Monaco2:Argue with them and lose your life. They must have seen how fresh he looked. That's enough offence for SARS. |
thundafire:Dude what is the annual budget of Queen Elizabeth? Do you know how much she gets annually from the Duchy of Lancaster? She has Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Belmoral and several other stately homes used by her children and grandchildren like Clarence House. Yes I have visited all the palaces I mentioned above. Tourists go to see them. Abeg talk what you know. Many people in UK and very many in New Zealand (where Queen is also their head of state) want the monarchy done away with. Remember the top Kings in Nigeria today were rulers or even emperors of their their land before the British came. The British brought down our monarchies and use our wealth to strengthen their own economy and monarchy. Here you are saying what you do not know. In Benin for example the Oba has to settle family disputes, land dispute, inter communal disputes, even local and national political disputes between people. Every resident in Benin/Edo, no matter how lowly has a right to be heard by the Oba if local chiefs and head of towns cannot satisfactorily resolve their grievances. The Oba can still be sitting hearing cases up to 7pm. Which govt courts hear cases up to 7pm or later? When you do not see the Oba at parties or occasions frequently, he has many local issues to attend to. Cases that would be in govt court for years unresolved if taken to court. Even this Obaseki and Oshiomhole saga Oba has cautioned them. But when it becomes an open Political spat Oba has to keep away from it to maintain constitutional political neutrality. I am sure most other kings have local issues they quietly resolve. Let's educate ourselves first before we talk. |
Lady if everything is really like you have said and you have added no Maggie, spices and others to make it delicious in your favour, you need to THINK very CAREFULLY about it. Are you like much over 30? Why are your family members urging you to continue with this guy? |
GeniusWannabe:You are right. Man City topped their group. |
Tajbol4splend:Very unpredictable my brother. Atletico love CL despite losing two finals in last 5 years. Liverpool have a tough game. Bayern v. Chelsea is another big one. Man city v. RM is extremely unpredictable. RM have return leg advantage at home. |
Excellent! Buhari saw this news and declared that 300k is the new minimum wage. |
You never even start! Before nko? You just dey know? Nor keep your feet firmly on the ground. Those hyping you to your face also demolish you behind your back instantly. |
kolafolabi:And Oshiomhole actively took part in conniving to chase the former chairman. Not knowing he was inheriting a poisoned chalice. Too many interest groups in APC, |
If the new Emirates were former Hausa kingdoms that Fulani over-ran under Dan Fodio, fine. But if just more Fulani emirs, they should all be sent packing back to Funta Jallon. |
Despite all this compliance yarn banks still facilitate political looters the most. |
midnighter:The man is not a ruler. He's a non-hereditary chief called Chief Sir Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, the Esama of Benin Kingdom. By tradition Esama title is given to a philanthropist of impeccable character, usually rich, handsome, very presentable, can dress very nicely and can be a good emissary/messenger of the Oba of Benin. His nickname/praise name/oriki is "Esama whose feet never touch the mud/puddle". Imagine having such a title centuries ago when mud was everywhere. It's an expensive title to hold. He used to operate "soup kitchens" to feed the needy in Benin years ago. Just part of Esama's traditional philanthropy. Igbinedion met Lady Cherry when he had little money. He went on to own one Africa's first private Commercial Airline (Okada Air), a private bottling company making mineral (Canada Dry). first private university in Nigeria (Igbenedion University) before that shipping, real estate and many other business concerns. Lady Cherry was with him most of that time since. Remember that people in their 80s now had a different level of patience and commitment to marriage when they started out. Virtually across the world. It's different now. No denying that cultural differences play a big role. From the many couples I know who started out happily in a "United Nations" kind of marriage since the last 25 years, only about 25% are still together. But those from similar ethnic background, around 80% are still together. Granted some probably happened because one of them wanted kpale. When you consider age difference and apparent incompatibility from the start. Even among those that appeared truly in love and compatible, success rate is still very low in United Nations marriages. Maybe both parties were not ready to compromise and put in the work needed. It's never a bed of roses whether you marry from your village or from another continent. |
Ganjah style. EX-Queen whattagwan man? |
dplordx:Lol It was oyinbo who brought Jesus story to Dudu man. Now the same oyinbo dey give am another twist you dey para. As dudu mumu reach, if oyinbo had portrayed Jesus as gay when they first brought the story from the 15th Century Portuguese who first came, dudu would be gay all over the place right now. ![]() That is the problem of copy cat. Just look, in another 50 years gay marriage will become normal in 9ja and Africa. When people keep copying others like dudu do, others will always mentally enslave you. Dudu is simply an imitator. After all this talk, later he will accept oyinbo gay version. Imitators never win and are never mentally free. |
Doctor finally gave him Antizombiotics. Long overdue. Pele. Happy healing. ![]() |
English media dey hype things anyhow. If they do not win European Cup next year they will blame Gareth Southgate for not persuading Vardy out of retirement. |
Guyman02:The whole thing is confusing. Google says age of consent in 9ja is 12 or so. Some marry at 14 in the North. 18 is not a default age of consent in most countries. In many European countries it starts from 15. Because the guy is 22 and physically they might not look too different if the guy is small and skinny. We just need the govt to make it clear what the correct age is. So that even young people under 25 will know fully well. France for example is 15, Austria and Germany 14 and Portugal 21. Though in Germany if you are over 21 you cannot sleep with anyone under 16. |
Cutehector:Because of materialism, superficial things and believing they are very smart and won't heed advise. Goes for both genders. Funny enough OP still believes in religious scams. She will never learn. She will still fall for another idiot who plays religious man better for longer. Smh. A good person is a good person religion or not. The worst abuser of his wife that I currently know is a pastor. The wife is trapped because of the kids. And the fool cannot even work to look after his family. I warned the lady before marriage but she felt too wise to listen. Now she worries me with her marital woes. |
mimilogs:He was officially president. He adopted that title and Aikhomu was officially VP. IBB had the chance to be a hero of African democracy as he was to handover to civilians in 1990 just like Rawlings. Instead he fvcked up and Rawlings became a hero. |
Nigeria : good people, audio leaders. |
Sorry to say dude but you did not behave like a man from the beginning. You should have done paternity test once the first child was born. And definitely NOT sleep with her again when she had marital issues. Then your fiancee told you not to do DNA test because if they turned out not be yours, your feelings towards them might change. Like seriously? You have no right to HAVE feelings for kids whose paternity you do not know, considering how manipulative their mother has been. Or are you a walking children's charity/NGO? As nice as your fiancee is, she was scared of the possibility that the kids might be yours. Supporting kids not yours that she was supportive of is one thing. She can ask you to stop helping the kids at any time. But once found to be yours, you cannot stop supporting them until after university. Your fiancee was worried about that. Always sit down and take OWN decisions ALONE. Consider advice of others alright but also scrutinize their motives for advising you how they do. Even advice from people closest to you. You could have just ask her to bring the kids to play with you for the day. While there, take swabs from the mouths and send to DNA lab for DNA test. Their mum won't know. The conundrum of who's the dad should have been solved LONG ago. Until paternity test is done, nothing further. |
therajah:Nor mind that dude. Medical care that is top notch in many foreign countries easily trumps all the money in 9ja. Nigerian elite come to spend lots of looted money for basic medical care that residents of Western countries get for free. How often do helicopters airlift victims of incessant RTA from Lagos-Ibadan or Lagos - Benin Road to hospital? I know firsthand what I am talking about. He does not know that cows herded by Fulani have a higher citizenship classification than him in Nigerian Caliphate. ![]() |
24kmagic:I guess you have never lived abroad before. More Indians and Pakistanis apply for British passports than all Africans combined. I guess same in USA or Australia. Are Indians and Pakistanis now Africans too? I have accompanied friends and relatives to citizenship ceremonies several times and less than 20% of those present were blacks of any origin including Caribbean. Most were Eastern Europeans, Asians and even a few Americans, Italians, Australians, etc. And many were posting their pics of the ceremony on social media right there. That did not look like they were ashamed or not happy about their nationality, does it? |
Irore:Some do take it to secure their business investments. Like Lebanese. Otherwise nope. Rushing will never happen. Do you know that the Council of State that includes former presidents and Heads of State has to approve citizenship applications made in Nigeria? It's super centralised in Nigeria. At this rate of decline in 9ja millions more will take foreign passports. The peace of mind and travel opportunities it offers are remarkable. |
Like her or not, she get charisma. Life was generally more fun and relaxed during her hubby's regime. Her body language added to that. The pretentious ascetic Maj. Gen radiates hardship. |
Poverty is causing many problems o. For 2k daily and hope of wealth through money ritual. a "proud" married lady allowed a herbalist to be shining her congo. And the useless evil herbalist did not even pity her child and killed her like a chicken, tufiakwa. I just pity her family, hubby and child. Very sad. As for the killers they should be in shackles in dark dingy cells for the rest of their wasted miserable lives. How many Nigerians are out there doing shameful and risky things just to get daily bread? Probably millions. RIP. |
lefulefu:Well not all investments pay off. Just like shares or stock, you can lose all the money invested. Women are same. So wisely invest only what you can lose relatively painlessly in women. Now your fellow dude asking you for money can be doing so to go use your money impress a girl. You will never know. ![]() I have given good sums of money to male friends at various times. Sums I can Never ever give to any female not related or not business partner. Guess what? Some never paid a penny back. Money too big for me to lose. My mindset that a guy will Hustle or invest well to repay me was wrong several times. It ended up souring many friendships. And I will never do it again. Everybody should go and Hustle. For a girl, you might be her Hustle point. A girl can also be your hustle point. |
I hope the Maj-Gen didn't address Gov. Obaseki as Gov. Bin-Seriki. ![]() |
RIP dear. Ember months and death are like groundnut and garri. |
Dude self pity doesn't work. Correct, every man for himself, God for us all. There's one thing about 9ja too. People will be needy and you tighten your belt and deny yourself things to help them. Yet people can be very ungrateful. People always say do it for the sake of God. Even perfect God has to be appreciated for his benevolence. Therefore a human being needs to be encouraged to continue helping. By people not displaying a sense of entitlement. |
beejay85:Can he marry a fellow man? He clearly had feelings for her. If he helps a man now Na you go first suspect am of being a gay lord. ![]() On a serious note many guys see it as an investment towards the future, if it leads to marriage later. I guess men should just be wise and give out what they can genuinely give out as charity. Nothing more. |
Walai:Dude you should have taken Sensicillin capsule much earlier. It really helps when dealing with ladies nowadays. Before nko? You expect a self-proclaimed "secondary virgin" to use religion or any other wool she pulls over your face to control her raging konji? ![]() Her job is to fake wife material to you unlucky enough to plan marriage. While being on steady whorish knackaton with one loafer like that. Thank God she has not brought another man's child to you after marriage. Because about 35% of first born kids belong to another guy outside same with about 30% of all kids. |
