truly reflects my chosen NOC. But Ontario accepted it and issued a nomination.
I don't know whether to plead with the HR to help tailor it more to the NOC description, or to just use it like that since Ontario did not pick up the holes.

Any advise please?
You have nothing to lose by getting it more tailored because Ontario makes it clear that the final decision lies with IRCC. Someone recently posted a case of noc mismatch spotted by IRCC after ontario nomination, the guy's case was a bit complicated sha but it just shows that IRCC holds the final say on everything.

The same thing was asked when I did mine, and I was scared that it might affect the outcome.

But 4 days after my remed, my profile was updated and I passed the medical examination (TBH I'm still not at ease until PPR).

I've started making preparations to receive the vaccine though.
I was asked the same thing but behind the forms they wrote something like they're not going to refuse you admission based on your answer to that question. They don't even believe our vaccination records for those that answer yes, so I wonder why they bother asking.

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum and was referred by a friend here.

I must say I'm impressed and pleased with the information being shared here and the energy you all emit here.
They're both enlightening and encouraging, so here's me saying thank you and well done.

So I've just commenced my process to achieving my Canadian dream- taken the ielts test and currwntly exploring the PNP route to obtaining a PR since the FSWP Express Entry route has been on hold for some months now due to the Covid-19 roadblock in issuing ITA's for the program.

However, I've been experiencing challenges with PNP process online. Actually I've been unable to push through with applying for a provincial nomination via the Canada.ca website.

Please can anyone share ideas, suggestions or their experience (if any) on how to cross this hurdle.

Thanks on anticipation of your informative response.
Lots of pnp questions these days but they're hard to answer cos different provinces have different requirements. This is the pnp thread. Its closed now but still the best way to learn all about pnp.

Yes the kids are biologically theirs, they just don't answer their forefathers name but an abbreviated version. Thanks for your response.
Guessed so because I know a couple of families like that. Me I don't have the same name with my husband and kids because I never did change of name. I submitted my PR application like that. There's a part of the application where you'll be asked if you and your husband are the biological parents to the kids listed and your response there, plus their birth certificates should be enough

Asking for a friend

"Please does it pose n issue when travelling abroad with my kids, if they bear a different surname from me and my husband. Will it cause an issue in this EE process"
To add to the response you already got
If the kids are you and your husband's biological kids, Are you and your husband's names written on their birth certificates the same way its written on your passports? If yes, you could just include a letter of explanation explaining how you all came to bear different names.

Not falsifying anything. For instance my result was evaluated by WES as a 4 years degree and IQAS as a professional degree. Does using only WES evaluation to get a lower score amount to falsification?
As long as you're not falsifying anything, I don't see the big deal with lowering your score this way.

A BIG Congratulations to those who aced & passed their IELTS!!!

It's been a while I came on the thread, been overwhelmed with work, so I'm online this midnight ooh when I saw people talking about their IELTS results. Then I remembered I also did IELTS ooh on the 18th December (First Attempt). So I rushed to check, and then I saw my result, it's very painful I had 6.5 in writing, though, I didn't prepare well, my first letter & essay were the ones I wrote in the actual test but I still expected to have scored at least 7.

Please, what would you advice me, regarding this result..? embarassed

LSRW - 8776.5

Thanks to y'all
You can just try your luck by remarking writing. But since you already said you didn't prepare well, the remarking may not change anything but you've not got much to lose by trying.

Alternatively you can re-register and prepare well. Aim for the highest band this time, not just 8777. You can DM me your writing samples when you're preparing so that I'd point out any errors you might be making.

Are you comparing DOB’s, names, addresses with bank statements? They ask for those only because it’s necessary to do your security/background checks. That’s literally information they can’t process your application without. It’s also information you already know, you don’t even need to ask your family’s permission to use that. An address, DOB, name etc aren’t as confidential as your banking information is. I’m not taking educated guesses. IRCC will never ask for your donors SOA especially if they aren’t on the application. Take that to the bank. I also don’t think there’s anything unreasonable with asking for names and addresses of family members. There’s so many other places that ask for that information. When you process your Social insurance number, they even ask for your parents information if I can remember clearly. I think they asked for my moms maiden name or something like that. There’s also so many organizations that have forms that ask for such info. Asking for someone else’s bank statements is unreasonable because the chances of the person even giving it to you(the applicant) are extremely slim. I would rather give out my DOB and name than give out my bank statements to a friend to use on an application that doesn’t concern me tbh. That’s why I said it’s an unreasonable request.
They may never ask for the donor's account statement but you may get an ADR that could just be easily cleared up with that document even if it's not specifically asked for. They never even asked for donations as pof to begin with, so anyone using giftdeed bears the whole responsibility of making the pof as clear as possible to the VO. After all in student applications where sponsors are allowed, sponsors bank statements are submitted. After reading those judicial review cases, I've realized that the most important thing is to try to keep your application as truthful, clear and straightforward as possible.

I read a case here of someone who submitted just proof of a 6-month+-old investment as POF, he got ADR to submit 12 months of his account statements. I'd attach a screenshot and I'm still wondering how/if he got out of it.

sad for the kids. The law is the law. A woman who can forge consent surely wont allow the man access to the kids ever again once they reach Canada. Its human nature to be selfish. When the kids become adults they may take sides or be neutral. In Canada women have all the rights in marriage and they use it, the man had the power of consent he used it too. The lesson is forged documents can always come back to bite.
The man could have given the document then changed his mind just to be petty. Could have been an exes with benefits situation gone sour like the woman said. A lot of couples these days are unbelievably immature. That said, they both have money for unnecessary court case so the kids will be fine.

It's not necessary.
That's what you think.I fixed roughly the same amount I need for my POF, 4 months ago so what's the proof that I didn't borrow it? Especially since I've been unemployed for 2 years. Everyone's application is going to be unique sha, what works for one may not work for the other. I read the link on various rejected cases that were appealing for judicial review and many of the cases the judgement said it's the responsibility of the applicant to submit any document that would make your application clearer to the VO. You don't have to wait and assume they will ask cos not all of them will ask before making a decision. The guidelines clearly says the money should not be borrowed and to me if money looks like it was fixed just for your application then its your job to make it clear that it wasn't borrowed.

If you are asking whether you can put the money you received as a gift in a fixed deposit the answer is yes but you'll still have to submit the gift deed, a document showing the inflow to your account and the FD certificate.

They mostly got this number of immigrants from inland applications. All their CEC and International students.
Yeah I got that after reading the link but the story also shows that they're still very much in need of immigrants and we outland applicants are just victims of their attempt to slow the covid spread in their country. It's sad how long we've had to wait, I was re-reading old PPR gist yesterday and seeing where people thought their applications took long because it took about 150 days to PPR. Who knew we'll witness 500 days and counting. Hopefully things go back to normal soon.
