Well said my dear, but just ponder for a second. Would you stay married to a man who beats you up at the slightest provocation or none at all?would you for the sake of your children's ''academic'' stay married to someone who would cheat on you when the oppurtuinity presents itself? or would you stay married to a guy who knows nothing about being married,but thinks a woman is a baby making machine?

My dear,one advice for you tonight

do not tolerate anyone treating youvlike garbage simply because you want to stay married for the sake of your kids' education. If the time comes in a marriage for you to move on,then the chapter is closed. You move on with your life and make a meaning out of it.Yes ,it's good to be married,but do not make yourself a slave to anyone for just that reason. i am married,and happily for that matter.So i'm not saying one should not make sacrifices. Every woman knows when it's time to bail. When the time comes,you do just that: BAIL

I have not said you sent any mails to cynthia.she has told you her real name,so you might as well address her as such. I am not one of those ''brats'' who sit and post fairy tales. i only do fairy tales when i read to my little boy. Nairaland helps me loosen up,especially at work when things get rough and tough. talking about Nigerians here, i sometimes feel like i'm in Lagos.the yoruba i heard in thorntonheath made me wonder if i was in western Nigeria. During summer/winter sales .you'll find them everywhere-clarks,m&s, ikea,,

raising kids out here in london is not the best i must say,but most times you really cannot help it. was in slough for a bit.i thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

there is work to do out here in London,so,we have to stay put.

thank you so much my dear brother for that intelligent advice.how can he ever think of that? what kind of us citizen is this? most of us have got uk passports too,and we are scrambling to get one from Nigeria.

i know what i went through to get Nigerian passports for both of my kids.when you hold a Nigerian p.port you do not need a visa to visit.i dont know about anyone else,but the frustration i went through trying to get a visa for my children from the embassy here in london was horrible.so i got them a nigerian passport.

you have to ask yourself a few questions.eg what was the last thing you did b4 bed,what meal did you have etc. i do not mean any harm,but are you abusing some hard substances? or are you taking someone else's medication?
these symptoms may be pointing to an underlying problem.the nose bleeds is a very minor problem.but when it comes with severe headaches and muscle cramps like you have described,then,a closer look should be taken.

hi dear,you have to make you are indeed frigid before.there are factors i'd like to call 'symptoms' of frigidity.the main one being lack of sexual desire.in most women,there are times of the month when the libido hits a peak.for some it may be just before or after their monthly flow. A woman is said to be completely frigid if at no time during the month she experiences this rise in libido.

It may be that you feel a certain pain on penetration or at anytime during coitus and so there is a subconcious fear of feeling this pain.this also is a reason for frigidity. whatever it may be however,the best option is to discuss with your husband and talk about it frankly.
Mosr people believe that frigidity is of the mind.this is why i think it should be discussed with your partner.

there are hormonal drugs which can be taken to alleviate this 'condition' .i have some constraints listing them here;and that is aside from the fact that these hormonal substances also have their side effects.they may not be readily purchased OTC. i dont know how good you are with herbal or homeopathic medicine.
there is st john's wort and then again you have the passiflora.these will definitely help if frigidity is caused by anxiety or anything emotional. The good thing about the natural approach is that there is no known side effects.
