Family › Re: So What Do you Consider as Cheating? by armyofone(m): 7:51pm On Jun 08, 2015
Cheating to me is intimate contact involving sex.
I can't prevent you from having opposite sex friends and as long as it ends there, I'm cool.

If the guy cheats, sit down like matured adults and discuss open marriage or divorce or free will staying.
All should be fair... why should only one person do the outside marriage eating? Discuss options and stop being cunny about extramarital affairs.
Too much sex is dangerous. ..it can cause poverty and reduce men life span.

naijababe:
I like my efo crispy and green, you know like efo tete, kale/spring greens are the best substitute, if however you like it soft, use spinach.
Wash the vegetables(kale in this instance) and pour in a pot of really hot water. It is best to put the veg in as soon as the water starts to boil but turn off the fire immediately. Make sure the water completely covers the vegetables and cover the for pot for about 5 mins ( I believe this process is called blanching). After 5 mins or so, drain away the hot water and replace with cold water and set aside. If you are using spinach, leave the veg for about 2 mins otherwise it will become completely soggy.
Blend your peppers - whatever your combo is ( i like to use a combo of orange and red bell peppers with tomato, onion, a hint of ginger, atarodo and half a clove of garlic).
Heat some oil and add your blended peppers, add some stock (i always have frozen stock stock and prefer that to maggi and salt and leave to boil until the sauce is cooked.
Add your orisirisi (meat, saki etc) at this point and cover half-way ( you want your meat to cook but also some of the water in the sauce to evaporate. While your pepper is cooking, strain the water from your veg and take enough to fit in your palms at a time and squeeze out as much of the excess water as you can. You want the veg to be completely dry and leave aside.
Go back to your cooking sauce and ensure most of the water has evaporated, it should be really really thick, add your vegetables at this point and use a ladle to turn the vegetable in and and around the sauce under medium to low heat for about 3-5mins. Once your vegetable has been thoroughly mixed with the sauce, remove from heat ans serve. That's all
You owe me £10 grin
I owe you a good night out grin girl, thank you!!!
I wanted to try something from my memory but this snacking chewy spinach won't let me. I do make stewy spinach soup. I will try your steps....thanks a ton.

Eat fruits and vegetables? Is that another name for zex? grin
Carb rich diet eg eba, poundo, Amala or akpu then round it off with some zex.
Fruit and vegetables for cleansing when horses start to fly.

so messed and it is so sad.

Chillisauce:
Nigeria is messed up. The generator fumes, dust everywhere, poor diet, lack of goodhealth care etc.
Most times outdoors or in the market I find myself gasping for air. All these have effects on overall health of people.
People should try as much as possible to go for check up once a while and eat food meals. Esp vegetable and fruits . It's cleanses a lot and boost your immune system.
Most Nigerian men don't like going for check up. Always petronizing "chemist".
Pls people should take their health seriously.

No question about that, yes get police and make sure they deal with him.
Such display of disrespect. ..i pity the gal who will have the misfortune of marrying him.
Family › Re: Is Wife Beating Genetic? by armyofone(m): 8:11pm On May 29, 2015
There should be no excuse to beat your spouse. Verbal argument should not be a reason. Argue it out or leave till tension cool off. Beating your spouse has a lasting effects on your own children. It tells them you are mean, bad and wicked. You want your child to grow in a loving environment not an environment where they see mom crying and sad from dad's big hand.
No matter how much I love you, you dare your hands on me, I will be calling the cops and we go from there. I will make you aware during courtship.
Stoning you with phone shocked break that cycle.
Working on making marriage work is two ways. Hitting her doesn't solve the problem.

mcdokwe:
The question is did you take after your mother, giving him reasons to want to hit you?

It is easier to say you don't want the type of marriage your parents had but still gravitate towards such or an even more disastrous one when you don't do the things you ought to to ensure you have the sort of marriage you desire.

You have a choice to make, work on your marriage or walk out.

In all, I wish you the best.

The bolded is grin he who that chopeth, chopeth no more...forgiveness is in thy hands oh Lord.

babyosisi:
Stop using the scripture fraudulently
There is no place the bible encourages anyone to go talking about their past
When Jesus met the prostitute the people wanted to stone,he forgave her and asked the crowd to cast a stone if they hadn't sinned
He didn't tell her to go telling the wives of all the men she had chopped to forgive her.
It wasn't necessary
The bible says let him who stole, steal no more
So let she who chopped, chop no more

Fornication is a sin one commits against one's own body
If God forgives you and you have forgiven yourself, that ends it

grin bra to bed, girl!!

Nothing to bed for me...not even my fancy Victorian secrets. After a tub bath in lavender, i just frog into bed. I free everything grin
Gravity is worst for those with big grape fruits...the ones on this chest are still looking up and straight grin
Future bre..ast feeding is what I hope would not flap it grin

Tight bra is best if one is a runner like me. I use the Hudson's sometimes.

Ewuro4:
The word 'dents' on a body sounds very uncomfortable ... Are your bras too tight? Maybe youre reacting to the wire/elastic hence the dark lines? Dents & skin discolouration is a nono jare. Pele

You know I started wearing light sports bra/camisoles w built in bras to bed for a while now since I watched 'the Doctors' show about "sagging" (something about Gravity) .. Though doctors have different inferences about it , but better be safe than sorry.

Food › Re: Cook In Your Kitchen, Take Pictures And Post It Here. SIMPLE! by armyofone(m): 6:03pm On May 25, 2015
@Touchmeder, what gives it that unique taste is the stock, rich amount of tomatoes and slow cooking. Goat meaty stock, (cooked goat meat, onion, some thyme, jamaica curry, salt and some bouillon).
Tomato and tatashe blended and steamed being used...i can see goat meat on your plate meaning the stocks was used. I see your jollof is so colorful meaning rich amount of tomatoes and red pepper/tatashe was used. One last thing is slow cooked...if you cook rice, pour it into stewly mixture to make a quick JRice, you wouldn't get that unique taste no matter how many ajinomoto or maggi you use in the cooking.

touchmeder:
Owambe jellof today. It was niceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
PS: who knows what gives it that unique taste? Can anyone share. Someone told me butter and i tried it but i didn't get that particular taste.

You are right, in essence parents should have few children.
Too many African children are left to fend for themselves...using marriage as an escape route.
