If I knew this man I would advice him to dump you.

I can’t stand a week’s teamwork with a nagging woman let alone a lifetime.

To be in charge of accounts is a position of trust. In your position, If I do nothing for one day while this is happening I will be losing sleep with guilt, for betraying the trust of my boss. I will definitely feel like a criminal.

You must have a sound documentation of what is going on and go beyond that to making recommendations on what to do as solution to the problem and submit to your boss.

Failing to do that places you among the criminals, and then you must stop being hypocritical and calling yourself God fearing.

The north should know that this their stupid act of marrying kids can only be tolerated in their region.
Any attempt to expand their criminal marriage to the south will be met with stiff resistance
Girls from the south are more than objects for the other rooms.
Over Here, We Don't Marry Kids And You Guys Should Respect That
Still, Seven Years Is Too Small
They don’t marry kids in Igbo land. They just impregnate them and sell the babies in their baby factories

What about the Igbos stealing children from northern streets and selling them as slaves in Onitsha market?

They should have life sentences in jail.

Felyyaks:
If you had taken the tetanus injection, you wouldn't have gone through all the stress.
Anyways you shouldn't feel inferior because of the scar, with the right medication it will disappear though gradually.
This has nothing to do with tetanus injection.

Tetanus injection is to prevent tetanus and the man did not have tetanus. He had an infected wound which healed with a hypertrophied scar. ( I don’t think it is keloid). That’s all.

The guy should think positive. This was an accident and he was lucky he did not lose his arm. People lose arms and sometimes even lives in accidents , a scar is not a life sentence , it is just a cosmetic issue.

Politics › Re: Welcome To Fire, Prof Gambari - Simon Kolawole by AnanseK(m): 12:41pm On May 18, 2020
datola:
In Yoruba, Gambari also implies- a nonentity, but this Gambari is a 'know it all' with his intimidating CV.

Some of those opposed to the choice of Gambari have raised historical issues: how he defended the military regime of Gen Sani Abacha, how he failed to team up with NADECO (in his position as Nigeria’s permanent representative to the UN) to help fight Abacha and how he made nasty comments about the judicial murder of Ken Saro-Wiwa. Some people feel strongly about these issues. I doubt Buhari is bothered. Some have gone a step further by calling Gambari a “Fulani jihadist” for being born in Ilorin. These are signals that he will surely face fire. However, someone who has endured taunts of “Gambari pa Fulani” in his life must have developed antibodies by now.

For me, these attributes plus being an ancient are what Buhari wanted in a loyal and trusted Chief Of Staff.
There is nothing to make dance and song about the name Gambari just because of Yoruba chauvinism.

Alade is a Yoruba name . But “ Alade “ means “ pig” or “swine” in hausa . So imagine someone coming to kano and introducing himself as Alade.

And you craftily avoided the then PTF chair-conduit pipe & crooked "Abacha never stole a dime" man under whose watch, billions were frittered away for the kleptomanic Abacha & still being looted in Nigeria today? Hypocrisy! Fact-all military leaders that have ruled Nigeria where all crooked "soldiers of fortune."
When an ignorant person is brainwashed It will be waste of time trying to say the truth. Buba Galadima should just ignore them.

The kind of propaganda done to make Abacha a monster by the Lagos-Ibadan Media can never be unraveled by anyone.

Any way Galadima thank you for trying to educate them.

The immigration is taking the matter too serious.
The code of the immigration is not attached to any religion. It only call for modest dressing. What those ladies wore are normal dress ladies wear to parties.
We saw American soldiers doing it too.
“Early in April, the NIS in a disciplinary memo asked the women to explain why the should not be subjected to punishment for allegedly violating the agency's internal code.”

Are you an immigration Officer? Have you read the internal code of the NIS? Are the codes the same with those of the American Military? This has nothing to do with religion and if you are implying that there is no modesty in Christian Ethics, you are wrong.

I maintain that what he is doing and what he has achieved are not out of any special business ingenuity. Like Danjuma, Alakija, and many Abuja lazy contractors, along with fronts of monopoly businesses, they should all be in jail or facing counts of charges on economic crimes if we were in civilized climes; but we are here calling them businessmen. The thieves like tiefnubu, Amechi, Okoroawusa, Kalu, lizard of Ubima etc who excelled from drugs, oil subsidies, looting, abandoned properties etc may also beat their chests claiming they worked for their money. Bros, if a society must move forward, wealth by cutting corners, looting, and government protected and enhanced cronies and monopolies, must give way to open competition. When you use government to stop or harass others competing with you as shown in the Ibeto saga, Edo, or Benue cement wars, you are merely a front man not a credible businessman.
You did not mention any effort of yours.

Wailing will not take you anywhere.

There is no food for lazy man. Do something and stop the envy.

It seems like our own Christian governors always feel the need to please them. But it is not.
Are they not attacking the Governors now? Whether is Oyedepo or Governors, it is wrong to have congregation in confined spaces such as Mosques and churches . That will in the risk of infection. This is not rocket science.

Politics › Re: Ebonyi Seeks Approval For $80m Islamic Bank Loan by AnanseK(m): 12:57pm On May 15, 2020
Neef2018:
I am fully based in Dubai and even despite been a church boy, I think the Islamic banking system needs to be accepted globally.
Or better still, maybe our pastors can fear God and use their billions to create something better than this...which I totally DOUBT
Nearly all the projects excuted in Dubai came from money borrowed from ADIB, RAK, and the Islamic development bank.
These banks don't charge interest! They only partner with you and collect their money back while maintaining about 1-10% of the ownership of the business depending on how much loan you want. THIS MEANS, they will ONLY borrow you money if your business is feasible and they can benefit on the long run from part of the profit you make for a limited amount of time.
My father has a business in Eleme, and he's paying an interest of 25% to a microfinance bank! This microfinance is owned by one of the strong church leaders he attends oh!
Simply because of covid19, his account is now showing debit, because he couldn't pay...I mean, this bank owned by a Christain didnt even care that my father's business was shut down, they kept texting, calling and even visited him at home. They have been eyeing his Pathfinder Jeep, and discussing its value right there infront of my father. Meaning my father wont be paying 2.5million for the 2 million naira he borrowed, if care is not taken he will have to pay roughly 2.75million or 3million by the end of the year. And he has already paid 1 million before the pandemic! Can you imagine!!! The parasitic banks in Nigeria are destroying the economy by killing small businesses! They prefer giving money out to government and politicians. Anyways, kudos to Umahi for seeing beyond the religious BS. Since the church is ONLY interested in reopening so they can continue doing magic shows and collecting tithes from their members, I think a serious leader won't mind engaging a far more sincere and positive religious institution even if it isnt christain-based.
I think i will open an account with one of this islamic bank sef once im around. I don't give a damn what any Christain thinks or say about Islamic banking, it is the most humane financial institution in the world!
Tell them my brother.

I think the most ignorant and most bigoted persons in Nigeria are on Nairaland.
