......"Justice Dimgba noted that while EFCC ignored a petition that was sent to it since 2016, it acted swiftly by summoning Benue officials on the same day it received a petition within the period governor Ortom threatened to decamp. “Public institutions such as the 1st Defendant who are maintained with the public purse, must not only be impartial and politically neutral, but must be seen to be such. They must also sequence their activities in such a way as not to raise suspicions that they are motivated by considerations other than the genuine mandate for which they have been set up. “The point is that it is the level of efficiency and frenzy displayed by the 1st Defendant in receiving a petition on a particular day and which received immediate and instant attention that has aroused suspicion and curiosity, in the light of the fact that a first petition received in June 2016 did not receive the same level of efficiency and attention. “Speaking directly, and calling a spade its English name, it is the sudden display of efficiency by the 1st Defendant to investigate possible commission of economic and financial crimes by officials of the Benue State Government at a time of a change in the political affiliation by the leadership of Benue State, when such efficiency was not displayed on a petition received at a time when the leadership of the state was in the same political affiliation with the Federal Government, that has given rise to the suspicion and corresponding resistance that the 1st Defendant’s actions in carrying out its mandate in relation to the financial affairs of Benue State was being ill-motivated by malice and political considerations....". That's a partisan EFCC for you.... meanwhile the fraud petition sent to this same incompetent EFCC by a former director of Alpha Beta the firm that collects revenue on behalf of the Lagos state government is gathering dust in their archive....if Lagos state had been a PDP state one need no Sherman to tell him/her how Magu would have swooped on it. Not also forgetting the APC governor that was discovered to have used the first tranche of the bail out fund to build a hotel in a certain state...that case too had been buried by Magu... To everything there is a season this government shall definitely pass. |
kendrick93:Your outburst only succeeded in exposing your constricted intellectual capacity... instead of responding based on issues you're busy spewing more crap. I'll just pass you by as the insignificant urchin that you are. |
kendrick93: ![]() So we should discard Budgit tech based assessment and adopt you own hate induced erdash balderdash...did you see Rivers state mentioned anywhere in that publication? My friend you better gaan have you head examined. |

LuciferKristi: ![]() Mehn why this somuch hatred for people that hardly know of your existence. You really do need a life of your own smh |
Teewhy2: ![]() Osinbajo leader of the APC in the south west indeed, where does that place Tinubu. The vice President is Tinubu's making and asuch that your postulation is a leaking basket. On the flip side it appears Osinbajo is begining to grow interest in establishing his own structure as the days progresses, one is not surprised about this development as it is in synch with his future presidential ambition. |
![]() Hmmmm! Lagos everything uncivilised takes root from this city, the way those commercial danfo drivers and conductors urinate on the main roads and their tyres while on traffic is mind boggling, no sense of decency or decorum at all....and to think there are endless number of traffic wardens and agencies charged with ensuring sanity on the road totally confounds. |
Wao! That's incredible speed at 1000km/hr approximately 278m/sec.... we're talking about almost 3/4 of a standard Olympics size runing track in one second. Safety ought to be utmost in this venture any accident will be catastrophic not to talk about the G-forces that will be exerted on the passengers. |
pope777: ![]() anals indeed seem you have an unassailable penchant for sodomism... |
]You a see the reason why one needs to be careful before jumping into conclusions.... If the General was a xtian, everyone will point at the Fulani. Now Berom xtians turned themselves to Hitler wannabe, throwing people and cars into pond. The leaders and all able-bodied men in the communityshould be arrested and prosecuted in the court of law for genocide.
![]() And you had no qualms concluding that the army general was killed by Berom christians, whata hypocritical modafucker you are. |

amaniro: ![]() How about the waste lands the birth place of cultism brought from the pit of hell by the reincarnated devil himself Oduduwa. Lagos state takes centre place as the ancestral home of cultism even the police commissioner admitted that 50% of the youths in Lagos are cultists. Ogun state is slightly more advanced in operation ...they mine parts instead ![]() |
![]() What fvckery is this? |
This is nerve wrecking, mother nature indeed possesses unstoppable force, the shear scale of the destruction is mind boggling. RIP to the dead I know the Indonesian government are serious minded people, they'll rebuild their cities in no distant time unlike a certain country where Boko haram has rendered a particular section of that particular country inhabitable for upward of 10years |
ModsareChevres: ![]() Aboy which one is Tinubi is politically finished...is it by wishing it were so,..Tinubi might not be the most likeable person but give it to him he's got guts and dexterity. You guys should stop this unwarranted hatred of the guy joor. |

![]() Once the mouth is opened in an argument, you don't need any Sherman to tell you where they are from.. Tell me the difference between these ones and the amajiris in the far north. One look at them then you see everything that has gone wrong with the Nigerian youth. Indeed they're suffercated ![]() |
