If they did EIA of the road before even awarding and starting the road construction, some of these issues and more to come might have been taken care of, mitigated or the impact on the social economic life of Nigerian could have been reduced and compensation paid.
Some of my brothers and friends that see our objections on this road construction as an attack on government with periscope biases on ethnicity, region, religion and political affiliations may not see the bigger picture. The coastal and shoreline degradation that this project will cause will be beyond imagination from Eko to Akassa to Brass.
A government that can't maintain different highways that cascaded the entire length of Nigeria has no business with coastal roads.

I abandoned my GT and FCMB accounts for close to two years now because of the charges and deductions I can not explain. Someone recently sent money to my FCMB because she couldn't find opay using ussd, before the money even dropped it had reduced. I saw RECRY Q1 card maintenance fee, RECRY Q2 card maintenance fee and what and what not, .. the money reduced annoyingly. I don't even use their cards. These traditional banks make customer service very difficult and still complain when people run away.

That's not true. It's simply because of cost factor and also because of non-existence of direct-purchase of milk from farmers. If a liter of milk (where does the market for that even exist?) sells for ₦500, poor people's children, for example, would be taking a jug of milk to school everyday. Our agriculture value chain is still very underdeveloped. So, people can only access milk by buying already processed ones in sealed cans or in sachet powdered form, unlike in America where as far back as 70 years ago, fresh milk suppliers go from house to house delivering milk to customers.

If I take milk, I will be stooling the whole day.

Bros thanks for pointing out this. Goodluck tried such much with these massive projects. If only Buhari did not play the dirty politics he could have see them through. I was privilege to work in three of the project in Abia, Rivers and Imo states
