You are confused, Abba Kyari was not a military man and cannot be buried in military cemetery. Military cemeteries emerged from the British colonial system and not from Islamic or traditional systems.

Delta State and Rivers each receive 3 times the amount of Money Kano State receives from the Federation account every month of the year. An average of 7 billion Naira for Kano , average of 21 Billion Naira for Delta and AKWA Ibom and average of 19 Billion Naira for Rivers State. In addition These 3 states receive huge ammounts Of Dollars as Royalties from Oil companies and remember the huge budget of the Niger Delta Development Agency and that of the Ministry of the Niger Delta and so on.

Kano’s 7 Billion Naira average is the highest in the non oil producing states except for lagos. States like Borno, Kano, Ekiti , osun , Bauchi Nassarawa and Kogi have an average of less than 4 Billion each . That is about one quarter of the allocation for Rivers and Delta states.
Why is Rivers State not like UAE today ? Why is Portharcourt or Warri not like Dubai?
