The letter was addressed to the public and signed by the office of the registrar. It is the same thing when you see a public statement from a company signed by management. That is standard practice. Get a a grip of yourself and stop exposing your poor education.

What’s wrong with the date? That’s a standard letter that would be given to everybody that makes enquiry about the matter. That is why it is addressed to “To Whom it may concern”.

That same letter was given to Kperogi and so many others who have made enquiry at the university. Arise could as well written to the university or send a journalist to authenticate the letter instead of raising senseless issues like date.

Those sacked are young men and women from Osun state. They are poor folks who want a better life and a chance to serve their state irrespective of the party in government.
