SHE is the daughter of a pastor whose church kicks against marriage with pregnancy. Her wedding is in a month's time and the invitations for the church wedding are out and have been circulated.
Now the doctor confirmed her to be one month pregnant. she wants the pregnancy terminated so that she can do the church wedding but her husband-to-be kicked against her intention. he insisted that he can not kill his baby because of wedding and that he will not show up for the wedding if the woman aborts the pregnancy. the woman also insists that she also will not do a church wedding with pregnancy. both of them have not reached an agreement despite the fact the wedding arrangement is still going on. their is confusion. please, advise on what you think they should do.

Also your wife is privileged to be among the few who can do what your mother can not do for you. your wife parts her leg for you and carry your baby. SHE ALSO DESERVES YOUR LOVE.

you love your mother and you are in love with your wife. i think the second action is more binding than the first. you spend a few decades with your mother. you are going to spend more with your wife if you live long. In my opinion, if you are monogamous, your wife comes first. but if you are polygamous, your mother comes first. However, respect your mother more than your wife.

No qualms anymore. We are used to those necessary evils - the police and nepa or power holding, the enemies of the masses. Until decent people join the police, we should stop grumbling. because jobless rogues are in the majority in this force. moreover, how much does an average policeman earn that can put food on the table? So what do you expect?

the fact that the standard of living or salary of some policemen is poor does not mean they should result to extortion and bribery. if this is justified, we could as well say that millions of unemployed nigerian graduates should go into armed robbery to justify their case. mind you, it is not all the people who some police collect bribe from that are richer than the police. some policemen just like to misuse the opportunity of the gun we put in their hands and the black uniforms we put on their neck. this is even the reason they joined the service in the first place. they are not unmindful that the salary of police is poor.

I have always heard about Nostradamus and his prophecies. he was known for making prophecies years ahead of his time and were reported to have come to pass. he was even referred to as "the man who knows tomorrow" because of the accuracies of his predictions and prophecies.

how much do you know about this man nostradamus and his predictions/prophecies? were his predictions spiritual or had religious backings. which of his predictions do you know that came to pass. had any of his predictions ever failed? please lets hear your views

the president has just taken a step in the right direction. he can not act without investigating what happened. even at court of law investigation will be carried out. My prayer is just that the investigation will be timely and not be influenced because JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED.

The location of the seat of government of any country in any region always bring enormous development to that region. In most times, that status of being the seat of government often makes that region most developed and the development often spread to nearby cities. In my opinion, i think the federal capital of nigeria should be rotated between geographical regions of nigeria to speed up development across the length and breadth of our country. who ever thought Abuja could be this developed if it was not made a capital. do you feel me? lets hear your own opinion.

my friend's father died about 2 years ago. his last wife who was in her mid thirties was about 5 months pregnant then. now she has given birth and the baby is well above one year. now the family is saying that the eldest son who has divorced his own wife, should marry d wife his father bequeathed so that he can help to raise d child and have somebody to take care of him too. D woman did not object but the man his showing some serious concern and worry. he is yet to give his own opinion. what should he do. the man is seriously confused.

When I read the threads posted by nigerian youth on nairaland, I can not but acclaim that nigerian youths are very intelligent.
My clarion call on us, nigerian youth  is to put these wisdoms together to save our dear country, Nigeria from CRUMBLING.

Some of our governors, senators, honourables and may be the people inside the "rock" seem to have run out of ideas. Some of them have good intentions for the masses but just don't know how to go about it. Some just don't know what to do. And yet they pay their advisers every month to supply them with way outs. However, nigerian youth with humongous intelligence can supply them with advices and way out without collecting a penny. 

PLEASE, LET US SPEAK. OUR VOICES WILL BE HEARD. their children, advisers, friends and may be themselves all read nairaland.
please, pick a problem from the list: SOCIAL INSECURITY, MORAL DECADENCE, ECONOMY PLUMMET, POOR QUALITY OF EDUCATION, UNEMPLOYMENT, CORRUPTION, INFRASTUCTURAL DEGRADATION, INEFFICIENT TRANSPORTATION AND SO MANY OTHER PROBLEMS THAT RATTLE NIGERIA LIKE SNAKE OF THE
EVIL FOREST, and proffer solution(s). Your IDEA might just be the magic wand.

As for me, i will suggest that nigerian government make a  plan to change one day paper-based UME exam into computer-based adaptive test like GRE or TOEFL but the structure of the UME and standard should still remain. Let there be many testing centers around the country where anybody can just walk into and write the exam and fill the schools he/she wants. by this, any students that wants to go higher institution will be forced to develop interest in computer education before he is admitted. ALSO, our computer industry will develop faster.

LET nigerian government reduce NYSC to 4 months: one month intensive military training and 3 months enterpreneural training like event management, fish farming, poultry raising, catering, food preservation, driving and other skills like that. At the end of the 4 month, let the equivalent of the one year allowance be given to the corper and discharged.

PLEASE SPEAK. LETS SAVE OUR SOULS. LETS SECURE THE FUTURE OF OUR CHILDREN YET TO BE BORN.

the child is a blessing from God and the 2 couple jointly own him. in case of separation or divorce, the father then takes custody of him. Also where the two parent hold two opposing opinions on the child, that of the father reigns supreme.

there was a case in my area. the father just converted into a religion where new baby is named on the 7th day. so, the father wantedd the child named on seventh day but the mother wanted 8th day. there was confusion. but the child was named on the 7th according to the father's wish.
