I use local oil call adin Eko in my hometown on my dogs to control all form of skin problem including ticks , I even add to the food or give directly to the dog and it serves as deworming method. I'm not a fan of injection and tablets. So if you can get this oil fine. Just ask for the edible adin.

Like Djdamian said, it's not about what he said but the attitude, if u read my first post, I learnt a lot from him and he was like my reference for standard CO but when he criticises a dog that the owner initialy said the vet acknowledged it's crossed, u ask urself why the unneccessary talk

Well said! I loved caucasians to a fault but what we have here doesn't make sense and even when U import, our weather wouldn't help cos it won't have those long coats to protect it from extreme cold, so go for anyone big enough to make U happy

It's just so annoying when people give unsolicited and unpleasant advice. "Start with this because I too started with that" please it's not proper, someone asked for a breed he fell in love with at sight, we named it for him, and yes, it's well to advice him to read the breed up and know the challenges but concluding that he/she can't handle it is not reasonable at all. Nobody bothered to know if he/she is a first timer of not and conclusions are flying everywhere.
