I created thread on crime section, of how one of them keeps calling my mobile line every week telling me to repay the loan l took from them or else, they would send sabotaging SMS/calls to my contacts. And I have NEVER in my life applied for a loan.

Were you forced to take the loan or in your bid to acquire fast and easy money you failed to read the terms and conditions of the loan application.

The disturbing issue the society and most commentators here have failed to beam their search light on has to do with the Nigerian police repeated use of torture as the readily available tool to investigate matters with near zero intelligence or forensic based investigations.

Nigeria must rise above these form of primitive practices by her security agencies and more importantly the judiciary and governing authorities must ensure there are consequences for these archaic methods.

Prosecuting police officers present severely tortured victims sometimes with bullet wounds on their feet in courts and the judges look the other way as if it is the normal.

Only in Nigeria you hear police officers threaten and brag to shooting people and nothing will happen just for trying to defend their rights.

Your logic is very erroneous, the party constitution is very explicit on the issue of zoning of elective positions, the presidency went northward fairness demands the chairmanship position come southward, don't forget the dismissed erstwhile party chairman Uche secondus did not complete his tenure before Ayu was elected on the premise that the presidency should go southward.

Also bear in mind that the internal squabble within PDP actually lead to their defeat...Now it doesn't matter who is at the helm of affairs, Pdp have lost Abia, Benue and Sokoto states and one is not sure if the governments of Oyo, Rivers and Enugu will want to make financial contributions toward the national secretariat with Ayu at the head.
