If the money is drug money, the US government will never give him back the substantial part of the money and they will never give him full clearance like they did.

If all you have to do to get over a drug or criminal case is to just part away with less than 30% of money alleged to have been criminally gotten, Hushpuppi would have made similar deal with the US and he won’t be in prison today after losing every single kobo found on him. We all know there is no drug indictment or conviction against Tinubu. Tinubu was never charged to court in the matter and he got a substantial part of his money back. The US government has stated clearly that he has no case with them unlike Atiku that was criminally indicted by the US senate.

In the case of Atiku

APC will win Nasarawa clearly. PDP used to be a strong opposition in the state but with Labour taking away votes from stronghold like Karu local government and some part of Keffi, it’s going to be an easy victory for APC.

There is no moral or whatever burden anywhere. The US government already made it very clear that Tinubu has no moral, criminal or any kind of indictment or conviction whatsoever. Why making an issue out of nothing?

Atiku Abubakar was clearly indicted by the US senate in the igate scandal. He is the one with a moral and criminal baggage and not the person who has been cleared of all allegations.

The IG wrote to the US embassy seeking information about the case. If they want to respond, are they supposed to address the letter to your family head on your local language?

Why would anybody forge a letter that will be shared publicly and seen by everyone including officials of the US embassy? Una no dey think?

The number of people at this local government rally are even more than the people that attended Peter Obi’s Benue state rally.

Now, they want us to abandon this kind of focused and purposeful leadership for a Peter who couldn’t get any single thing right in Anambra state. Like I’ve always said, Lagos is by far the best governed state in Nigeria and Tinubu is responsible for institutionalizing the good governance we’ve seen in Lagos in recent years.

As a leader, you must be able to mentor and bring up successors who will not just continue with your vision but keeps improving on it. That’s the difference between Tinubu and the rest of them. The choice before us in 2023 can’t be more clear. Do we want a leader that can reset the country on the path of sustained good governance or we want to continue with the trial and error of the past that has taken us to nowhere.

Tinubu has the experience, charisma, intellect and firmness to lead us right. He’s the best that we have at this point. We must do everything possible to ensure he’s elected president next year in the overall interest of the country.

For a state rally, this is not impressive. The crowd I’m seeing here can’t even fill up a 10k capacity stadium.
