What are you doing presently? Are you working ? If you are then they will need a letter from your employer, your work ID , proof of where your salary is paid to so you also have to have your pay stub included and your bank account details that will refelect that you are getting paid by your employer. or do you have a business? If you don't mind me asking how old are you?
If you are not working or school then that one is a diffrent story oh.

Omoboy ,you don't need to give anybody one naira to tell you anything about an American visa unless you have money to waste.
Your brother in-law should send you a letter of invitation stating that during your stay in the USA you will be staying with them and he will be responsible for everything during your stay, his bank account details (if he is willing too). does your sister have her citizenship yet since you said 3 years i doubt it , i would say it is better if your in-law says he is the one personally inviting you to visit them .
you said you drooped out of school that might be the hard part because the main thing is they want to see something that ties you down to Nigeria meaning something that you have that will bring you back family , a wife, a child ,property or a job .
If you where schooling you would take a letter from your school your ID card , bank statement if you had any cash in it .be ready as they might ask you what you study and what it is about.
The thing is they might not even look at one document they are just watching and listening to your answers.
I sent my sister all kind of documents and they did not look at one just asked her what she was going to do, who she was going to see.she had just 400k in her own bank account and they granted her the visa.Try not to take fake documents there that you can not defend oh!
So just gather the documents you can and be confident and i wish you luck.

@ all i missed my Monday update i am still in my sick sick phase i am OK. but when i eat i feel like throwing up for the next 6 hours but it is better than nothing. i have started feeling something like butterflies in my stomach , my sister said it is the baby it sometimes feels strange but i am taking it all down with joy in my heart and i pray to everyone here that you all shall experience this .

@ TTCMAN, welcome here i will answer your questions to the best of my ability ,since i am not a doctor but hold a PHD in TTC
Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant it makes a nice environment for the sperm it does not harm the sperm .Preseed to my knowledge can be used anytime, It does not help with erection. Sorry to ask but have you done a semen analysis to check what your motility is? i know men take zinc tablets to help with sperm counts.

Now clomid , i have used only under doctors supervision and again and again i state that using clomid just on your own has some bad side effects, like hyper stimulation and thinning of the uterus lining ,which will just be a waste as no conception can take place when the lining is too thin.

And on the 3rd day of my cycle i go in to the doctors and they check to make sure i have follicles for that cycle then that evening i start taking my clomid for 5 days the main job of clomid is to help you produce more than one egg for your ovulation and it depends on how a woman's body responds to it she might need just 50mg or 100mg only a doctor can determine that.

After the 5 days you should ovulate anyway from day 10 to 13 but the only way i have done mine is my taking an injection that triggers ovulation in 24 to 48 hours. i will ovulate anywhere between then so you have to BD around that time alotttttttttttttttttttt! since you are not having a doctors intervention for now.
Ask your wife if she feels pains during ovulation clomid can be painful for some women so around when you a woman is too ovulate she may feel it more painful than normal if she is to release more than one egg. Hope this helps a bit . as for doctors i really don't know any inexpensive one in Lagos i wish you the best of luck.

I am feeling good today just a little bit uncomfortable. Feel like I want to throw up at anytime.
I have done some weird things this few weeks woke up at 7 am to make akara, another morning Banga and starch .
The last was owo and yam , my sister says I am having a bush baby!!
I have become hairy all over my legs and arms and have pimples on my back.

I have never heard of POI just just read up on it and read your post and i don't know what to say.
I will not say sorry sorry because it is not a death sentence and there are still ways you will become a mom one way or another. At least you now have an idea on what is going on in your body.
Where did you get this diagnosis from if you don't mind me asking ? Did you just go to one doctor or more than one to be sure.have they run a lot of tests ?The sooner you start the process the better , you will be alright i can only imagine how you are feeling but please stay strong you will smile and laugh and a miracle can come at anytime stay blessed.

i don't know oh my body is doing me one kind i am feeling pressure in my abdomen don't know what that means and it is sore. My waist hurts (God i am not complaning oh) i am praying everything is ok i go to the clinic this week so keep me in your thoughts and prayers.will keep you guys updated.

Justin first off I am sorry you are having to go through this again for the second time. When it comes to fear vs faith it can be tricky. No man is really happy with surrogacy but sometimes you just take what hand you are dealth with. My Own advice would be don't write your self off by going straight to surrogacy you are very lucky your mom is willing to pay. I would say store some of your eggs I don't knw what country you are in but I think they do it in Nigeria too. Then have the sugery so GOd forbid it does not go the way you plan you can still have your child even if it is with a surrogate.just keep praying asking GOd to guide you and just try and be calm and think it through and have a long talk with your husband and something will pull through I wish you the very best of luck.

@ Lynakenz sorry nobody replied to your post on time. knowing your ovulation can be tricky every ones timing is diffrent not everyone ovulates on The 14th day so i advice that 10 days after your period start checking with OPK's (ovulation test kits) to know for sure or just start baby dancing from that time to about 16days just be sure to buy your husband blood tonic
As for Clomephene it is not something you just take without doctors prescription some people do take it but it is risky as it depends on your body it can thin the lining of your uterus which can be dangerous for you .ask a doctor it increases the chances of twins because you will release more than one egg .
As to how one can conceive boys i do not know any ways oh never heard of it only God in my opinion can give you either male or female good luck.

@ Echala I know this can be difficult but just have faith and be strong. In the UK did your doctor tell you they could flush it ? If you heard this is Nigeria you know we have claims to all kind of stuff  just be sure before you do anything please. never heard it can be flushed , only thing i know is that if it is mildly blocked sometimes when an HSG is done some people have said there tubes where unblocked so it depends on how blocked the tubes are.
And you are perfect as a size 8 don't start stressing your self about that .just keep researching and asking your doctors . question for you are you just waiting to see what  your options are or you are thinking of IVF in Nigeria?

my doctor just told me to stop all medication i was taking and see what my own egg can do on there own.My own process is a little more complicated than just baby dancing.

First let me explain what protocol i did so you can understand .I have been doing IUI'S where by you go in day 3 of your cycle they check your follicles then they give you clomid and you take that for 5 days, to help you have more eggs then you go back again in some days and they see if you have any matured eggs that are ready.
meaning ovulation if they see the size they want ,then you will inject your self with an injection that will make you ovulate in about 24 to 48 hours then you go back again and they do the IUI, where by they wash your partners spermatozoa and insert it close to your uterus as possible. The rest is luck oh cos if the spermatozoa cant swim fast enough that cycle is a bust, if you ovulate before you do the IUI it is a bust cos there is no way of knowing exactly what time you will ovulate when an IUI is done.

All i did in this cycle was just count my normal days after my period and guess my ovulation date using OPK and they told me to use the injection so for sure i ovulate between 24 to 48 hours and did the IUI .
So if i had no eggs this cycle it would have been a bust. on clomid sometime you get as many as 3 to 5mature eggs that can be fertilized without it i just had this special one egg that has become my God's gift.
I pray even my enemy never has to go through this process cos the process alone makes you weak and discouraged.

oh and i am taking Baby asprin one a day and Progesterone suppositories.

I dont know why oh i have posted 2 times.@ Mypeace no oh Cos it is a blood thinner and your doctor has to take you off it, so as not to hvae blood loss during pregnancy.

Hello my people of TTC ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh My God has DONE IT AGAIN OHHHH I AM PREGNANT!!!!
And i will remain pregnant and bear this child in Jesus name . I already knew but had confirmation last week that it is a viable pregnancy. God just take me and place me in the center of your palm oh.
My first Testimony is that i have gone longer than i have ever gone with my other pregnancies, i have seen the heartbeat of the baby and it is still early but i saw the baby.

The funny part to all this is that all other times my doctor has been putting me on claimed and injections and etc this time he told me no clomid that he wants to see what my own eggs can do on there own and viola i am here. My doctor wants me to take promiturim for a longer period of time and has put me on one baby aspirin a day just in case i have any blood clots that can cause my baby not to get enough blood supply.
i have done and is still doing a lot of prayers. I would love to post the picture of my scan but I think it is still early i guess with the second scan i will post the picture.
So today i am pregnant and i will enjoy this moment i know fear creeps in once in a while but i will remain positive will keep everyone updated!!!!!

@ Aratoluda I can only say i feel your pain . I know it is no consolation not to have the baby at the end of 9 months, but you have used your own body to carry a baby which in my own book makes you a mommy ,even if it is for a second .
The same God that made it possible this time will see you through 9 months without any issues.

What are the plans for this weekend? I am just staying home going to try and cook some yoruba stew that they call designer stew as long as nobody calls Fire service while i am bleaching the oil! You all have a nice weekend.

meaning you are almost 7 weeks, since they calculate from your last period. i think it depends here i know some doctors don't see you till 10 weeks but i think you should just go anyway and find out for sure so you can start taking prenatal vitamins .i wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy.
