Both EH and Graduate trainees are solidly valid. Nothing like streamlining. Don't be too sure |

Chukeg: Are HND and OND holders placed on Senior staff leve?l. I read otherwise from somewhere . Or is there a medium level? Yes. With OND the maximum Senior Staff level you can attain is SS3 while with an HND you can attain the maximum level of SS1. The only disadvantage of having HND as your Highest qualification is that you can't become a Deputy Manager or Manager except you have PGD/Masters. Infact an HND holder in NNPC can be your supervisor even if you have BSC/MSC/PHD if your just entering the organisation. |

Chukeg: Even if they are starting another recruitment in January, it may likely be for junior staff (HND, OND, SSCE). not for this particular one we re in. Take note OND and HND holders are not placed on junior staff level but Senior Staff level. SSCE, TT, Diploma e.t.c are placed on JS level. |

Susizo: Landing gist (long post alert) PPR landed June 20, 2019, with all the excitement we started checking for flights Meanwhile we were indecisive between Edmonton and Saskatoon..... Fast forward, COPR landed and we decided to book Ethiopian airlines to Edmonton on October 10. Then we started packing oooo( d worst part of this gist). It wasnt easy cos i shuttled between Abuja and Ibadan. Didn't stop work until 30th September. We sha kept packing till last day o. Got light weight bags from the 1 and only trusted Musibau. Weighed with the digital weighing belt and only 1 bag was 22kg, the other 5 bags were between 26 and 30kg.... Jesu how we for do? Hubby just concluded we will pay for either extra luggage or excess.
So on Thursday 10th October, we headed to the airport by 9am for a 1:40pm flight and got there around 11.30 (thanks to lagos traffic). The potbellied agric people came and we just sorted them with 1k. We weighed our bags and as expected, 5 were overweight, long story short we dropped some dollars and they allowed us spread some things over our hand luggages. By the time we were done, there was no time to say proper good byes and take pictures. Ethiopian airlines was good, food was ok, in-flight entertainment kept our daughter busy. The trip from Addis to Toronto is looooooooog o, thank God our daughter was really calm (God answers prayers). Immigration queue long die, as if everybody dey rush into Canada. We weren't asked about POF, he just asked for our COPRs, and address to send PR cards. He then welcomed us. We missed our connecting flight to Edmonton and was rescheduled for another flight late in the night. Went to CIBC at the airport, opened account and got some freebies (You can check them too). We got to Edmonton 11.30pm 11th October, got to our host's house and orisirisi were waiting for us. We settled for Hot rice, plantain and spicy chicken stew... Thanks you sis and bro. We haven't done much as its weekend plus Thanksgiving on Monday.
I wanna thank everyone for the help and info along the journey.
Love y'all Hi madam Congratulations I rejoice with you. Please I need to ask few questions sent you a PMS. |

Like so many people have said, Nairaland does not control the Nigerian auto market. It is just a small part of it. As long as we prioritize the needs of customers and continue to innovate, all of us can dey our dey, and still smile to the bank. |

tpiar: Oh jeez, here we go again. Why do you people always have chips on your shoulder?
You opened thread to tell us you were asked questions when border crossing, this is a public forum, meaning it is public domain full of anonymous strangers, did you not know that?
If you have proprietary information you dont want others to see, dont put it here, I think it's that simple.
Have a select group elsewhere or specify who is allowed to view your threads and topics, mention them by name instead of getting paranoid over what you caused yourself.
Life really does not have to be this complicated.
There is also a diary section.
If you are one of the people I have offended before, kindly let me know your old id and post links to the insults because I dont know what concerns me with your green card or yourself paapaa. Cry me a river.

amdman: I think the way we have been and are still being attacked from every side has become rather disgusting. It is very apparent that the attacks are not motivated by any desire to inform the public, but from a manifest fear of competition. As usual, instead of competitors to innovate and bring new strategies to the market, they have resorted to the usual ‘pull him down’ mentality that is synonymous with doing business in Nigeria. In truth however, the rule of modern business is innovate or die! We are not fazed by the personalities that have arrayed themselves against us, or however they may want to use their privileged/respected positions on the forum against us. Anyone that dares to go against the status quo must first fortify himself and we are well-prepared. We will however not descend into mudslinging because we do not wallow in the mud with those that sling mud.
Let me reiterate that on all the cars we offer, we provide as much information as is available to us upfront. When we inspect, we carry the buyer along and he/she usually gets a video inspection of the car before the buy decision is made. Some buyers send their friends/family here in Canada to check out the car.
Do we post all offers that are sent to us or that we find? NO
Do we buy all the cars we inspect? NO
Our buy decisions are made only if we are satisfied that the car is in good shape, and that if the buyer needs to fix anything, he/she will still be able to make some substantial savings after the fix. Added to that is the fact that the buyer can rest easy knowing that he/she has bought a clean title vehicle, and not an accidented scrap that has been coupled together in Nigeria. The testimonies that we have received till date show that our strategies are working.
Let the traducers know that we are currently overwhelmed with car requests. So if they think they have seen anything, it is just the beginning.
We appreciate all those who have consistently taken a stand by our side. Be rest assured that we will continue to serve you with honesty and integrity. Well said. Fire on. |
