If they’ve all lost their return ticket on the platform of APC, it shows how irrelevant and lightweight they are. Most of these guys won simply because of the Buhari wave and nothing else.

Whatever the case is, Bauchi is not one of the state APC is expected victory. Even though there is serious problem in the state chapter of PDP as announced recently by the governor, we know Atiku will win Bauchi so this is not a problem in any way.

You guys are entitled to your opinion but be rest assured that Tinubu will win Zamfara, Katsina, Jigawa, Sokoto, Kaduna, Bornu, Yobe, Gombe, Niger, Kogi, Kwara and Nasarawa all in the north.

While we are all guilty of tribalism and ethnic sentiments, northerners are also reasonable people who understand the challenges of our diversity. They voted for MKO over Tofa in 1993 and voted significantly for Obasanjo over Buhari in 2003.

When they wanted power in 2015 (and rightly so), the south west rose beyond ethnic sentiments to ensure power is returned to the north. In 2023, the north will rise beyond the sentiments Peter Obi supporters are projecting and Tinubu will win all the northern states I mentioned above.

APC will win the NW, SW and NC. Atiku should win NE and Peter Obi SE. SS for now is really very close to call but I think Atiku should win Bayelsa, Delta and Akwa Ibom. Obi may win Edo. Rivers will go with whoever Wike decides to support while Cross River may go to APC. Overall, Bola Tinubu is the next president of Nigeria.

Civil forfeiture. All other explanations are just rubbish. There is a reason why courts differentiate civil cases from criminal cases. If you don’t know the difference that’s your problem. What matters is that there was no criminal case and no criminal indictment or conviction.

There is no law that says being involved in a civil is a ground for disqualification in politics. Criminal conviction is what the law is against. If you have any evidence of criminal conviction, post it on this forum or go to court instead of making noise all over the place.

Let me burst the brain of some of you, when the issue of drug and Chicago certificate first came up in the build up to the 2003 election, it was this same crooked Femi Falana that represented Tinubu. He defended Tinubu up till the case was dismissed by the Supreme Court. So, what has changed? He doesn’t believe in the Tinubu he defended back then again?

Sensible people all over the world know that forfeiture cases are civil cases and it could be for a lot of reasons like taxes etc. Only hateful and bigoted Ipobs think forfeiture cases are criminal in nature.

In the US, no government will enter into plea bargain with a convicted drug trafficker. They will strip you off every single dollar you’ve mage and sent you to a lengthy jail term.

What we are saying is that Bola Tinubu was found guilty of being a member of an illicit drug cartel and money laundering syndicate, and he forfeited some huge amount of money to US government to settle the case then and the case got closed.


So to US government, Bola Tinubu no longer have any drug case with US government because the case has been settled, but he remained banned from visiting US unless with a high diplomatic passport like Presidential passport and government lobbying.

Can you provide a copy of the judgement that declared Tinubu guilty of drug trafficking? When Tinubu went to America last year for surgery and in 2012 for Obama’s nomination, which high diplomatic passport did he use?

If it was a straight battle between Atiku and Tinubu, I won’t bother to argue because Atiku will win. But Peter Obi is in the picture and will take a very substantial vote away from PDP. Obi plus APC party structure is why Tinubu will win the state.

If Atiku wins, he has earned the right to rule as president for four years and as citizens, we owe him and the country a duty to support him. That’s how democracy works and the same is applicable to all other candidates.
