@d-reloaded.the girl said she did not have money.whenever i aske she'll keep postponing the payment.if i had known things will turn out this way,i'd have prevailed on her one way or the other.

is it not me and my kindness.even her brother refused to give her.we went to IKEA together and she said she forgot her wallet and needed to buy stuff for her boyfriends new place.she asked me to kindly add her shopping and pay for it,with a promise to payback that month end.i reminded her it was my credit card.i dont know the devil that pushed me into going out with that credit card.i got shopping worth about £100.she now blasted the leftover £850.this was since july 2007.till date,i've been begging for the money like a begger.i have started paying back,but it's paining me sooooooooooooo much.ah-ah.how can anyone spend someone else's hard earned cash like that.i'll smack her o.pls warn her

£100 is too much for me right now.how can i spend a whole £100.i asked her and she told me to meet the ''dogs'' that slammed her with a restraining order to give me the money.i guess it's finally going to be a bad debt.the horrible thing is that she used my credit card to purchase things worth £850.that's how the problem started o.now i'm paying off the debt.

i'll rather use the £100 in offsetting the credit card payment.

why do you want him out of your system?are you married or seriously hooked?is he married or dating seriously also?
you may want to delegate matters that concern him to your colleagues in the office if you do not have to deal directly with him.
if you are married or engaged,then think of qualities that sweep you off your feet in your partner that he lacks. its just a crush,but a crush that isn't handled properly can lead to so many unpleasant memories.that i KNOW.  if you still are not satisfied with this,i'll tip you some more .

hi lolabbey,i know one trick to shedding weight.you can give it a try.i'm not a very big person,but after my baby came,i added a bit of weight,and my tummy did not go back down immediately.i did this and in a short while,i was my slender self again.
1/2 lime or lemon
1tbspn maple syrup
8ounces or 250mls of water
a pinch of canyenne pepper.

this should be your food.i was breastfeeding and so could not 'fast' on it.i took it as breakfast and dinner.i had a little something at lunch.it works well.while doing it,you may do well to engage in any aerobic exercise,run up and down your steps etc.

this also helps cleansing the colon and the bloodstream.you may do this 'fast' for 10 days.while at it,you may likely feel ill,get alot of cravings but never mind,just keep on.
in 2wks,you'll be in gr8 shape
