What's the person going to do?
The person stands in as your designated representative meaning, the person applies for the gcms note on your behalf and the notes will be sent to him/her. The only persons eligible to apply for a gcms note are persons in canada presently. Otherwise you can good third party sites that can apply on your behalf as well but they are more expensive

so what you are saying is someone who has been refused through gcms cannot apply again without official refusal letter
Does your application portal say " application refused". If no, then you can't do anything cos currently your application is still running until they officially update your portal to denied or refused.

Sapte:
Please for someone whose GCMS note shows refused is it advisable to withdraw the application and reapply or wait until the portal has been updated
Wait until its updated cos you will be using the same UCI number

Hello Guys,

I applied for Canadian study permit on the 14th of September and got a correspondence on the !7th from the high commission in Kenya refusing me one with the following reasons ( see attachment ).
How do I go about resolving this ? I am yet to do biometrics
What course are your going for and is it related to your experience or bsc. What level of program also.

Who is your sponsor ?

Good day!

I applied for my study permit on the 1st of September and received a refusal on the 14th of September (without doing biometrics yet). The reason given was:

"I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit."

I have admission for a 2 year program starting in the Winter term and have paid my first term fees. My first degree and course chosen for PGD are in the same industry but i suspect the issue might be from my SOP as everything else seems to be in place.

Please advise. Thank you
If its from your sop, the vo will say your sop is vague though still possible that you failed to explain the linkage between your bsc and intended course. Also is the course PGD or diploma. On your immm forms, did you select diploma as against college certificate ?

Pls my advice to you is this... Get a sponsorship for a PHD, if not make sure you have very deep pockets. No other way. Finally, travel alone, use yout family as hometies and bring your family after you have landed in canada .

Good evening sir/ma

I recently got an admission offer into the University of Manitoba for the University 1 program. Please I need guidance on applying for Visa, I have gone through the thread and watched videos too.

My spouse is going with me and I can’t find a resource for what is needed for spouse visa.

Please I need a step by step guide on how to go about it

Also, who to talk to when looking for 3rd party sponsorship for visa application.

Any input will be appreciated. Thank you.
Before you proceed with this.. Lemme ask, do you have a bsc before if yes, pls don't even try applying for visa cos you will be denied in a matter of days on the basis of Purpose of visit. WHY? Because you finished weac let's say 10yrs ago and you are going for a bsc now. The vo will want to know why the long study gap.

You will be denied based on family ties. An undergraduate traveling with his entire family. This is bound to fail.

Please if you have a bsc focus on either a masters or PGD but if its HND, pls focus on a PGD. Do not travel with your family, go alone later you can apply for them (spousal work permit)

please what is the hope of anyone who submitted his/her study permit application on 16 September 2020 02:53:02 a.m. EDT. In view of the 15th Sept deadline. While considering eligibility of postgraduate work permit.
Your application will be attended to. Nobody can authoritatively give you an answer plus its too early to be bothered, your application is still at it baby stage

Please I honestly need advice, am looking at studying in Canada for masters and I have made some research, however, I have a relation over there that can get me points, now I don't have any work experience here, and I think it plays a crucial role, however someone mentioned something about NYSC teaching experience, and I want to ask if it's legible, like if it's acceptable....
Yes it is... But when did you do your nysc (year)?

I have a question bothering me, My question is this
Is it possible to apply to a university in Canada for like a 4 years course and then maybe when one gets there and decide to apply for another college that will give a lesser year of schooling without going to the previous university at all. Will it affect the visa thing I mean like deporting the student?
have you had any body that did that and it worked for them.
It is very 100% possible but you will need to update CIC on the school change when you get there

Hello House,

Which school in Canada accepts HND engineering certificate for B. Eng.

I recently applied to Lakehead University for their 2 years conversion program but they came back saying my transcript is not recognised by the school and turned down my admission. I was rejected because of this and I don't ṣe myself spending another four years on this.

Any useful tips or information is highly appreciated.

Thanks
Please focus on colleges PGD programs. You won't get a masters admission with a HND

Alright, thank you.
But please, have you sent your new LOA and notified IRCC of your deferral via webform?
And if you have, did you notify them before or after receiving your AIP?

Thank you!
You can notify them anytime

So PGD is the best option now?
It is if you had a 2.2 otherwise, masters is also an option.

Good morning all, please can one order for a gcms note even if the application is being handled by a paid representative? Will it affect it or they wiil be informed?

Lastly, which site is the fastest to order for it please?
". Thanks
Yes you can apply without a paid representative knowing as long as you your UCI number and application number.

No site is the fastest. Standard time is 15-30working days.
