A man showcases an entire empty estate filled with luxurious mansions abandoned in the heart of Abuja. In the short video, several houses are seen in a dilapidated state, prompting many to ask why such beautiful houses or mansions are left abandoned and in such a pitiful state.

We're not discussing ordinary houses or buildings here, but rather mansions in a very large estate occupying vast land in the heart of Abuja. From this video, it's evident that this estate is expansive, containing several beautiful buildings abandoned to decay.

Don't jump into arguements before reading properly. I responded to the argument about Awka having or not having enough dualised roads. And it has been proven that the capital city doesn't come close to Owerri in dualised roads.
Even the fegge you are talking about is not better than amainyi road, ihitte uboma LGA of Imo state. Many inner roads in other LGA'S of imo beat it hands down in quality.

I have debated what you have just said here now years ago on YouTube. Owerri have grabbed everything that comes to Imo not minding how other zones are feeling, but what are you going to do since we have had dummies as governors? If there's a will from any governor to also give some attention to other zones no individual, group or people in Owerri can dare stand on his way. When Rochas wanted to move, is it Eke Onunwa to Naze, though still under Owerri zone the elders of Owerri protested, cursing and threatening fire and brimstone should he dare but Rochas cared less and went ahead to move the market and guess what? No fucking heaven fell. So it all boils down to the governors to decide and not any person. I repeat all what we have had since the return of democracy in Imo are bunch of accursed rogues, 419ers in politician garment. Well Owerri people are already suffering the consequences of their wickedness which is supported by successive governors against other zones in the state because almost all their daughters are official prostitutes. Yes that's what you get when you grab all the federal and states unis, polys, etc to your zone only. Things will not likely go well in Owerri in the future if this trend continues in Imo state.

There is nothing so special here until we are privy to the Memorandum of Understanding between Abia State Government & Cranburg Construction. That is the document that will list all the roads to be constructed with the money. There is no law forbidding a private organization, such as Cranburg to approach its bankers for facility to execute a contract. If Access Bank finds her customer, Cranburg Construction credit worthy, then public opinion holds no sway

I have been a radical critic of the way Imo state is been governed by successive governments after late Mbakwe who gave us the 3 major cities state by creating Okigwe, Orlu and Owerri, and the plan was for the 3 cities to develop simultaneously not developing one and leaving the others to rot like we are seeing now. Yes, it was during his time as governor every part of Imo experienced true governance even though the Imo state he governed was far bigger than what we have now yet he did exceptionally well. All what we have now are bunch of rogues who came in to steal, kill and destroy and I know Almighty God will destroy them and their generation. It was during Mbakwes time I saw white men for the first time when they came to mount electric polls and weirs in my village in the early 80s. I was just a small boy then but you know Imo state was a light to other parts of Nigeria during Mbakwes time. I'm from Okigwe zone where the presence of Imo state government has been completely absent since the return of democracy in 1999. So I'm more pained than you over what you are complaining about and I would never have responded to the pig that has been all over this space spewing rubbish against Imo if he has channeled or restricted his curses and insults on the government of Imo state, but no his lumping a major core Igbo state, government and her people together cursing, insulting and treating the whole Imo people with so much disdain.. Don't tell me you are in alliance with such a slowpoke that insults not just the government of Imo but the entire people of Imo, just because your area is not been developed by the central government of Imo state. If you are indeed with him in this or sees nothing wrong in what he is doing here then there's no hope for the both of you. Beside, it's you who is deviating from the question I asked the fellow that you jumped on. I asked him to give me a link to any estate in the entire Anambra state that comes close to Civic center estate Owerri, not where the federal estates are located in the state. Thank you.
