Aesthetically, Florence Ita-Giwa is at liberty, like any other woman, to make effort to look beautiful. The buildings are still there wasting away and he, Donald Duke has not even been able to explain how to put the buildings to use as the one who conceived the project.

All over the world, a massive project as Tinapa comes with a document that shows the plan, the phases, the objectives, cost/benefit analysis, opportunities it offers, scalability, how it will impact other sectors, etc. This helps everybody to buy into the project and successive governments would find it easy to continue or even improve upon. Tinapa looks now like Donald Duke's personal pet vanity project.

From the voice transcript, it is clear the minister has had a previous conversation with this student and this student, out of fear, told her the suspended prof didn't rape her (contradicting her earlier protests about rape by this prof). Now, she is calling the student again, reminding her not to deviate from what she earlier told her, that she had the conversation recorded. That if she goes to the panel to say something else different from what she told her (the minister) , she will release the audio of the conversation.

Why is the minister acting like the suspended Prof's advocate? How come she is talking privately to a witness in a case that she is investigating and threatening the said witness with jail? She even said the suspended prof has gone to court and that her ministry will join the prof to make sure the girl is jailed. Even telling the student that there is nothing the VC can do for her, that she is superior to the VC, all in an attempt to intimidate the girl.

She should hands off from this case! Her neutrality has been compromised.
