Misery loves company. Instead of owning their bad behaviour people prefer to drag others into their dirt.

True. Misery loves company

What the lady posted was educative.. Good.

But telling prospective wives that all men will cheat gives them a faulty psychological mindset and it paints all men promiscuous, which isn't right.

That is what i'm just against. Because these ladies will read it and go into marriage, subconsciously waiting for their spouse to cheat and then for them to practise what they read from that post

If you've read James Allen's As A Man Thinketh, he proves with faultless laws that what a man thinks comes to him

Bolade005:

@ the bolded, I'm not saying those men have ever cheated but it's funny how you can boldly vouch for them. You think they'd tell you if they've ever cheated?

I don't believe every man will cheat but I believe every man has the potential to cheat. It's inborn, it takes a lot for a man not to cheat in this world we live in.

Shiii... I know wah i'm saying.. I friggin know wah i'm saying bout the emboldened. 'Erryman got potential to cheat' is a different statement from 'every man will cheat'.

I'vr listened to these men talk about their marriages, and when i listen to people, especially in issues like these, i don't just hear words.. I listen. I heard their wives too. These people are not very intelligent so that they can manipulate voice tones and events to make me believe some sick shii...

Meanwhile, it takes a lot for anyone, man, woman, pastor, imam, babalawo, not to cheat.

I still maintain my stand. She should take back that statement.

With my Sherlock Holmes mind, i am beginning to hypothesise that the nairalandress in question - MrsPhyno, opened another account and is creating 'Crush on MrsPhyno' threads to get people to search her out and pay her attention.

Another hypothesis i pose is that this Darven is a minor.. And he wants attention too

If my hypotheses be wrong, i'll accept whatever.

Darven, this is getting really silly

People should stop extrapolating from their situation to judge or predict that of others.

I, for one, know more than three men who have been married for more than 20 years and have never cheated. Never cheated!

She should take back that statement. Not every man is like her husband.

*she said she spent decades of her life.. Is it not a 3 decade marriage? That is a gross exaggeration which was typed to hype things..

No remedy bro.

Its hard, but leave her and look forward.. To what you want to achieve in life and ask yourself if a girl or lady like this will be of good use to you if you both eventually get together.

Its obvious she doesn't value you. Would you remain with someone like that?

See this as a blessing, that you know how she feels about you and you can drop her for whoever she likes and move forward in your endeavours .

Don't ask your next girlfriend for sex... It doesn't show that you have values.

Don't you know a counsellor or something?

Okay, around 1 am to 4 am i think, listen to 102.3 Radio Intercontinental. You'll get to hear a lotta issues related to wah you are saying and get advice too. People call to tell their problems and they get advice. You'll learn a lot.

What does one get for sending articles or stories?
Is there a certain number of words for the articles?
Does one lose his ownership of the article after publication?

#1 is so unbelievably childish. What ever happened to just being natural & answer messages when you can? Even if it's seconds later. Who cares? It's sickening when people treat relationships like a competitive sport of keeping scores.

Personally, I EXPECT quick responses, unless of course someone is genuinely busy. Don't have time to be waiting hours for a reply because I find it disrespectful & it's one sure way to get me disinterested. I'm not about to wait hours for someone to reply like they're a flipping prince of Arabia. I got stuff to do too but I make sure to get back to someone as soon as I get the time to respond & not because I'm keeping scores or trying to be whatever. It's a matter of courtesy. Don't have time for games

I think this will be the second time I'll be asking you to school nairaland females on rules of engagement...

Jeez! What maturity!

Must there be some friggin rule we must follow to relate with people? (that's actually a rhetoric)

This is not Yankee...this is Nigeria! A girl can tell a guy she likes him here but she'd probably be played with or taken for granted.
Most guys now see it as she's the one dying for you so they take advantage!

So there you have it!
Tho I have told a guy I have feelings for him before(and he never took advantage of me cos he had a different mentality cos he was raised abroad) I won't advise any girl to. If you like him, show him the signs...flirt with him. But as far the guy na born & bred naija guy...no try am

Not all of them born and bred here have that mentality. Some of them were born here but grew up on Barney, Harry Potter, Enid Blyton, Celine Deon, Craig David... And name it.. Aiit!

Maybe you're dull hence you get asked trite questions
. I don't see what the big deal is, just give an answer & steer the conversation to a more interesting direction. Simple. It's like you're just mute & waiting to be asked questions. Why don't YOU ask him "fun" questions if a fun conversation is what you want? Smh

Please let her know.. In yoruba.. Je ko mo!

Jeez! Its the OP kinda girls that make chatting become 'work' for guys..

My golly! A guy chats with them and they've already premeditated that he has intentions.. Then they play hard when there's actually no game at all.. Then the guy, just to have a good time asks questions, and they reply with answers that'll make you prefer reading calculus than reading their replies... Then you get short of questions, ask stupid questions and then they term you boring...

Please, edjucate the Homo sapien femininos pequeños

Thanks

SSpeter:
and how and why is it a silly question? You just wanna form a hard or macho dude......lollll.....lets be reasonable for a second pls

I'm not some hard macho whatever.

Look, i liken to chat with girls, most times, girls older than me, cuz that's where serious and life-promoting things are learnt by me about the future. Chatting with older women also makes me see women in another light.. The kinda light that makes you wanna respect them and treat them right, subconsciously knowing that nothing should and would happen between us.

Now, do you expect me to call a lady 3 to 5 years older than me or hit her up on a chat app asking her 'What did you eat?' as the first question?

I might ask her her during the chat, but i said its rare i do that.

Now, to girls my age or lower, chatting with them and asking them that question makes me feel like i'm posing my self as a no-lifer.. That i don't have her important issues at heart.. And i rarely chat with them these days coz i've got more important things to do, and probably when i chat with them, they consider me outdated or something coz i don't flirt, so, so they reply with answers that make me ask myself if i'm begging them to chat with me, so i balled outta their courts.

I could ask, but rarely.. There are much more important questions that would send one into thoughtful thinking than 'What did you eat?'

Hope i clarified something..
Romance / Re: If A Guy Grabs Your Boobs Unexpectedly, What Should You Do? by alterswerve(m): 5:15am On Nov 20, 2015
It depends on the boobies

Groundnut boobies: I'll call the guy a paedophile and pray for him.

Agbalumo boobies: Well, this one needs improvement so i'll allow him

Coconut boobies: Jeez! I'll be annoyed o. Wah da fudge! He wanna destroy package. This bosom still has a future na.

Watermelon boobies: Woh.. No matter the grabbing, this kinda boobies is what Tom and Jerry calls 'The End' so... I'll let him grab... Let him nor go an die

Btw.. Which one does OP have?
