Pets › Re: Can I Mate My German Shepherd Bitch On Her First Heat? by Apitch(m): 8:19am On Oct 30, 2018
It's just like impregnating a 12year old because she has seen her first period. The reason for advising you skip the first compulsorily is because she is not fully matured yet and just like VVF affects young girls in humans, dogs has their own negative effect of mating on first heat.
You might be thinking about the fast income but I guarantee you will regret it when u know better.
Finally, if you this inexperienced, how come you went to talk rubbish on a professional breeders post? Better you calm down and learn

Business › Re: How Diamond Bank Duped Me. by Apitch(m): 8:23pm On Oct 27, 2018
My brother, the word "DUPED" shouldn't come in here. Your money will be reversed. Same happened to me when I tried buying on jumia and first bank told me I have to wait for a month to see if jumia will claim they supplied me, but if after one month, and no call from jumia, they will refund me. But if you want your reversal to be fast, notify the online people you intend to pay and ask them to call your bank and clear the air.
Thanks, hope this helps

The way I see this, the contributor makes payment every month for 3 or 5 years (depending on the investment plan chosen) without getting anything in return. The bank then begins paying the receivable sum (which has interest already factored in) to the recipient from the 4th or 6th year (of course, depending on the investment plan chosen).
The Doubble Lump Sum plan is different in only one area - total contribution is made one time instead of monthly. Still payout will only begin in the 6th year.

I cannot bear to send money somewhere and not get anything in return within a year, talk more of 3 or 5 years.
They repackaged insurance and sent out, thinking we don't have pen, paper and calculator.

Sterling Bank sent me notification on this particular investment. I must say that people that structured the investment are not quite intelligent.

I have personally evaluated it, total nonsense.

how strong is sterling bank to be able to pay out this money for 6, 15 yrs interval
If you do monthly TB, you would know that the bank can do it if they invest your money in any govt security of 10%.
You can achieve more if you do it yourself

Interest rate and interest amount recapitalisation are two separate things entirely. However, a little knowledge of mathematics will show that different fund managers adopt different strategies to remain competitive. Think about this, one offers 12% today and puts the interest amount to work quarterly. Another pays interest at 11.5% and puts the interest amount to work weekly. Which of the two approaches would you prefer? You may need to do the math to know which of these two pays higher returns at the end of season. Looking at the interest rate alone will not answer that question. My advice, stick to one that best suits you, there is no point moving fund from one fund manager to another.
For the sake of learning, I did the calculation and the 12% is still better and I plead with you to do same before we deliberate and not argue.
Secondly the interest addition is not weekly but like 9days intervals
Finally Stanbic has gone below the 11.5 we are giving them
Business › Re: How I Do Petiton A Bank For Holding My Money For More Than 8hrs by Apitch(m): 6:49pm On Oct 23, 2018
Same happened to me when I had a failed transaction with jumia. Went to the bank and I was told I would have to wait for a month to see if jumia will ask for the fund and it they didn't, then I get a refund. I just thought to myself, if na when I be student nko, so locking up such money for a month seems normal to banks. I just left cos they are too familiar with me and I no get strength for wahala

I think if you have above 50m Naira cash, you can be called a millionaire in Nigeria.
As for me o, you need to have above 100m Naira cash aside your asset.
The acceptable figure is minimum of 1m$ which is about 360m Naira+
Few millionaires would have that amount in cash, except politicians. 50m maybe but 100m, why keep such money when you can send it on errand(s)
Running cost is excluded o

He makes about 12 naira everyday which means he gets about 22%p.a.
I'm tempted to move already. But the website shows 12.3xx%
Still better that Stanbic that has not moved pass 11.54 since I subscribed. Can't wait for one month to elapse so I can get moving.

Lmao ...if you claim you are earning N44 a day on your mutual fund, It means in 365 days, you'd get N16,060 . An annual interest rate of 80%. Does my calculator have a glitch or is this beans not done?
Your calculator is surely faulty, cos the earnings are averagely 12.4 or there about. Calculate again

I learnt alot from this group but i'm at a crossroad right now.... I have MMF account with Stanbic for sure which i have over 100 in it and i also just opened another MMF account with Axa Mansard.... Now i have 760 but i don't know which of the MMF account is advisable for me to put the money into. Kindly help your brother on this. Thanks.
Divide the money in such a way that they would both be equal, then you monitor and know which is better among the two in terms of rates

I avoided this post yesterday hoping the kid will receive sense but it seems to be a luxury he can't afford. Oga you level of ignorance is high and it's more disturbing when the same gadget you are using to express your stupidity can be used to search Google and be better informed.
Secondly I checked your profile to discover you just open your account recently, so either you are a complete novice that don't want to learn or a hater who is just trying to pour sand in a reputable breeders garri but the reality is that you are far below his standard
Oga Anasin please ignore the kid, he is not worth it one bit. People that matters know you and what you've laboured over years to accomplish.

Yeah. I was the one that complained earlier, but it's been sorted out. All you need to do is just to download stanbic ibtc mobile app from play store and login with your email, phone number and password. You'll then see your NAV and your accrued interest
It doesn't work with the app. But works well through browsers but never on the app, I view my normal account detail on the app but when I try to log in on the mutual fund, I get an error message
Again my first complaint is that they took a whole week before treating my request, even when I was deducted the same day. E pain me small o but all is well
Investment › Re: Mutual Funds by Apitch(m): 12:16pm On Oct 11, 2018
Please for those using Stanbic, how do you see your daily gains and when(time) is it added to the NAV( net asset value).
I went to the bank on the 2/10/18 and subscribed for their money market, on the 9th, I get a subscription initiation message so I went to the bank yesterday the 10th to get the online access and since then, the money just stand at attention.
Did it have to take one full week after debiting my account to initiate the move? I kept calm because someone complained here before and he was told to calm down that his money is growing but mine did not grow
Experienced guys please help me understand better.

Hi everyone

I've never done TB before. Just doing MMF for a long time so I liquidated day before yesterday and wanted to invest on TB. Got my cash back yesterday night and I walked to the bank this morning to obtain a 91days tenor for TB via the primary but was told I'll have to wait two weeks time. Although they offered me a secondary rate @ 10.97% which is lovely to me but I stalled cos I don't know if the secondary has some reasons that can't match primary. Other rates they offered me are 182 for 11. Sth%, and 364 for 13.5%

If you're wondering why I quoted 10.97% as lovely, that's because I only want to stick to 91days and 10% is very much ok for me to be honest
which bank gave you this rates?

Just double checked with my account officer. Both 91 and 364 day tenors were successfully but NOT 182 day tenor according to her. Are you sure your application is 364 or182 day tenor?
Called my account officer now and asked why my money was refunded, her first question was if I did for 182days, I told her it was for 364 and she said they got a mail and it's like only 91days was successful. I'm guessing they mistakenly did 182 for me. Imagine me moving from first bank to just witness this kind of thing. I'm not just happy

Please forgive my ignorance and don't think I'm a lazy Nigerian cos I've read the first few pages and the last 5 pages but can't get an exact answer to my question
Read FBN pays quarterly and funds have minimum of 30days before u can withdraw, so if i invest now and want to withdraw next month, will they pay the capital with the interest or will the interest wait till the quarterly payment period?
Thanks

..What are the necessary documents needed to open a STANBIC IBTC account..?
How long does it take to complete the process.?
Would you prefer Stanbic IBTC Over FIRST BANK.?
What hierarchical value can you rate STANBIC IBTC over other commercial banks.?
Two passports and a valid ID card with a minimum deposit of 5k for a savings account.
I just opened one two days ago and i didn't spend up to 10mins with them. My acc number was sent via e-mail and text msg the following morning by 7:06am
First Bank is a bank i use and love so much but i opened stanbic just for TB cos of their recent rates.

I got very angry after reading the first page, many unreasonable comments and people talking like kids, I didn't read further but I felt like giving the Op an advice, Please life has no manual, and disregard most advice telling you what to do and what you must not do. First understand that the man is scared and emotionally unstable at the moment, many things are going through his head for him to ask you to resign and take care of the kids. Both of you might have discussed in the past of how many children you both want and I'm guessing he wants more than three but that notwithstanding, make him feel safe. You should know your husband better than everyone giving you advice here, so please find a soft spot to resolve your matter with him, social media will never help you with these kinda comments. And please don't involve parents yet cos you would be surprised by how those old folks reason.
