Lool. I'm waiting for the comments... i can imagine them coming in;

The picture is fotoshopped"
They are not dogs grin grin
Nah nah!!! You don't need it jare, you should allow the kid wallow in his ignorance. One day in the real world, he'll find himself in the midst of elites, and his stupidity will push him to pass on wrong info and still blind argue it, he'll sure be publicly disgraced...

guy cmon chilll, u dnt have to be hostile, he has told u how posible it is since his years of experience and u re tagging him a dog merchant. are u trying to tell me that a person that breeds a great dane with a chihuahua is a breeder cos he has created a new breed? a breeder is a person that maintains breed standards but a backyard breeder breeds anything breedable, and u also mentioned that most breeds today were as a result of cross breeding, hope u re aware that they were all planned, the boerboel u speak of is nw a recognized breed yeah, but hope u realize it is not akc recognized, the shilloh shepherd u may have heard of if u knw abt dogs have not yet bin accepted by akc, the mastweiler al,so is not a recognized breed. u cnt jst breed any dog, u should work on improving a particular breed as a responsible breeder and not cross breeding, there are several mixes in the world, akc cant approve all, so guy cmon jst chill
I marvel at his level of ignorance... An uncut illiterate he is.

Thanks a million for the insightful response. However, i have done the outstanding but they say the school senate has not yet approved it that i should exercise a little more patience, but i'm just considering some stuff like age as there's time for everything you know, plus things i ought to have achieved, where i ought to have been right now.Trading is out of the question as their no fund to institute that besides i don't even think i can do that. The only thing i do is play piano and i play that primarily in my father's church, anything aside that i just wake up every morning press phone or run errands. I'm so sick and tired of it all.
If playing the piano is what makes u happy, develop urself in that field and watch ur talent take shape.. There are a lot of successful keyboardist who have made a mark in life... Put ur mind at rest, in due time, the Senate will approve ur result and u will be mobilized. And stop being worried about age, success and greatness has no age limit...

A rott and boerboel in the same home? Damn! Is your uncle in the military? Who wan separate the fight.
Once bred a rottie, boerboel, gsd, Pitt and lhasa in the same compound and nothing happened... Their aggression was always directed towards strangers and not to one another... Anyone who says it's impossible is surely a newbie... It's very possible, only needs a little dedication and handwork.

Somebody should please advice me on what i can do to turn my life around. I'm 29years old and i don't have anything yet,i don't even know what i want anymore as i feel frustrated worst case scenario i still stay in my parents house nowhere to go all i do is sleep and wake up everyday doing nothing. i went to uni but i haven't gotten my certificate although i had two outstanding when i was about graduating in 2010.it really delayed me going for service even as i type now i have not yet gone for youth service as my department keep telling me they are still working on the results for senate approval.Everyone has left me behind. i wake up every morning with a heavy heart and tears sometimes i even find it hard to sleep. It's so tiresome.
Count yourself amongst the lucky ones, remember there are a whole lot of people who couldn't attend school just because of financial problems, and there are some who dropped out for the same reason...

Your situation isn't as bad as u see it. From my point of view, I see a badly laid foundation, but it isn't too late to correct that... Go back to school, create a relationship with ur lecturers, probably that might help hasten the release of ur results... Don't spend ur time worrying over all what you don't have, rather, that God for the little you have...

In the interim, instead of sitting idly at home, you can engage urself in a little trade, or some handwork... Think of what makes u happy, work on it and establish urself in that regard... God bless

Is it possible for an adult boerboel and adult alsatian to live together peacefully? Had the alsatian (female) for awhile now. The boerboel (male) came a few days ago. Although the boerboel is very gentle with humans it won't tolerate the alsatian. Immediately the boerboel was released it attacked the alsatian violently even though the alsatian didn't provoke. Want to know if it is possible they can live together peaceful or anything I can do to make them compatible. Or I should do return the boerboel. Will appreciate your suggestions.
Please ignore all negative comments on the thread. Even the world's wildest breed can be made to live even in the same kennel with any other breed, all you need do is find out the necessary methods to get them both acquainted, to stop seeing each other as a threat...

--Never feed them in the same bowl...
--Teach them to respect each other's boundaries...
--Several session of road walks can help too...
--Treat them equally and give no preferential treatment whatsoever...
--Give them a "common enemy"...

Baroba:
On a serious note, is their a foreign canine you can actually own that can be looked after properly just like a local dog without spending a fortune..

Just curious...
Spending on a dog is no waste, in fact it teaches one to be responsible... One thing I've always advised people, if you have kids, u can get them a pup each and make it compulsory for them to be solely responsible for their feeding and upkeep, might be from their allowances and all. The essence of this is that it gives them a sense of responsibility, it teaches them to take charge of their wards... If they've learnt this at a young age and can take care of dogs this much, how much more when they start raising kids of their own?

The way you treat ur pet is definitely the way you'll treat ur kids when u start raising kids.. I'll never look at my spendings on dogs as spending a fortune, the same way we can't complain about the finances involved in raising our kids at home...

Of course all fingers ain't equal, but we can surely cut our coat according to our sizes.... It is unwise wanting to own a good breed without any regular source of income. There are several breeds with lower maintainance costs and all.

1st.Never refer to the money u use in buyng a dog as a capital,it sound like u actually want the dog basically for farming, and if that be the case,u might not get it as easy as u anticipate.its what you work for that lasts with you.
Like arcbay said,I like dogs from childhood but never allowed to own one as my parents are Muslims, but it never stopped the drive.my cousins gave me slant back GSD as far back then but my dad refused.I had to take it back, another good area uncle gave me a GSD which was rejected too.all these I could easily take back as they were gifts, one day on my way from school I saw some lovely litter that I could afford,I bought a pup without thinking,it was until I got home that it dawned on me I have my dad to face. See me see trouble oh.and he wouldn't tell me calmly to take the dog back,he does in serious rage that I always feel D ground should open and swallow me.
I now took the pup to a friend that has a dog next street, and go there to feed the dog daily with my own food not leftovers.my friend got jealous my dog is finer and ppl like her more than his and asked me to cum take her.I did take her to anoda friend closer to me.my friends dad drove on one of her hindleg and broke it seriously.I would go there daily to massage the leg and feed.until oneday I took the dog home and hides her in the compound.one nite it started to rain and the dog started to cry,my dad woke me and asked if I brought a dog home? Dem born me to answer?I was just dere looking away,he now told me to put the dog inthe store 2nyt and get rid of her 2moro morning!wusyde!
That was how I took the dog in,she stayed 9yrs,my dad eventually liked her.
Lesson: if I did not buy her I would have returned her long ago and not allowed to have a dog

2ndly, you spend more money in taking care of a dog than the money used in buying.

3rd. Don't think of having adog with the basic aim of profit but passion
Wow!!! Just when I thot I'm the only one obsessed about dogs...I admire your passion, keep the fire burning...

my life is just in a big mess right now and I just can't find a reason to continue living. After my Nysc , life was so miserable for me due to my jobless state. Out of the love my parents have for me , they sacrificed all their life savings to help me start a business, they believed so much in me that was why they sacrificed all their savings despite the fact that I still have sibbling who also need money. They were hoping that I will be successful in the business and so help my younger ones. I just can't believe that am bankrupt in just 6 months of starting my business. since I started my business it has always been from one misfortune to the other. finally i got duped by some fraudsters who I believe used some charms on me to collect everything I have , they made me sell my shop and all my few properties. Before I could come back to my senses, they were no were to be found. I deeply depressed , right now, am homeless but the worst part is that my family is not, aware of this situation. They still think am doing fine in business and I just can't face them when I go home this Xmas. I have been thinking of a way out of this situation but still, I can't come up with anything, I have offered my kidney for sale butup till now no buyer has indicated his /her interest. Right now am in serious debt and my debtors are just on my neck everyday..The shame is just too much for me to bear. I have already made up my mind to commit suicide if I don't get a buyer for my kidney before the 27th of December. I just pray my parents will find a place in dia heart to forgive me.
I hope this is not too late.... I'll advice you start afresh, you definitely missed it somewhere... Even the Bible made mention of the effects of a badly laid foundation... Work on yourself, find out where u missed it, leverage on ur mistakes....If dangote quitted at some point in his life, he wouldn't be where he is today... A one-time president of Nigeria went from being a prisoner to being a powerful ruler, if he had quitted while in prison, he would have died a prisoner... You don't have to resort to selling your kidney before you can make money... There're so many opportunities out there, if only you can open your eyes and read beyond the picture...

Have been having this urge to just end my life. My story is just too lengthy. But sincerely I don't think I can hold on any more. My heart is heavy and totally depressed. Of many issues, work depressions, home, I have failed virtually.cos I can't even live up to the title "first born anymore."I work and it's like I don't work at all..The organisation I work with deprived me of all my entitlements..despite the fact I have payed dearly(financial settlements) for certain losses that affected the co.wen I was a supervisor I don't know what to ask from God any more. My fiancee has asked when can we get married., I have been given quit notice to vacate the apartment I live Inn .God are you up there? All this is way too much for me @30 years to worry about....
A wise man once told me this... "why worry over something you have no control over?" Whatever situation you are in, always remember that you're not the first person to go through such and definitely won't be the last... No matter how terrible the situation looks, always remind yourself that it'll pass... Tears might last thru the night but joy surely comes in the morning. Behind the clouds, the sun shines.... If you're moody over ur own predicament, you'll surely thank God if you hear other people's story...

You complain of work depression , there are several graduates out there who have searched every nook for employment to no avail...

You complain about not being able to live up to the "first born" title, I know several folks who grew up without a family, they're willing to pay with their sweat just to have someone love them...

You were given a quit notice, how would u feel if I told you that there exist some folks who have never slept on a mattress their entire life...

As regards ur fiancée, she needs to be your pillar thru this trying times....

My brother, worrying over your issues changes nothing, it only adds up to ur problems... Laugh over your troubles, live everyday like it's the last, smile more worry less... You'll live to tell the story. Always remember, every great man on earth surely has a story to tell!!!

Please take him to a vet to put him down in a humane way with an injection.
The way the dog eating people kill dogs is very cruel, so let a vet do it humanely.
Make sure that it's done by a vet you trust, and make sure you are there so it'll be done right.
So this is the best possible solution you can think of huh? Sounds cruel to me!!! You raise a kid for 8years and just decide to put him to a permanent sleep without cause? Never expected such from you...

@op...you have done the right thing... Look for a loving family who can adopt ur kid and monitor his wellbeing on a regular basis... I feel ur pain, be strong for him, I imagine how traumatized he will be upon learning he has to move on without you guys...
